Me-Liyan-kan Perempuan dalam Filsafat Relasionalitas Armada Riyanto dan Ata Pe’ang dalam Budaya Manggarai
Focus this paper is comparing the concept of othering women in Armada's Relational Philosophy and the concept of ata pe'ang (outsider) in Manggarai culture. The method used is a critical analysis with a comparative approach between the concept of othering women in Armada's Relational Philosophy and the concept of ata pe'ang in Manggarai culture. The author finds that the label of ata pe'ang has shackled women, thus viewing them as the other. This shackling is rooted in a misunderstanding of the concept of ata pe'ang as intended by the Manggarai ancestors. Relational Philosophy can serve as a critical lens for this reality. Relational philosophy provides a new contribution, namely that ata pe'ang must be viewed as relational subjects, and it critiques the marginalization of women in Manggarai culture. Furthermore, Armada's philosophical concept helps reconstruct unequal cultural practices and affirms that women, as ata pe'ang, can be agents of change in communal life.AbstrakFokus tulisan ini adalah membuat komparasi konsep me-liyan-kan perempuan dalam filsafat Relasionalitas Armada dan konsep ata pe’ang (orang luar) dalam budaya Manggarai. Metode yang digunakan ialah analisis kritis dengan pendekatan komparatif antara konsep me-liyan-kan perempuan filsafat Relasionlitas Armada dan konsep ata pe’ang dalam budaya Manggarai. Penulis menemukan bahwa pelabelan ata pe’ang telah membelenggu kaum perempuan sehingga perempuan dipandang sebagai liyan. Keterbelengguan tersebut berakar pada kesalahpahaman terhadap konsep ata pe’ang sebagaimana dimaksudkan oleh para leluhur orang Manggarai. Filsafat Relasionalitas dapat menjadi lensa kritik terhadap realitas tersebut. Filsafat relasionlitas memberikan sumbangan baru bahwa Ata pe’ang harus dipandang sebagai subjek relasional, filsafat relasionlitas memberikan kritik marginalisasi perempuan dalam budaya Manggarai. Selain itu, konsep filosofis Armada membantu untuk merekonstruksikan kembali praktik budaya yang timpang serta memberikan penegasan bahwa perempuan sebagai ata pe’ang dapat menjadi agen perubahan dalam kehidupan bersama.

KONSEP FILOSOFIS BUDAYA PELER MANGGARAI DALAM TERANG FILSAFAT DIALOGIS MARTIN BUBER
Penelitian ini berfokus pada penggalian nilai-nilai filosofis yang terkandung dalam budaya pele rsuku Kasong Manggarai-Flores-Nusa Tenggara Timur. Budaya peler adalah ritus yang berisi penghormatan dan rekonsiliasi terhadap alam ciptaan. Karena itu, menggali kekayaan filosofis yang terkandung dalam budaya peler merupakan bentuk penghormatan terhadap kekayaan kearifan lokal. Kearifan lokal ialah filsafat yang hidup di dalam hati masyarakat berupa kebijaksanaan hidup yang melukiskan kedalaman batin manusia dan keluasan relasionalitas manusia dengan sesama, serta menegaskan keluhuran rasionalitas hidupnya. Maka menggali kekayaan filosofis budaya peler merupakan bentuk penghargaan terhadap kebijaksanaan hidup masyarakat Manggarai. Filsafat relasional Martin Buber menjadi kerangka filosofis untuk menggali dan memahami kekayaan filosofis yang terkandung dalam budaya peler. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Studi ini menemukan bahwa budaya peler suku Kasong Manggarai merupakan sebuah model relasi I and Thou dalam terang pemikiran Martin Buber. Peler sebagai sebuah model relasi I and Thou mengandung didalamnya penghormatan dan penghargaan terhadap alam. Nilai-nilai yang mengalir dari budaya ini ialah keharmonisan, tanggung jawab dan penghargaan terhadap alam semesta. Sumbangan penelitian ini terletak pada penggalian butir-butir kebijaksanaan orang Manggarai dalam merawat dan melestarikan alam

