ABSTRAK
PT. WAHYU PUTRA UNGGUL SENTOSA memiliki beberapa cabang dan
pekerja di luar lingkungan perusahaan, tetapi untuk saling berkomunikasi, mengakses data dan informasi mereka masih menggunakan e-mail, messenger dan telepon sebagai medianya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan cara yang lebih aman untuk berkomunikasi. Maka diusulkan untuk membangun sebuah jaringan berbasis VPN (Virtual Private Network) yang menggunakan internet sebagai medianya untuk meningkatkan sistem keamanan perusahaan. VPN ini akan melakukan enkripsi dan tunneling pada data yang akan ditransfer sehingga keamanan data akan terjamin serta diharapkan VPN ini dapat dipakai di sistem operasi Linux dan Windows. Metodologi
penelitian dalam pembuatan jaringan VPN ini dilakukan dengan menganalisa permasalahan pada perusahaan dengan cara melakukan wawancara dan survey langsung, melakukan study pustaka, melakukan perancangan berdasarkan hasil analisa dan study pustaka, dan melakukan uji coba dan evaluasi dengan simulasi. VPN tersebut akan dibuat dengan sebuah software open- source, yaitu Open VPN.
Hasil rancangan VPN ini akan diuji-coba menggunakan simulasi pada skala yang lebih kecil dengan pembatasan dua client dan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Sehingga diharapkan sistem jaringan berbasis VPN ini dapat diaplikasikan di perusahaan dan diharapkan juga dengan adanya jaringan VPN ini maka kegiatan komunikasi, akses data dan informasi pada perusahaan akan menjadi lebih aman.

Banyak kita dapatkan bahwasannya lingkungan sosial sangat berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, apalagi terhadap prestasi belajar sekolah, banyak siswa yang kegiatannya hanya bermain dengan teman-temannya, mereka tidak mau belajar dikarenakan teman-teman yang lain juga tidak belajar. Penelitian bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan keluarga dengan prestasi belajar Siswa Kelas X Jurusan Teknik Mekanik Otomotif SMK Negeri 6 Malang tahun ajaran 2016/2017; 2) Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan sekolah dengan prestasi belajar Siswa Kelas X Jurusan Teknik Mekanik Otomotif SMK Negeri 6 Malang tahun ajaran 2016/2017; 3) Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan masyarakat dengan prestasi belajar Siswa Kelas X Jurusan Teknik Mekanik Otomotif SMK Negeri 6 Malang tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini bersifat ex-post facto dengan sample 60 siswa dari total populasi 200 siswa yang dipilih secara Proportionate Random Sampling dan Nomogram Harry King untuk menentukan populasi dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Populasi didapatkan dari SMK Negeri 6 jurusan otomotif kelas X yang berjumlah 200 orang. Data ini di analisis secara pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Lingkungan Keluarga berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan prestasi belajar. Lingkungan Sekolah berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan prestasi belajar. Lingkungan Masyarakat berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan prestasi belajar. Lingkungan Sekolah, karena variable tersebut dalam penelitian ini memeberikan kontribusi yang paling signifikan terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa. Penelitian selanjutnya hendaknya menambahkan variable lain yang ada pada lingkungan social karena diperkirakan mempengaruhi Prestasi Belajar, seperti motivasi siswa, minat siswa, metode pembelajaran, dan lain-lain

