    AbstractThe study aimed to determine the effect of applying the cooperative learning model of think pair share type on electrical circuits in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Pontianak. This research was in the form of classroom action research with the sample taken using the intact group technique consisting of 29 students of class IX A. The data collection tool was a validated test of the question (the validity level of cycle I is 3.8 and cycle II is 3.9 in the medium category) and tested for reliability (treasonability 0.75 for the first cycle and 0.60 in the second cycle so that it was in the high category). Based on data analysis, it was obtained the level of class completeness in the first cycle of 86.20% and 79.31% in the second cycle. Besides the level of learning implementation 78.3% in the first cycle of the first meeting, 75.0% in the second cycle of the second meeting and 100% in the second cycle. Thus the cooperative learning model of the think pair shared can improve student learning outcomes about electrical circuits at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Pontianak. Keywords: Electrical Circuit, Learning Outcomes, Think Pair Share

    This paper is intended to reveal the basic theories of Islamic educational leadership. From the definition of Islamic education leadership, the ideal terms and characteristics as a leader of Islamic education. The characteristics and conditions of leadership Islamic education have been applied in the KH Hamdani Abu Bakran Adz-zakiy leadership in Raudatul Muttaqin Islamic boarding school. He is a preacher and Islamic boarding school leader capable of influencing positive changes to his students. KH Hamdani explains the term as a leader must be able to influence others, must have strong integrity, and an ability to problem-solving. The characteristic of an Islamic Education Leader is Kharisma. The author wanted the leadership of Islamic education (except Islamic boarding school) can use the culture of the terms and characteristics of Islamic boarding school leadership, especially that has been applied by KH Hamdani Abu Bakran Adz-zakiy leadership. The results showed that the ideal Islamic leadership has been applied by KH Hamdani. This leadership can be a role model and practiced at the same time by other Islamic educational institutions, such as madrasa. So as the leadership of Islamic education is not only labeled Islam but it really implements the true Islamic leadership

    Persoalan tahrif (Perubahan) dalam al-Qur'an sesungguhnya telah muncul di percaturan intelektual kaum Muslimin sejak berabad-abad yang lalu. Saat ini, walaupun persoalan tersebut sudah tidak banyak diperbincangkan lagi, namun tetap saja masih ada sebagian umat Islam yang mengangkatnya sebagai wacana yang layak diperhatikan. Yang sedemikian ini karena posisi al-Qur'an sebagai Kitab Suci umat Islam yang berfungsi sebagai petunjuk berlaku sepanjang masa, dan memang mesti bersifat abadi yang tidak berubah. Oleh sebab itu, isu tentang adanya Perubahan di dalamnya tentu akan menimbulkan respon yang cukup kritis. Tulisan ini difokuskan untuk membahas persoalan yang berkaitan dengan tahrif dalam al-Qur'an.     106 HalamanUndang-undang No. 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa yang dijabarkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Nomor 4 tahun 2015 tentang Pendirian, Pengurusan dan Pengelolaan dan Pembubaran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) menjadi legalitas hukum tentang BUMDES di Indonesia. Peraturan Desa Jatirejo Nomor 2 tahun 2016 menjadi pedoman hukum pendirian BUMDES Amanah di Desa Jatirejo Kecamatan Pagar Merbau Kabupaten Deli Serdang Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi BUMDES Amanah di Desa Jatirejo Kecamatan Pagar Merbau Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Analisis dilakukan mulai dari proses perencanaan hingga proses evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh BUMDES Amanah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang dilaksanakan selama satu tahun.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian Direktur BUMDES, Pengurus BUMDES, Kepala Desa, Tokoh Masyarakat dan Masyarakat Desa Jatirejo. Untuk menganalisis keberhasilan implementasi BUMDESAmanah digunakan teori George Edward III yang menyatakan ada empat faktor penentu keberhasilan implementasi yakni, faktor komunikasi, sumberdaya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi serta berdasarkan Instrumen Profil BUMDES. Peneliti juga menambahkan tiga aspek tambahan yakni aspek partisipasi masyarakat, transparansi dan keberlanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BUMDES Amanah telah melaksanakan pembentukan dan pelaksanaan program kerja dengan baik. Sejak aktif berjalan mulai tahun 2017 BUMDES Amanah telah memiliki 6 unit usaha. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah kompetensi sumber daya manusia, transparansi yang belum berjalan dengan baik dan keberlanjutan program kerja yang masih dikhawatirkan dikarenakan keterlibatan pengurus usia muda yang tidak aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan BUMDes Amanah. Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages as outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Number 4 of 2015 concerning the Establishment, Management and Management and Disbanding of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) became the legal legality regarding BUMDES in Indonesia. Jatirejo Village Regulation No. 2 of 2016 serves as a legal guideline for the establishment of the Amanah BUMDES in Jatirejo Village, Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Amanah BUMDES in Jatirejo Village, Pagar Merbau District, North Sumatra. The analysis was carried out starting from the planning process to the evaluation process carried out by BUMDES Amanah using a descriptive qualitative approach carried out for one year. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing, observing and documenting the research subjects of the Director of BUMDES, BUMDES Management, Village Heads, Community Leaders and Jatirejo Village Communities. To analyze the success of the implementation of the BUMDES Amanah, George Edward III's theory is used which states that there are four critical success factors in the implementation, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structures and based on the BUMDES Profile Instrument. The researcher also added three additional aspects namely aspects of community participation, transparency and sustainability. The results showed that the BUMDES Amanah had carried out the formation and implementation of a work program well. Since actively running in 2017 BUMDES Amanah has 6 business units. Constraints faced are human resource competencies, transparency that has not been running well and the sustainability of work programs that are still feared due to the involvement of young management who are not active in various BUMDes Amanah activitie