This researh aims to find out how much the leadership style that applied in the CV . Pulo Samosir Nauli influence on Employee Productivity. The object of this research were all employees of the CV . Pulo Samosir Nauli . The research method that is used by the author in the conduct of this research is descriptive method . Descriptive method is a method of seeing and describing the state of the company in a systematic , factual and accurate by collecting data from companies , analyze it and finally take a conclusion . To analyze the data that the author get from the company , then the next, the author do a statistical calculations by using SPSS .
In general, it can be concluded that the most dominant leadership style on the CV . Pulo Samosir Nauli is a participation leadership style. Employee Productivity in CV . Pulo Samosir Nauli can be categorized as high, demonstrated by 3,55 average value which is within 3.40 to 4.19 interval . The Leadership Style on the CV . Pulo Samosir Nauli have a significant impact on Employee Productivity . This fact can be evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test , 2.65 > 1.701 ( t count > t table ) , which means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted . So the hypotheses in the Chapter I " If the leadership style that is applied to companies favored by the employee , the Employee Productivity will be high " was acceptable . Besides that, determination coefficient of The Leadership Styles againt Employee Productivity was 20.07 % , while 79,93% remaining was influenced by other factors, with 44,8% relationship level ( rs ) between the two variables, which means that the variable of leadership style and the variable of Employee Productivity has a fairly strong relationship
Contribution Of The Sociology Of Religion In The Perspective Of Dogmatic Theology
In this article the author offers an idea about contribution of the sociology of religion to theology. Traditional approach of doing theology often considers culture and all its elements just as an object of theological enterprise. The biblical text is the only valid and authentical source of theological reflection. As a result, people tends to underestimate the value containing in people religious expressions and experiences. The author does not accept such a view. He is of the opinion that people religious expressions and experiences must be regarded as one of authentic source of doing theology. Equal attention and honor must be given to both: biblical text and cultural text if we want to find a meaningful expression and experience of God’s love and salvation work in our daily activity. From this perspective the author throws a new light to reconsider the task of theological reflection. It is not just to repeat or to receive meaning which has alredy been formulated both in the bible and in the history of theological discussion. Theology must be understood more as an attempt to create or to make a meaning which help people in every given time. Theology is for the author has to be considered more as a meaning making exercise, not just as a meaning receving work

SISTEM REKOMENDASI PEMBERIAN BEASISWA MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA K-MEANS
Algoritma K-Means adalah salah satu algoritma dari tehnik clustering untuk mengkluster data yang memiliki kesamaan karakteristik kedalam satu cluster,
dan membedakan data yang memiliki karakteristik berbeda kedalam cluster lainnya.
Beberapa kelebihan dari algoritma ini yaitu mudah diimplementasikan, mudah diadaptasi, proses relatif cepat, dan umum digunakan. Dalam skripsi ini, penulis akan
menerapkan algoritma k-means untuk menghasilkan sistem rekomendasi pemberian
beasiswa yang dikluster menjadi tiga kategori, yaitu mahasiswa yang direkomendasi
untuk mendapat beasiswa, mahasiswa yang dipertimbangkan untuk mendapat beasiswa, dan mahasiswa yang tidak direkomendasi beasiswa. Variabel penentu dalam
sistem rekomendasi beasiswa ini adalah nilai Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif, penghasilan
orang tua, dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga. Penulis juga membuat sistem berbasis web sebagai alat simulasi dari proses klusterisasi yang dilakukan menggunakan
algoritma k-means. Berdasarkan uji coba yang dilakukan terhadap 363 mahasiswa,
terdapat 89 mahasiswa yang direkomendasi, 87 mahasiswa yang dipertimbangkan, 45
mahasiswa yang tidak direkomendasi, dan 142 mahasiswa yang tidak lolos seleksi.
The K-Means algorithm is one of the clustering algorithms for clustering data
that share the same characteristics into a single cluster, and distinguish data that
have different characteristics into other clusters. Some of the advantages of this algorithm are easy to implement, easy to adapt, relatively fast process, and commonly
used. In this thesis, the writer will apply k-means algorithm to produce the scholarship recommendation system which is clustered into three categories, the students are
recommended to get the scholarship, the students who are considered for scholarship,
and the students who are not recommended scholarship. The determinant variables
in this scholarship recommendation system are the Cumulative Grade Point value,
the parent’s income, and the number of family dependents. The author also makes a
web-based system as a simulation tool of the clustering process is done using the kmeans algorithm. Based on trials conducted on 363 students, there were 89 students
recommended, 87 students considered, 45 students who were not recommended, and
142 students dit not pass
Description of the Sulim Batak Toba Learning Method for People with Visual Disabilities at the Karya Murni Orphanage in Medan
This study focuses on the learning process of Sulim Batak Toba for visually
impaired individuals at the Karya Murni Orphanage in Medan. Visually impaired
individuals are those who have impairments in their sense of sight. When learning,
each student needs to pay attention to the teacher when presenting the material. The
purpose of this study is to obtain information about appropriate teaching methods
for visually impaired individuals, particularly when learning Sulim Batak Toba, and
to examine how a music teacher's innovation and creativity influence the delivery
of instructional material. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with
data collection techniques involving field observations, interviews, documentation,
and literature studies to be conducted at the Karya Murni Medan Orphanage,
located at Jl Karya Wisata No. 6, Medan Johor District, Medan, North Sumatra. For
a more in-depth analysis, the author uses the learning theory proposed by Sumiati
and Asra, as well as the music theory proposed by E. Edwin Gordon. The results of
this study reveal that the primary and most frequently applied method by music
teachers when teaching Sulim Batak Toba to visually impaired individuals is
through lectures, demonstrations supplemented with assignment methods, and
cooperative methods. The innovation of music teachers during the learning process
is evident through the concept of learning stages divided into five phases: the
introduction to musical instruments phase, the basic playing techniques phase, the
song-playing phase, the improvisation phase, and the finishing or assessment phase,
as well as the creativity of music teachers in using the “blowing method” version
by Brother Yohanes (). The “Tiupan Dirja” method, the role of social media through
recording methods, and the use of Braille notation also contribute to enhancing the
abilities of visually impaired individuals participating in the Sulim Batak Toba