Key Word : Survey, Training Activities, Basketball, Extracurricular. High schools in Lamongan District not only prioritize the academic activities, but non-academic activities as well like extracurricular. Basketball became one of extracurricular favored by students, because the sport is becoming increasingly popular in many circles and boys or girls can do this. From the results of the initial observation that has been conducted by researchers, Data obtained men's basketball team performance different from each of the schools during the last three years. This was caused by the use of the different training methods also. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe how the implementation of mens basketball extracurricular activities in Lamongan District. With the holding of this study are expected to be useful for the parties concerned, among other things, researchers, trainers, extracurricular participants and school. This data collection there are several steps, among others: (1) preparation, (2) the stage of implementation, (3) the stage of research reporting. The formula used to analyze the data that is P = F / N x 100%. Based on this research, the average percentage of sub-indicators of the characteristics of the coach outside the exercise of 100% and the characteristics of the coach in the exercise of 16.67%. Sub-indicators of the motivation of 22.22% and a sense of security sub-indicators of 50%. Sub indicators dicipline of 16.67% and sub-indicators of confidence of 100%. Sub indicator of the type of exercise 66.67% and sub indicators workout schedule by 33.33%. Sub indicator mastery of technique by 100% and tactical mastery sub indicator by 100%. Sub physical indicators beyond athletes at 0% and sub-indicators of the health of athletes 33.33%. Sub-indicators of the condition of the ball by 50% and sub indicator field conditions by 50%. Sub-indicators of support from the management is 0% and the sub-indicators of support from the school is 0%. Based on the results of this study concluded, mens basketball extracurricular activities in Lamongan District from Coach aspects of 58.33% included in the category good enough. Psychological aspects of athletes of 57,14% included in the category quite well. Aspects of exercise routines for 53.33% including the unfavorable category. Aspects of skill athletes 100% included in both categories. Physical aspects of the athletes of 20% included in the category of no good. Aspects of infrastructure by 50% including the unfavorable category. 0% coaching aspect included in the category of no good. With these conclusions it is suggested to the coach, all participants extracurricular basketball, the school and its management to always cooperate and support each other for the sake of better achievement
FORMULASI STRATEGI PERUSAHAAN STUDI PADA PT KAYAN PUTRA UTAMA COAL

corporate strategy. Object of research is acompany which is engaged in coal
mining industry located in the village of East Kalimantan, Langap, Malinau. The
study uses a case study approach and elaborated descriptively. Results of the
formulation of corporate strategy put forward by the authors is related
diversification strategy.
Studies conducted using several measuring tools to obtain information
needed in the formulation of a company's strategy. Measuring instrument that is
used among other Likert scale used to measure the strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities and threats faced by the company. Other measuring tools such as
SWOT matrix and the matrix SPACE is also used as an additional tool in writing.
The entire gauge is filled by the authorities PT Putra Kayan Main Coal and
processed by the author so that the conclusion strategy options that can be taken
by the author.
The results of research and discussion to provide information for the
author. Broadly speaking, the authors conclude on the value chain analysis and
analysis of key success of the company, PT Putra Kayan Main Coal has the
distribution channels and good procurement procedures. The results of the SWOT
analysis and matrix analysis shows SPACE PT Putra Kayan Main Coal has the
ability to grow in terms of operational efficiency and managerial performance
improvements and have the ability in terms of taking the opportunities that exist
within the industry and can avoid the threat from outside. Kayan PT Putra Main
Coal industry moves at a pretty interesting and has the potential to grow. So that
the whole strength of companies can be used optimally. The products produced by
PT Putra Kayan Main Coal is unique and as a base material for other industrial
users, and therefore related diversification strategy can be applied such as
opening the energy companies are expected to expand and increase market
penetration into other industries

