Full text linkDalam kontestasi politik seperti halnya Pemilu dan Pilkada, pasangan calon harus memiliki branding politik untuk bisa memenangkan pemilihan kepala daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Political Branding Eva Dwiana dan Deddy Amarullah dalam Pemilihan wali kota dan wakil walikota Bandar Lampung tahun 2020, selanjutnya penulis ingin mengungkap faktor branding politik Eva Dwiana dan Deddy Amarullah yang bisa memenangkan kontestasi pemilihan wali kota dan wakil wali kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2020. Adapun metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan data yang bersumber dari hasil wawancara serta dokumentasi yang dilakukan kepada beberapa narasumber atau informan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Branding Politik berpengaruh besar dalam kemenangan Eva Dwiana dan Deddy Amarullah. Adapun Branding Politik dilakukan oleh pasangan calon Eva Dwiana dan Dedy Amarullah, timses dan juga partai pengusung adalah konsep pasar politik, produk politik dan positioning politik melalui dua saluran komunikasi politik, yakni saluran tatap muka dan saluran media

No full textThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Influence of
Creativity and Innovation for Customer Satisfaction in Amarullah Herbal Clinic.
This study is explanation research associative. The population in this study
are the ones who have bought the products on Herbal Clinic Amarullah which
totaled 4,656 people in the period from July 2013 to December 2013. Methods of
Sampling was done by purposive sampling method the sample chosen by specific
criteria, criteria for samples taken are consumers who have made purchases at a
minimum Amarullah Clinic 2 times. Methods of data collection in this study was
a questionnaire and documentary study. Methods of data analysis using
descriptive method and quantitative method of multiple linear regression analysis
with a level of 0.05 singnifikan.
F test showed that creativity and innovation together to have a positive and
significant effect on the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction. Based
on testing coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that the R value of 0.642
means that creativity and innovation affect customer satisfaction by 64.2% and the

Laporan akhir ini menjelaskan bagaimana merancang dan membangun aplikasi monitoring CCTV berbasis android. Permasalahan yang terjadi selama terkait keamanan di Jurusan Teknik Komputer seperti hilang ataupun rusaknya barang berharga dan fasilitas yang ada didalam jurusan. Sehingga perlu dibuat perangkat lunak berupa aplikasi monitoring menggunakan CCTV untuk perangkat mobile berbasis Android. Aplikasi monitoring CCTV yang digunakan untuk me- monitoring ruangan, sebagai media perekam gambar dan menggunakan jaringan internet sebagai penghubung antara IP DVR dengan smartphone android dan aplikasi monitoring. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi monitoring CCTV ini hanya dapat dilakukan di Smartphone Android. Rancangan fitur aplikasi ini mampu melakukan streaming video, merekam video, dan menampilkan image pada perangkat mobile berbasis android yang sudah diinstall aplikasimonitoring
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The objective is to raise awareness about energy conservation, contribute to the field of energy performance evaluation in libraries, and provide insights for future studies. The study will analyze historical energy consumption data, evaluate lighting, HVAC systems, and other energy-consuming equipment, and explore potential energy-saving measures. The findings will contribute to environmental sustainability, cost savings, knowledge sharing, and educational impact. The project aims to address inefficient energy consumption, high energy costs, and the lack of knowledge and best practices in energy performance evaluation. The outcomes will provide recommendations for optimizing energy performance and fostering a culture of energy efficiency within the library community

INTISARI
Sifat kadar liat yang tinggi pada Ultisol serta sifat tanah yang belum berkembang pada entisol sangat membutuhkan bahan ameliorant apabila dijadikan sebagai lahan budidaya. salah satu alternatif bahan ameliorant adalah biochar sekam padi. Biochar sekam padi memiliki karakter pH dan kapasitas menahan air yang tinggi diduga tepat diaplikasikan pada Ultisol dan Entisol. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan dosis biochar sekam padi dan jenis tanah terbaik terhadap sifat kimia tanah serta interaksi biochar sekam padi dan dosis biochar sekam padi. Percobaan polibag (tanah seberat 5 KG) disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap, terdiri dari 2 faktor yakni jenis tanah (Ultisol dan Entisol) serta dosis biochar sekam padi ( 0, 250, 500 g/polibag tanah). Sampel tanah dikoleksi dari dua lokasi yaitu dari Kecamatan Binawidya Kota pekanbaru dan dari Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar. Terdapat 6 perlakuan yang diulang sebanyak 4 kali sehingga terdapat 24 unit percobaan (polibag). Parameter pengamatan adalah : kadar C- Organik, KTK, pH, N-total, P-tersedia dan K-total tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan dosis biochar sekam padi nyata meningkatkan nilai pH, C- Organik, N-total, P-tersedia, K-total dan KTK tanah baik pada tanah Ultisol maupun Entisol dan dosis terbaik pada penelitian ini adalah perlakuan 500 g biochar sekam padi.

Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
