Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kepantasan mahar yang menjadi suatu topik aktual yang hangat untuk dibicarakan, karena dalam suatu pernikahan tentu memiliki konsekuensi terjadinya konflik, beban dan ketidakadilan terhadap salah satu pihak tertentu khususnya perempuan. Sebagaimana pemberian mahar yang berkualitas yang belum begitu pantas, sebab pelaksanaannya terdapat unsur peremehan pada hukum islam ataupun pemaknaan perempuan mempunyai tsaman (harga) yang harus dibayarkan dan acuannya strata sosial perempuan yang akan dinikahi, semakin tinggi strata sosial perempuan tersebut maka akan berpengaruh dalam pemberian mahar yang tinggi pula. Titik permasalahan muncul ketika pemberian mahar berupa hal yang memberatkan, melainkan mempersulit kadar kemampuan laki-laki sehingga mahar bukannya sebagai menyalurkan cinta dan kasih sayang tetapi malah menjadi hambatan ataupun penundaan dalam pernikahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan suatu wawasan yang lebih analitis, demikian penulis menghadirkan dua ulama kontemporer Husein Muhammad dan Muhammad Syahrur. Dimana, status pemikiran keduanya relevan di era kontemporer khususnya tentang kepantasan mahar, berdasarkan prinsip kesetaraan dan keadilan gender dalam islam dalam konteks sosial dan budaya yang berkontribusi secara positif pada masyarakat.
Rumusan Masalah ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana kepantasan mahar perspektif Husein Muhammad? 2) Bagaimana kepantasan mahar perspektif Muhammad Syahrur? 3) Apa persamaan dan perbedaan kepantasan mahar menurut Husein Muhammad dan Muhammad Syahrur ditinjau dari perspektif Maqashid Al-Syariah?. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui kepantasan mahar perspektif Husein Muhammad. 2) Untuk mengetahui kepantasan mahar perspektif Muhammad Syahrur. 3) Untuk mengetahui persamaan dan perbedaan kepantasan mahar menurut Husein Muhammad dan Muhammad Syahrur ditinjau dari perspektif Maqashid Al-Syari’ah.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yakni dengan mengumpulkan data yang berbentuk karya tulis seperti buku, artikel, kitab dan sumber lainnya yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini. Adapun teknis analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik komparatif (perbandingan).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) kepantasan mahar perspektif Husein Muhammad menyatakan makna mahar (maskawin) dalam Al-Qur’an merupakan bukan sebagai harga dari seorang perempuan, bahkan batas maksimal dan minimal dalam pemberian mahar tidak ada ketentuan secara konkrit untuk melangsungkan pernikahan dan berdasarkan kemampuan mempelai laki laki. 2) kepantasan mahar perspektif Muhammad Syahrur merujuk dasar Q.S. an-Nisa’4 : 4, bahwasannya Allah swt, mewajibkan penyerahan mahar kepada wanita yang dinikahi secara sukarela, yakni hadiah simbolik (hadiyah ramziyah), bahkan batas minimal kepantasan kadar mahar berdasarkan pernikahan sesama strata dan berdasarkan sesuai dengan aturan adat masyarakat setempat, khususnya pihak perempuan. 3) persamaan dan perbedaan kepantasan mahar menurut Husein Muhammad dan Muhammad Syahrur ditinjau dari perspektif Maqashid Al-Syari’ah dilihat dari persamaannya kedua ulama kontemporer tersebut bepegang teguh dalam Maqashid Al-Syari’ah, yakni hifdz al-Din dan hifdz al-Nasl dalam pemberian mahar secara sukarela tanpa adanya unsur mengharapkan imbalan. Namun perbedaan pendapat ini berdasarkan pada nominal pemberian kadar mahar, Husein Muhammad mangacu dalam hifdz al-Maal. Sedangkan Muhammad Syahrur mengacu sesuai hifdz al-Nafs

ABSTRAK
Teknologi pada masa kini telah berkembang sangat pesat, contoh teknologi
yang paling pesat berkembang setiap tahunnya yaitu Smartphone, namun dibalik
kecanggihannya smartphone juga memiliki dampak negatif, khususnya bagi anak
yang di usia 3-5 tahun yang mulai mengenal teknologi smartphone, yang dimana
anak hanya menggunakan smartphone hanya untuk bermain game saja, yang
dapat mengakibatkan anak malas belajar dan pengetahuan mereka berkurang.
Augmented Reality adalah teknologi yang dapat menggabungkan antara dunia maya
dan dunia nyata yang kemudian diproyeksikan menggunakan kamera secara real time.
Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AR untuk membuat aplikasi pengenalan buah-buahan
untuk anak usia dini dalam 3 bahasa menggunakan Augmented Reality berbasis android,
Teknologi Augmented Reality ini dapat menyisipkan suatu informasi tertentu ke
dalam dunia maya dan kemudian akan di tampilkan ke dunia nyata dengan
bantuan perlengkapan seperti webcam, computer dan Smartphone.
Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi pengenalan buah-buahan untuk anak
usia dini dalam 3 bahasa menggunakan Augmented Reality berbasis android, dengan
tujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan anak dalam mengenal nama buah dalam 3 bahasa
ingris, arab, dan Indonesia. Aplikasi berjalan dengan baik pada smartphone dengan
minimal RAM 2 Gb, Aplikasi juga dilengkapi dengan button audio yang berfungsi
dengan baik dari nama masing-masing nama buah, yang akan memudahkan anak dalam
cara pengucapannya, dan marker yang apabila terdeteksi akan menampilkan buah dalam
3D pada layer smartphone.

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Discovery Terhadap Hasil Belajar Kognitif Siswa Kelas VII MTs Al-Anshor Ambon
No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of discovery learning model on cognitive learning outcomes of class VII students on heat material at MTs Al-Anshor Ambon. The data collection instruments used were tests and observation sheets. The population in this study was class VII MTs Al - Anshor Ambon academic year 2021/2022 which consisted of 2 classes with a total of 19 students. Based on the hypothesis test of the discovery learning model on students' cognitive learning outcomes, the significance value is smaller than the value of , meaning that the H1 hypothesis is accepted. In student learning outcomes which were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, the average value of the experimental class was 100 and the control class was 80 with a standard deviation of 13.31. The results of hypothesis testing using t-test obtained tcount value of 2.616 and at a significant level 0.05 with dk = 17 obtained ttable = 1.740 thus tcount > ttable¬ then H1 is accepted H0 is rejected. This means that there is a significant effect of discovery learning model on cognitive learning outcomes of class VII students on heat material at MTs Al-Anshor Ambon

No full textThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment