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan kerja dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening di PT. Empat Putra Berlian Sejahtera Jepara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang diperoleh langsung dari responden. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 149 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel ini adalah dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Responden penelitian ini 102 karyawan. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) sebagai berikut: (1) Keterampilan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Empat Putra Berlian Sejahtera Jepara. (2) Kerjasama Tim berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Empat Putra Berlian Sejahtera Jepara. No full textPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum diketahuinya tingkat kemampuan bermain sepakbola. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya tingkat kemampuan bermain sepakbola siswa putra kelas V SD Negeri se-gugus Hassanudin Kecamatan Karanganyar.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, artinya dalam penelitian ini hanya ingin menggambarkan situasi yang saat ini sedang berlangsung, tanpa pengujian hipotesis. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah siswa putra kelas V SD Negeri se-Gugus Hassanudin Kecamatan Karanganyar yang terdiri dari lima SD, berjumlah keseluruhan 35 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes keterampilan sepakbola usia 10-12 tahun dari Daral Fauzi R (2009), yang meliputi enam butir tes keterampilan sepakbola usia 10-12 tahun: dribbling, short passed, trow in, running with the ball, heading the ball dan Shooting at the ball. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Statistik ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data, menyajikan data, dan menentukan nilai.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukan bahwa kemampuan dasar bermain sepakbola siswa putra kelas V SD Negeri se-Gugus Hassanudin Kecamatan Karanganyar yang memiliki kategori sangat tinggi sebesar
0%; kategori tinggi sebesar 22,86%, kategori sedang sebesar 57,14%, kategori rendah sebesar 20,00%, dan kategori sangat rendah sebesar 0%.

Putra Kertonatan and to provide a form of legal protection given CV. Putra Kertonatan on moral rights in publishing a book. The research was conducted with the Empirical Juridical method which is descriptive in nature. Source of data from primary data is by conducting observations and interviews directly to the management of CV. Putra Kertonatan while secondary data from primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The conclusions of this study are: The form of the agreement made between the author of the book with CV. Putra Kertonatan uses a broken sale agreement. In the process of making agreements to submit books to CV. Putra kertonatan to be published in the form of Student Activity Sheets (LKS). Then the CV. Putra Kertonatan was bought at a price of Rp. 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiah) to the price of Rp. 1,500,000.00 (one million five hundred thousand rupiah). This is an effort to protect the economic rights of book authors by CV. Son of Kertonatan. While the legal protection of moral rights of books conducted by CV. Putra Kertonatan consists of: the CV. Design informatics navigating dynamic knowledge flows in discontinuous innovation enterprises
Full text linkThis paper presents the emergence of design informatics where the fields of business management and computer science merge to support profitable sustainable innovation processes. The paper chronicles the journey to find solutions to mitigate costly knowledge losses during complex product innovation processes, the recent successes and the future of this emerging field by the Environmental Design Integration Research Group at the Faculty of Design and Architecture, Universiti Putra Malaysia. The paper describes knowledge loss as the inability of continuous progressive flow of any necessary working knowledge for completing a task during a product’s innovation lifecycle process. These knowledge losses keep recurring thus causing unnecessary delays and costing significant losses to their respective enterprises. The author’s doctoral dissertation found the problematic sources in four operating environmental characteristics for such complex enterprises—1) having multiple sequential and concurrent workflows, 2) having discontinuous memberships in the organization overseeing each different workflow, 3) having multiple interdependent tasks between multiple workflows, and 4) having tacit regression in their working knowledge-dominant areas. Founded on these four characteristics, the author has advanced design research investigations into understanding the product development processes for successful IT/ICT integration and understanding stakeholders’ behaviour and cognition for successful collaborations. Furthermore, her investigations have expanded to understand and streamline people and processes that utilize different knowledge types and sustainable resources for successful product innovations. With reference to completed dissertations she had supervised, the author discusses the types of knowledge contributions, the dominant research methodologies conducted, and the trans-disciplinary supervisory involved. The paper concludes with explanation how these findings become the foundation for the field of Design Informatics at Universiti Putra Malaysia. The paper recommends on how the new field can support the Economic Transformation Programme for Malaysia in the future

The data collection technique used in this research is by conducting interviews and collecting documents obtained from PT. Melindo Pratama Putra. The author analyzes the data for this research using descriptive methods, namely the data obtained from the company and then arranged in such a way and analyzed based on the relevant theory which can then be drawn into a conclusion. The research results put forward by the author is PT. Melindo Pratama Putra does not provide an estimate for the allowance for uncollectible accounts, so the receivables presented are too large. In calculating depreciation expense, companies use the straight-line method. The company does not make reports, notes on financial statements. From this research the writer can find out that the company has not fully implemented generally accepted accounting principles
