Abstract: Service quality has been identified as a critical problem in the tourism industry. Despite several studies on service quality, the function of service quality and customer satisfaction in the tourism business, as well as their relationship, remain unsolved. The main focus of this paper is to assess the level of Customer Satisfaction in The Farm at San Benito Based on Online Reviews from Selected Travel Websites. This study also addresses the well-known SERVQUAL model and describes additional service quality and customer satisfaction models used in the tourism sector. The model focuses on the five variables namely, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy focusing on their core products as a Holistic Medical Wellness Resort. Based on the data gathered from five hundred reviews from the four travel websites, the study concludes that the respondents are overall satisfied with the Wellness Resort Services. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, SERVQUAL, Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness. This article aims to examine the lexicographic repertoire of linguistic correction by Benito Fentanes Lavalle, «Combatiendo barbarismos» (1937), in search of the connotations that the author reflects toward the language in his personal production. Firstly, the context of the 19th and 20th centuries in Mexico and the biography are presented and then analyzed the linguistic attitudes in his compilation, and finally a classification proposal following the typology of the Real Academia Española, «Vicios de dicción» is presented. The ultimate goal is to demonstrate how certain lexicographic repertoires that have been neglected throughout research offer valuable data for the study of linguistic attitudes.RÉSUMÉ: Cet article vise à examiner le répertoire lexicographique de correction linguistique de Benito Fentanes Lavalle, «Combatiendo barbarismos» (1937), à la recherche des connotations que l’auteur reflète envers la langue dans sa production personnelle. Different studies have tried to clarify identity of "master Benito", author in 1531 of the altarpiece "Quinta Angustia" in San Lorenzo church of Segovia. The nearness of this master in Aguilar de Campos (Valladolid) coincides in time with another with the same who made the sculpture of the San Nicolas altarpiece in Castroverde de Campos (Zamora). Some of the woodworks of this altarpiece are almost equal to the ones from the work made in Segovia, so as the author considers that the creator of all the works is the same.

Since no writer works in a historical or social vacuum, it is necessary, before considering the women in the novels of Benito Pérez Galdós, to consider briefly what the author inherited from Spanish literature and what he acquired from foreign sources

Realistic utility versus game utility. A proposal for dealing with the spread of uncertain prospects

    No full text
The author develops the properties and implications of a proposal, concerning a summary statistic of the random prospect of utilities. Following a suggestion of Allais, such a statistic is increasing with expected utility, and decreasing – for most people, who are risk averse – with the mean absolute deviation of utilities; a parameter multiplying this disper sion measure allows for risk averse or risk prone behaviour, according to its sign, and also for more or less departure from a certain prospect. It is demonstrated that this statistic (a) satisfies the first stochastic dominance, (b) satisfies the independence condition, (c) satisfies the so called “problem of probabilistic insurance”, (d) resolves the paradoxes of Allais, Ellsberg and Kahneman-Tversky (paradox of the substitution axiom), (e) is compatible with Quiggin’s approach of rank-dependent expected utility models, (f) the mean absolute deviation cannot be replaced by the standard deviatio

Construction of Whiteness and Blackness in Herman Melville’s Benito Cereno

    No full text
Rather than resist slavery directly, the narrative world of Benito Cereno disperses the rejection of tyranny through the intricate construction of subject-object relations, the situational context, Benito Cereno’s stifled, semi-articulated statements, the imagery of the narrative and its complex narrative structure. Through silences, multiple viewpoints, innuendos, refusal to solve certain issues definitely while being explicit about this indeterminacy, Melville’s narrative not only inscribes itself in the Romantic questioning of historiography, but also gestures towards postmodernist inconclusiveness and the writerly text in which the reader is invited to be its co-author who fills out the gaps and silences with their own interpretation.
