MOTIV PRIJATELJSTVA U IGROKAZIMA ZA DJECU
Prijateljstvo zbog svog značaja na odgoj i razvoj zauzima važno mjesto u dječjoj književnosti općenito, a kao tema često se pojavljuje i u dječjim igrokazima, stoga je početna hipoteza ovog rada - plodnost motiva prijateljstva u igrokazima za djecu. S obzirom na to da se djeca spontano poistovjećuju s likovima iz književnosti, autori često pribjegavaju personifikaciji životinja, biljaka i ostalih pojmova iz neposrednog dječjeg okruženja kako bi problematizirali važne životne situacije. Dodjeljujući različitim likovima različite osobine, kako pozitivne tako i negativne, djeci se pruža mogućnost ,,proživljavanja" problemskih situacija kao i sagledavanja posljedica koje određeno ponašanje sa sobom nosi, što ima iznimno odgojno djelovanje. Pod pojmom prijateljstvo obrađuju se različite teme kroz koje se djeci prenose i različite vrijednosti. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada, u čiju je svrhu odabrano nekoliko najpoznatijih i najizvođenijih igrokaza autora novije hrvatske književnosti, je metodom analize, deskripcije i interpretacije potvrditi početnu hipotezu, što je i ostvareno te naglasiti upravo te vrijednosti jer one odlikuju prijateljske, ali i sve druge važne životne odnose.Because of its significance for education and development, friendship occupies an important place in children's literature in general, and as a theme it often appears in children's plays, therefore the initial hypothesis of this work is - the fertility of the motive of friendship in plays for children. Given that children spontaneously identify with characters from literature, authors often resort to the personification of animals, plants and other concepts from the children's immediate environment in order to problematize important life situations. By assigning different characteristics to different characters, both positive and negative, children are given the opportunity to "experience" problematic situations as well as to see the consequences that certain behavior entails, which has an exceptional educational effect. Under the term friendship, various topics are covered through which children convey different values. The aim of this thesis, for the purpose of which several well-known and performed plays by authors of recent Croatian literature were selected, is to confirm the initial hypothesis, which was achieved, and to emphasize precisely those values that are characteristic of friendly, but also of all important life relationships

Autor v kyberpriestore: porovnanie súčasnej pozície autora a autorskej anonymity s teóriami Michela Foucaulta a Rolanda Barthesa
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou autorskej pozície v prostredí moderného média internetu. Oporu tejto práce tvoria dve práce, a to článok Smrt Autora od Rolanda Barthesa a text prednášky Co je autor? od Michela Foucaulta. Po dôkladnom rozbore týchto dvoch prác nasleduje popis prostredia internetovej stránky www.pismak.cz, ktorá bola vybraná ako vhodný reprezentant moderného prostredia, kde je možné nájsť a preskúmať funkciu a miesto autora literárnych diel. V práci ponúkam vlastný pohľad na to, ako autori na tejto stránke fungujú a hlavne na to, aké sú dôsledky produkcie literárnych diel pod zvoleným pseudonymom - nickom. V práci prezentujem aj nové pohľady na fenomén internetovej anonymity tak, ako sú dostupné v aktuálnych vedeckých článkoch. V závere práce prichádza porovnanie mojej vlastnej analýzy s myšlienkami Rolanda Barthesa a Michela Foucaulta, kde nachádzam viacero paralel a uzatváram, že práce týchto autorov sú stále aktuálne.This thesis analyzes the position of the author in the environment of internet. The main source of information for this thesis is the study of Roland Barthes - Death of the Author and the lecture of Michel Foucault - What is an author? After a thorough analysis of these two works, the thesis focuses on the description of the webpage www.pismak.cz, which has been selected as a suitable representative for environment of internet. This website allows us to study and explore the role and place of the author. I tried to describe the position of the author on this website. Mainly the fact, that every user of this website uses a pseudonym - nick. The work also presents new insights into the phenomenon of internet anonymity, based on the information gathered from current scientific articles. At the end I compare my own analysis with theories of Roland Barthes and Michel Foucault. Transgresje i transpozycje myśli Brechta w sztukach Rolanda Schimmelpfenniga
The author of this article attempts to assess the influences of Brecht’s theory on the literary production by contemporary German playwright Roland Schimmelpfennig. The author follows their transgressions and transpositions based on selected examples of his plays. Referring to the definition of transgression given by Grzegorz Petrek, he attempts to analyse such issues as acting, alienation, the meaning of text and image in Brecht’s drama, as well as its didactic and political potential. With regard to drama and theatre in German, Schimmelpfennig has been under an immense influence of Brecht’s ideas and practices.Autor niniejszej pracy bada wpływy myśli Bertolta Brechta na twórczość dramatyczną współcześnie tworzącego Rolanda Schimmelpfenniga, śledząc ich przesunięcia, transgresje i transpozycje na wybranych przykładach oraz odwołując się do wywiadów i wykładów autora. W oparciu o definicję transgresji zaproponowaną przez Grzegorza Petrka podejmuje próbę usytuowania zagadnień gry aktorskiej, wyobcowania, roli tekstu i obrazu w dramacie, jego dydaktycznego i politycznego potencjału. Wobec tradycji niemieckojęzycznego dramatu i teatru, Schimmelpfennig po dziś dzień znajduje się pod niemałym wpływem idei i praktyki stworzonej przez Brechta

“Death of the Author” as a Way towards Understanding the Purposive Interpretation in Law
Tento text se zaměřuje na problematiku výkladu textů, konkrétně na vztah osoby autora, jeho záměru a textu, který vytvořil. Vychází především z literárněteoretických přístupů, konkrétně pak ze stěžejního textu „Smrt autora“ Rolanda Barthese a v linii jeho argumentace diskutuje i další související přístupy. Tyto literárně- teoretické přístupy jsou posléze diskutovány ve světle výkladu právních textů; některé poznatky jsou následně vztaženy k problematice teleologické metody výkladu právních textů.This paper focuses on the issue of interpretation of texts, in particular on the relationship between the personality and intent of the author and his/her text. It makes use of various literary theories, especially of the seminal piece of writing in this context: The Death of the Author by Roland Barthes. The paper follows his line of argumentation and subsequently addresses also related approaches. The findings are further discussed in relation to the interpretation of legal texts, in particular the issue of purposive interpretation in law

Autor skupia się szczególnie na napięciu między podmiotem a językiem, na rozszczepieniu tożsamości oraz na refleksji nad piszącym Ja. Przedstawiony jest także wybór translatorskich problemów, jakie napotkał tłumacz w czasie pracy nad książką Roland Barthes.The text is an attempt to re-read Roland Barthes’ autobiographical book by its translator. The author is particularly focused on the tension between the subject and the language, on the identity split and on the reflection on the writing “I”.
