The purpose of the research are: 1) To know the description of job characteristics , communication climate, and job satisfaction trimming 1 employee’s at PT Krama Yudha Ratu Motor. 2) To know about the influence of job characteristics toward job satisfaction trimming 1 employee’s at PT Krama Yudha Ratu Motor. 3) To know about the influence of communication climate toward job satisfaction trimming 1 employee’s at PT Krama Yudha Ratu Motor. 4) To know about the influence of job characteristics and communication climate toward job satisfaction trimming 1 employee’s at PT Krama Yudha Ratu Motor. The analysis implemented in this research are descriptive and explanatory analysis. This research is taken 71 trimming 1 employee’s at PT Krama Yudha Ratu Motor. While data collection by using questionnaire and cultivated processed using SPSS 16. The result showed that: 1) Job characteristics has a significant influence on job satisfaction. 2) communication climate has a significant influence on job
satisfaction. 3) job characteristics and communication climate has a significant influence on job satisfaction.

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi wirausaha dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Sumbawa. UMKM memegang peranan vital dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun menghadapi tantangan dalam persaingan global dan revolusi digital, yang menuntut penguatan aspek internal seperti kompetensi wirausaha dan orientasi kewirausahaan. Kompetensi wirausaha mencakup kemampuan perencanaan bisnis, pengelolaan sumber daya, inovasi, komunikasi, dan kepemimpinan, yang esensial agar UMKM adaptif dan tangguh. Sementara itu, orientasi kewirausahaan merefleksikan sikap inovatif, proaktif, dan keberanian mengambil risiko, yang terbukti memperkuat strategi bisnis dan mendorong penetrasi pasar. Data di Kabupaten Sumbawa menunjukkan adanya keterbatasan dalam pengembangan kompetensi SDM dan mentalitas kewirausahaan. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan survei terhadap 100 responden UMKM di Kabupaten Sumbawa, dengan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa baik kompetensi wirausaha maupun orientasi kewirausahaan secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi daya saing UMKM. Orientasi kewirausahaan bahkan menunjukkan pengaruh yang lebih kuat dibandingkan kompetensi wirausaha, menegaskan pentingnya kedua faktor ini untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif UMKM di tengah dinamika pasar

Sumber datanipun inggih menika cerbung Tresna Ngumbara anggitanipun Itheng Sulistyawati. Panaliten menika dipuntaliti kanthi pendekatan psikologi sastra. Cara ngempalaken data saking panaliten menika mawi cara maos saha nyerat. Data dipunanalisis mawi cara analisis deskriptif kanthi tindak kategorisasi. Cara kanggen gesahaken data wonten ing panaliten menika ngginakaken validitas semantik, reliabilitas interrater lan intrarater.

No full textFacial skin care processes have basically undergone various types of innovations and transformations that have rapid development in the world of skincare. As it is known that face skin is quite sensitive for the most, including the women who carry out periodic maintenance. By using a sheet mask, it is hoped that it will be able to prevent skin aging. Meanwhile, the purpose of the research is to innovate a sheet mask made from the basic material of Black Cumin (Nigella Sativa L.) which has the property to disguise black spots and as an antioxidant on the face by taking the result of the extraction process. In addition, there is an additional Glycerin as the main raw material in making sheet mask extract which has properties to moisturize facial skin in a structured manner. To get the maximum result, this study also refers to the method of literature – the previous literature related to an innovation of black cumin extract for sheet masks

No full textThe purpose of this research is to describe the figurative language used in the novel “A Pair Against (2)” by Jazuli Imam and to find out the author's style of writing. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, the target of this research is to describe the comparative figure of speech in the novel "A Pair Against (2)" by Jazuli Imam. The data source in this study is the entire text contained in the novel. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by recording techniques and classifying the findings of comparative figurative sentences. In this research, the researcher uses the theory of comparative figure of speech by Henry G. Tarigan as the basis for the comparative figure of speech to be studied. Based on the results of the analysis, the novel "A Pair Against (2)" contains several comparative figures of speech, namely: 3 figures of speech for parable/simile, 4 figures of speech for metaphor, 1 figure of speech for depersonification, 2 figure of speech for personification, 1 figure of speech for anticipation/prolepsis, 4 figure of speech for correction/epanortosis, and 2 major periphrases. Thus, a literary work cannot be separated from the figure of speech because this figure of speech is the most important thing in a literary work. The author uses this figure of speech to create a beautiful writing. Through the figures of speech contained in literary works, literary works become more lively and varied, so as to avoid things that are monotonou
