Salah satu untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan daerah adalah dengan melakukan analisis rasio keuangan terhadap Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) yang telah ditetapkan dan dilaksanakan kaitannya dengan pembiayaan sektor publik yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah daerah. Analisis trend merupakan suatu metode analisis yang ditujukan untuk melakukan suatu estimasi atau peramalan pada masa yang akan datang. Untuk mengetahui tingkat penilaian kinerja menggunakan rasio keuangan daerah digunakan rumus sebagai berikut: rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah, rasio efektivitas PAD dan rasio efisiensi belanja. Analisis ini akan berguna sebagai tolok ukur dalam menilai kemandirian keuangan daerah dalam penyelenggaraan otonomi daerah. Analisis trend berguna untuk memperkirakan hasil yang akan dicapai untuk tahun yang akan datang. Hasil penulisan ini adalah : rasio kemandian keuangan daerah menunjukkan hasil yang kurang mandiri untuk Pemerintah Kabupaten Ponorogo, rasio efektivitas PAD menghasilkan penilaian yang efektif karena hasil perhitungan lebih dari 100%, rasio efisiensi belanja menunjukkan hasil yang efisien untuk menilai belanja pemerintah. Hasil analisis trend untuk tahun 2014 dari pendapatan asli daerah, pendapaten transfer, dan realisasi belanja menunjukkan peningkatan dari tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan terhadap Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja (APBD) periode 2008-2011, Pemerintahan Kabupaten Ponorogo belum bisa dikatakan mandiri karena masih banyak tergantung pada bantuan dari pusat. Keefektivitasnya sudah bisa dikatakan efektif karena menunjukkan hasil lebih dari 100% dan sudah efisien dalam merealisasikan anggaran belanja. Saran untuk pemerintah daerah yaitu pemerintah harus lebih mengoptimalkan potensi-potensi yang ada terutama Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), agar kemandirian daerah lebih tinggi dan tidak sepenuhnya berharap dari pemerintah pusat. PROSES KREATIF SIDIK NUGROHO DALAM PENULISAN NOVEL TEWASNYA GAGAK HITAM
Get PDFAbstractThis study aims to describe the implementation is how Sidik Nugroho obtained the source of the idea, through the incubation process, pouring the idea of the novel Tewasnya Gagak Hitam, implementation in the form of text in Indonesian language learning related to Sidik Nugroho's creative process in writing the novel Tewasnya Gagak Hitam. The approach in this research is expressivism with the data collection technique is a documentary study technique. The data collection tool is the researcher as the key instrument assisted by writing instruments and research instruments. The data source of this research is Sidik Nugroho as the author of the novel Tewasnya Gagak Hitam with data in the form of video recordings of the results of the interview with Sidik Nugroho. The technique of testing the validity of the data used triangulation persistence and referential adequacy.The results showed that the creative process data of Sidik Nugroho in the writing of the novel Tewasnya Gagak Hitam were found to be 17 forms consisting of 6 forms of idea sources, 5 forms of incubation processes, and 6 forms of pouring ideas. The implementation plan for learning the results of this research is combined with Indonesian language learning in class X SMA/equivalent level in the 2013 curriculum with KD 3.14 Assessing things that can be imitated from biographical texts KD 4.14 Revealing things that can be imitated from the characters contained in the biographical texts read in writing.Keywords: Learning, Text Reviews, and Writin

The responsibilities of doctor for emergency patient above medical treatment based on implied consent in Panti Nugroho have been given. Those responsibilities are etic responsibility, profession responsibility, and law responsibilty.Panti Nugroho hospital is also
giving a medical audit, every once a month to evaluated medical service who given doctors to
their patients. Medical audit for instances of negligence and fault by doctor, associated with
medical treatment based on implied consent, the committee medis will be perform data collection from medical records and direct observations about the procedures that have been
performed by a doctor or medical personnel to patients ranging from infusion, blood sampling, up to to other measures that are at high risk. Medical audit can be done at that time, if there are cases that require immediate action

added value. The internal forces is based on technological innovation and
entrepreneurial abilities (Drabenstott, 2006). The innovation is illustrated as a fuel, while
entrepreneurship is the engine. Both are a source of employment, income and welfare.
An entrepreneurial ability of local people on ecotourism activities in the Bromo Tengger
Semeru National Park (BTS NP) has developed naturally (Nugroho, 2006; 2007;
Nugroho and Negara, 2008). The people are often involved in ecotourism development
programs held by the BTS NP. The author’s study (Nugroho, Negara and Purnomowati,
2010) proved that the ecotourism activities were economically viable than the
horticultural farm.
However, these experiences have not fully produced significant benefits in the
development of ecotourism. Characteristic of the ecotourism activities is a cluster (Fodor
and Sitanyi, 2008a, 2008b), which always put the local people in a less advantageous
position. The ecotourism cluster is an ecotourism organization (Prieto, Gilmore and Osiri,
2009) that involve the local people, non-governmental organizations, private actors, the
national parks and government to produce ecotourism entrepreneurship. The result of
research the author (Nugroho, Negara and Nugroho, 2009) shows that the phenomenon
of social entrepreneurship is an important component of conceptual framework of
ecotourism entrepreneurship. This requires all parties to act to be a social entrepreneur

Surealism in Wewe Gombel Drama Script by M.S. Nugroho
No full textSurrealism was initiated in France by Andre Bretton. In Indonesia, this genre then grows and develops rapidly in most of the drama script. The problem that arises over this phenomenon is whether there is a continuity of this genre when it is reduced to the region of Indonesia, because a work is always born on the influence of socio-cultural conditions that encompass it. And the socio-cultural conditions of Indonesia are of course different from the socio-cultural conditions of France. Issues to be examined is in Wewe Gombel play by MS. Nugroho. A manuscript of Wewe Gombel by MS Nugroho is a surrealism. The form of surrealism in this text lies in the following points. First, it uses myth as the source of the story. Second, in its text, there are also events beyond reason which utilize the human subconscious. Third, the storyline in this drama contains events that can still be traced. The storyline was built on the tangle of events that connect between one and another event which forms an integrated plot. Fourth, the forms of surrealism are used by the author as a means to convey satire of the sickening human condition, especially the bad parenting pattern of parents to their children. There are many satires in almost every dialogue of the drama.</jats:p

Part of a bigger study, this paper focuses on three available sof-news articles about Indonesia published in 2009. The purpose is to see how a newspaper perceives and represents the people of another country for the consumption of its fellow readers. The data were analyzed through news actor, news action and author evaluation frameworks (Dwi-Nugroho, 2013). Within the scope of Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), this study concludes that SMH seemed to have a rather sympathetic view towards the poor Indonesian people, and along the way criticized the government for their poor-living conditions. The Mediterranean Sea becomes a potential gateway, both for refugees and for irresponsible agents. Open borders offer not only greater opportunities in various fields but also cause new problems. The absence of consensus on immigrant handling shows that the EU has no spurs in addressing the internal state issues, especially in handling Immigrants entering Europe through Mediterranean Sea. This research aims to give a brief and general picture on how a regional organization, in this case European Union managed to work to secure its territory from threat and crisis using its special office working in the field of migrant management which is European Asylum Support Office (EASO). In order to answer the question about how European Union with its EASO managed to overcome Migrant Crisis and the problem caused by migrants in the year of 2014-2016, the author uses the concept of international migration and regional security. Then in analyzing these efforts the author uses the theory of Institutionalism. This qualitative research using literature review as data collection method. By the end of this research, the author came to a conclusion that the efforts done by the EASO has been able to reduce the influx of immigrants entering Europe through Mediterranean Sea Lane by 2014-2016 eventhough still need to be maximized. The diesel generator engine has a very important role to support the
smoothness of the vessel voyage, one of the main supporters of diesel generator is
the availability of its spare parts, which serves to facilitate the planned
maintenance and repair on board.
The research method used is qualitative, in determining the priority of the
problem to be resolved, the research using an approach tool that is SWOT method
by giving the value 1-4. Sources of data that the author uses is the primary and
secondary data sources, while the method of withdrawal of conclusions that the
author uses is to compare the actual situation with the results of the author's
thorough theory.
Based on the results of research conducted problems that occur is the lack of
availability of spare parts generators that cause planned maintenance and repair
becomes not maximal and this can cause damage to other parts if left
continuously. The impact of the lack of spare parts availability in the generator
resulted in the old spares in the recondition again, because the spare parts result
from reconditioning of course the result is less perfect, unlike the factory. The
strategy on the matter is maintenance and repair on the generator so as not to
become more severe damage, make requests to the company continuously until
the spare parts actually get on the ship, and in cooperation with the ship parts
procurement department, or superintendent to accelerate procurement of generator
parts to the ship to keep the engine and its components running normally and
durable.

Vocational High School Dian Kirana 1 Sragen is Vocational High School which is currently being initiated into independent schools, it makes learning system independently, but the existing of infrastructure is still limited, for example the course subject delivery system as well as the tasks accumulation are still manual. With the existence of this thesis the author tries to help Vocational High School Dian Kirana 1 Sragen to step ahead in terms of IT to create a tool that allows students and teachers do the course subject delivery and tasks accumulation with online method without having to wait to meet the teacher in school and with this E-learning as a medium to deliver the course subject and tasks accumulation can improve the quality of the school.
To realize this goal, E-learning SMK Dian Kirana 1 Sragen is created. The method are data collection, analysis and system design requirements, the application system implementation, testing and Evaluation System Applications (blackbox / whitebox) and the preparation of reports.
It can be concluded that SMK Dian Kirana 1 Sragen E-learning has been successfully created and it can deliver the course subject in the form of PDF files and video (MP4) as well as it can perform tasks delivery.

There are two main purposes of this thesis; first, Describe the narrative elements of space and time elements, as well as the elements of actors and stories in Anime Death Note. and second is to explain Explain the inner conflict experienced by the main character with Sigmund Freud's psychonalistic theory. Data source is obtained from animation film “Death Note”. There are 3 methods used in this thesis; first, author uses ‘watch and note-taking’ technique as data collecting, second, ‘distributional and immediate constituent analysis (ICA)’ technique is used as data analyzing, and the third, as data serving, text is served informally.
The result of this research includes narrative elements with himawan pratista teories from his work entitled “Memahami Film”, and psychological analysis of the main character with Sigmund Freud's theory. This animation film has good cohesiveness because so many naratives elements provided in it and characteristic conflict in every monologues, or even dialogues.