    84 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja pada siswa SMK. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan negatif antara dukungan sosial dengan kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja pada siswa SMK. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 75 siswa-siswi SMK. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala dukungan sosial dan skala kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja. Berdasarkan uji validitas dan reliabilitas pada skala dukungan sosial diperoleh 52 aitem valid dengan koefisien reliabilitas cronbach alpha 0,981. Sedangkan, skala kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja diperoleh 46 aitem valid dengan koefisien reliabilitas cronbach alpha 0,918. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode statistik Product Moment Pearson. Koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh adalah r = -0,327 dengan nilai p=0,001 yang berarti nilai p lebih kecil dari 0,05 (p<0,05). Hasil ini menunjukan adanya hubungan negatif antara variabel dukungan sosial dan kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja pada siswa SMK yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Subjek dalam penelitian ini pada umumnya memiliki dukungan sosial yang rendah (mean empirik = 105,15 dan mean hipotetik = 130), dan mempersepsi dirinya mempunyai kecemasan yang tinggi (mean empirik = 133,31 dan mean hipotetik = 112,5). This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and anxiety in facing the world of work in vocational students. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a negative relationship between social support and anxiety in facing the world of work in vocational students. The subjects of this study were 75 vocational high school students. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used in this research is the social support scale and the anxiety scale in facing the world of work. Based on the validity and reliability tests on the social support scale, 52 valid items were obtained with the Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient of 0.981. Meanwhile, the scale of anxiety in facing the world of work obtained 46 valid items with the Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient of 0.918. The data analysis method used is the Pearson Product Moment statistical method. The correlation coefficient obtained is r = -0.327 with a p value = 0.001, which means that the p value is less than 0.05 (p <0.05). These results indicate a negative relationship between social support variables and anxiety in facing the world of work in vocational students, which means that the hypothesis is accepted. Subjects in this study generally have low social support (mean empiric = 105.15 and mean hypothetical = 130), and perceive themselves to have high anxiety (mean empiric = 133.31 and mean hypothetical = 112.5)

The method of recitation is also considered as one of the proofs of the authenticity of the Qur’an. The fact proves that through authentic and even mutawatir narrations, the qira’at imams teach it meticulously and directly (musyafahah). Furthermore, in its implications, differences in recitation methods may lead to discrepancies in determining the legal rulings contained within a verse.     Dhulqarnayn is a figure who has mentioned in the Qur’ran. Various opinions about who was he in real life was mentioned by the commentators in various versions. The first version was revealed that he was Alexander the Great (also called Iskandar Agung) of Macedonia, Greece. The second version mentions that the reference to Dhulqarnayn was King Darius I (521-485 BC) the emperor of Persia. The third version reveals, Dhulqarnayn was Abi Bakr bin Ifriqy. He was a king of Himyar located on the Arabian Peninsula. In addition, there is also an opinion that the story about the existence of this figure is only a symbol. He was never definitively exist in history. This article examines two historical paradigms and mythical contradictory, but complementary. So, Dhulqarnayn as a figure can be understood as a character, strength, positive institution or system and to protect and bring prosperity to those who take refuge under his control. Therefore, atleast, benefits ibrahor lesson from this story, of course, is the first thing that must be taken before the other.&nbsp

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan komunikasi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan budaya belajar siswa di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Arifin Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Serdang Bedagai, dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Objek penelitian adalah Kepala Madrasah, staf pimpinan madrasah, guru, dan siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Adapun tujuan peneletian ini mengungkapkan : (1) untuk mengetahui komunikasi Kepala Madrasah dengan staf pimpinan Madrasah dalam meningkatkan budaya belajar siswa di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Arifin Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Serdang Bedagai, (2)untuk mengetahui komunikasi Kepala Madrasah dengan Guru dalam meningkatkan budaya belajar siswa di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Arifin Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Serdang Bedagai, (3) untuk mengetahui komunikasi Kepala Madrasah dengan Siswa dalam meningkatkan budaya belajar siswa di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Arifin Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Serdang Bedagai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepala Madrasah memeng melakukan komunikasi dengan staf pimpinan madrasah, guru, dan siswa dalam meningkatkan budaya belajar siswa di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Arifin Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Serdang Bedagai. Komuniaksi kepala madrasah berjalan dengan baik dan lancar.     This artilce elaborates the meaning of millah Ibrahim, which is, the Sh ar i’a(law) that has been revealed by the Allmighty to the Prophet Ibrahim, then, to be taught to His companions (ummah) and to be hold fast by His offsprings. the Ibrahim tawheedteaching is the meaning of millah Ibrahimthat has been mentioned in the Qur’an, so that all the samawireligions have the same basic teaching, called tawheed, however each of their prophets teach a different Shar i’a(law) between one and another. Such thing is reasonable, for each prophet is sent in different time, and the Sh ar i’ashould be adjusted according the condition of its ummah. It is no wonder wether the followers among the samawireligions conduct different religious activities one another. But, it can be confirmed that there is any previous messenger teaching which is still available for the recent time. From this, inevitability appears that in some Islamic legal system (Sh ar i’a/law) consists of previous one, which in this case is millah Ibrahim
