    Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pelaku usaha untuk mengubah model pelayanan menjadi lebih efisien dan berbasis digital. Namun, Rayya Creativa, sebuah UMKM di bidang penerbitan buku di Purwokerto, masih menjalankan proses operasional secara manual, terutama dalam pencatatan data pelanggan, transaksi penjualan, dan komunikasi dengan pelanggan. Kondisi ini menyebabkan pelayanan lambat, antrean pembeli, serta potensi menurunnya loyalitas pelanggan akibat keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan sistem yang tidak terintegrasi. Studi terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan loyalitas pelanggan secara signifikan. CRM mampu mengotomatisasi manajemen pelanggan, mempermudah analisis data, serta memberikan layanan yang lebih personal dan responsif. Bahkan, kontribusi CRM terhadap peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan pada UMKM tercatat mencapai 85,6%. Dalam penelitian ini, dikembangkan sistem CRM berbasis website menggunakan framework Laravel sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan loyalitas pelanggan di Rayya Creativa. Sistem ini dirancang untuk menjalankan fungsi operasional, analitik, dan kolaboratif sesuai prinsip CRM. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung terhadap proses bisnis, wawancara dengan pihak perusahaan, serta penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan untuk mengukur potensi pembelian ulang apabila sistem CRM diterapkan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem memiliki tingkat keberhasilan tinggi dengan nilai User Acceptance Test (UAT) sebesar 92,95%. Selain itu, proyeksi Repeat Purchase Rate (RPR) meningkat dari 60% menjadi 85% setelah penerapan sistem, menunjukkan adanya potensi peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 25%. Dengan demikian, sistem CRM yang dikembangkan berpotensi efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi layanan dan mempertahankan pelanggan secara berkelanjutan

    Salah satu universitas negeri yang ada di Indonesia yaitu Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Salah satu program studi yang ada di Universitas Jenderal Soedirman adalah program studi Informatika. Setiap tahun, program studi Informatika menerima mahasiswa baru yang jumlahnya tidak sedikit. Dengan banyaknya data ini, kebutuhan akan akses informasi data mahasiswa dan dosen pun menjadi tinggi. Setiap dosen dan mahasiswa ingin mengetahui dengan mudah dosen atau mahasiswa yang ada di program studinya. Dalam kasus ini, sistem informasi pendataan mahasiswa dan dosen akan dapat membantu mengatasi masalah tersebut sehingga dapat didata dan dimanage dengan mudah. Sistem ini terdiri dari beberapa menu seperti menu dashboard, data dosen, data mahasiswa dan mahasiswa bimbingan. Uji blackbox yang dilakukan menunjukan hasil valid yang berarti sudah dibuat sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Pada uji compability pun hanya satu web browser dari empat web browser yang diuji mengalami lag yang menunjukan performa cukup baik di berbagai browser. Selain itu, hasil dari User Acceptance Test menunjukan nilai rata-rata 86.3% dengan kategori "Sangat Baik". Sistem ini dapat membantu masalah pendataan mahasiswa yang ditunjukan dengan semakin mudahnya dosen maupun mahasiswa dalam memanage dan mengetahui data dosen dan mahasiswa di program studi Informatika

Angka pembunuhan terhadap wartawan perang di Suriahtermasuk tinggi,  hal ini mengejutkan mengingat bahwa wartawan perang mendapatkan perlindungan hokum menurut ketentuan dalam hokum humaniter internasional. Perlindungan hokum terhadap wartawan perang dalam menjalankan tugas di daerah konflik bersenjata sejalan dengan prinsip dalam hokum humaniter yakni distinction principle (prinsippembeda). Prinsip ini bertujuan untuk membedakan pihak dalam konflik bersenjata yakni kombatan atau non kombatan. Non kombatan adalah pihak yang tidak turut serta dalam konflik bersenjata atau dengan kata lain non kombatan adalah penduduk sipil. Protokol Tambahan 1 Tahun 1977 mengatur status wartawan perang yang dikategorikan sebagai penduduk sipil. Pembunuhan terhadap wartawan perang dapat dikategorikan ebagai kejahatan perang, dan pelakunya dapat diadili oleh Mahkamah Pidana Internasional. Mahkamah Pidana Internasional hanya dapat mengadili pelaku jika telah memenuhi syarat-syarat tertentu misalnya, Negara asal pelaku telah meratifikasi Statut Roma Tahun 1998 atau telah menyatakan deklarasi untuk menerima ketentuan pasal-pasal tertentu berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan yurisdiksi Mahkamah Pidana Internasional dalam mengadili pelaku kejahatan perang. Syarat lainnya adalah bahwa Negara pelaku kejahatan tersebut dianggap tidak mampu (unable) dan tidak mau (unwilling) dalam mengadili pelaku berdasarkan hukumnasional Negara tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian yuridis normatif, sedangkan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan penelitiankasus (case approach). Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa pembunuhan terhadap wartawan perang di daerah konflik bersenjata merupakan kejahatan perang sekaligus pelanggaran terhadap hokum humaniter internasional. Mahkamah Pidana Internasional mempunyai kewenangan dalam mengadili anggota ISIS yang melakukan pembunuhan terhadap wartawan perang di Suriah atau mengadili pemimpin-pemimpin ISIS. Mahkamah Pidana Internasional tidak dapat mengadili ISIS sebagai suatu organisasi hal ini dikarenakan ISIS tidak memenuhi syarat sebagai subjek hokum internasional. Kata Kunci : Perlindungan Hukum, Wartawan Perang, Kewenangan MahkamahPidana Internasional, Mengadili Anggota ISIS Abstract In this undergraduate thesis, the author discusses the issue of the authority of the International Criminal Court in putting to trial executors of wartime journalists in the Syrian armed conflict. The number of killings of wartime journalists in Syria is considered high; this is surprising considering that wartime journalists possess legal protection according to the stipulations of international humanitarian laws. Legal protection of wartime journalists in carrying out duties in areas of armed conflict is in line with a principle of humanitarian law, which is the distinction principle. This principle is aimed to differentiate parties in armed conflicts as combatants or non-combatants. Non-combatants are parties that do not participate in the armed conflict, or in other words non-combatants are civilians. Additional Protocol 1 of1977 regulates the status of wartime journalists, being categorized as civilians. The killing of wartime of journalists may be categorized as a war crime, and its perpetrators may be put to trial by the International Criminal Court. The International Criminal Court can only put to trial perpetrators if they have fulfilled certain requirements, such as the country of origin of the perpetrator having ratified the Statute of Rome of 1998 or having declared to accept the stipulations of certain articles related to the execution of the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court to put to trial perpetrators of war crimes. Another requirement is that the country of the perpetrator is considered unable and unwilling putting to trial the perpetrator based on the national laws of the country. The method used in this research was normative juridical research, while the approaches utilized in the research were the statute approach and the case approach. This research produces the conclusion that the killing of wartime journalists in areas of armed conflict is a war crime as well as a violation of international humanitarian laws. The International Criminal Court possesses the authority in putting to trial ISIS members who commit killings of wartime journalists in Syria or putting to trial leaders of ISIS. The International Criminal Court cannot put to trial ISIS as an organization because ISIS does not qualify as an international legal subject.     Abstrak: The purpose of this study is to describe what the values of education in the Koran are for Q.S.al-Lahab and the application of educational values to the surah al-Lahab in the world of education. Theresearch methodology carried out by the author here is by using the library (library research) The results ofthis study indicate some of the educational values contained in the surah al-Lahab globally, namelyaqidah and akhlak education. Among the values of education that are understood, namely the educationalvalue of faith/creed which is the form of disbelief and belie the truth, and reject the religion broughtby the Prophet Muhammad will be able to bring a person into hell, instead someone who obeys andbelieves in the end and day of vengeance will become a group of believers and enter into heaven. The valueof moral education that can be concluded is: the obligation to protect themselves from despicable qualitiesincluding the nature of evil, jealousy, the nature of spreading slander which is not true, and envy of humans.And is obliged to take care of yourself from the fire of hell such as happy to spread bad traits,eventually going back to yourself, then still keeping the family from the characteristics that bring about thewrath of Allah Almighty. Implicitly the surah al-Lahab contained educational values which were concludedamong others; 1) the value of moral and attitude coaching, 2) the concept of achieving wealth andlearning towards the blessing of Allah swt, 3) avoiding the nature of slander.Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan apa saja nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam Alquranpada Q.S. al-Lahab dan aplikasi nilai-nilai pendidikan pada surah al-Lahab dalam dunia pendidikan.Metodologi penelitian yang dilakukan penulis disini dengan menggunakan kepustakaan (library research).Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa nilai pendidikan yang terdapat dalam surah al-Lahab secara globalyaitu pendidikan akidah dan akhlak. Di antara nilai pendidikan yang dipahami, yaitu nilai pendidikankeimanan/akidah yaitu bentuk kekafiran dan mendustakan kebenaran, dan menolak agama yang dibawaNabi Muhammad saw akan dapat membawa seseorang terseret masuk ke dalam neraka. Nilai pendidikanakhlak yang dapat disimpulkan yaitu: kewajiban untuk menjaga diri dari sifat-sifat tercela di antaranyasifat ba!il, sifat iri dengki, sifat menyebar fitnah yang tidak benar kebenarannya dan iri hati terhadapmanusia. Dan diwajibkan untuk menjaga diri sendiri dari api neraka seperti senang menyebar sifat buruk,pada akhirnya akan kembali kepada diri sendiri, kemudian tetap menjaga keluarga dari sifat-sifat yangmendatangkan kemurkaan Allah swt. Secara implisit surah al-Lahab terdapat nilai-nilai pendidikan yangdisimpulkan antara lain; 1) nilai pembinaan moral dan sikap, 2) konsep meraih harta dan menuntut ilmumenuju ridha allah swt, 3) menjauhi dari sifat fitnah.Kata Kunci: Nilai, Pendidikan Islam, Surah al-Lahab, Alqura

    This thesis is the result of research on Malay mythology in the poem Dendang Siti Fatimah's Malay community Binjai in Eastern North Sumatra. Siti Fatimah Dendang poem tradition is the cultural identity of ethnic Malay East Binjai in which are contained the noble values and religion, should remain preserved by the people of East Binjai. However, the facts in the progress of science and technology and culture today, the tradition of Poetry Dendang Siti Fatimah is already becoming obsolete. The purpose of the poem Dendang Siti Fatimah tradition is to provide instruction and education of the science of divinity and devotion to parents who have instilled early on to our children to always love God and his mother and father. All of the values contained in this verse is very essential to be applied and developed in our lives especially the Malay society so that local knowledge can be both a cultural resistance from foreign influences that do not conform to the norms of our society. The problem under study is formulated in the following two questions. (1) How Malay myth forms contained in the text of this poem Dendang Siti Fatimah as cultural resistance in the Eastern District of Binjai?. (2) How Ideology forms of verse Dendang Siti Fatimah today in the District of East Binjai? This thesis strruktural-semiotic approach, meaning that a poem can be assessed by linking the structural aspects of the view of the signs. The theory used in this research is the theory of cultural semiotics to analyze the first and second issues. This study used qualitative methods. Data collection in this study was done by using observation, interviews, and literature. The results of this study indicate the forms of myth and ideology in Malay Malay society Binjai East. Community East Binjai running tradition Dendang Siti Fatimah's poem with the belief that all myths it contains is believed to be a truth that deserves the truth. found in the poem is entirely Dendang Siti Fatimah was the inaugural myth (myth of concern). Here are some myths in the form of this poem, which believe in the truth of God as creator of the universe, then believe in the existence of angels of God, and believed in the Messenger of Allah and Muhammad is the apostle of the end times, and believe in the Scriptures of God (the law , gospel, and the Qur'an), and believed in the hereafter or the Hour (day of Judgment), and the last believed in destiny Allah (provision can not be changed by anyone). n addition it also mentioned about the myth of the origin of human events in the womb due to the power of the Lord God Almighty As with creation. Hile ideology is found in verse Dendang Siti Fatimah is the ideology of the author and the ideology of Islamism that consists of Islamic ideology and the ideology of Islamic human Human nature, as well as the socialist ideology. Tradisi Syair Dendang Siti Fatimah merupakan identitas budaya etnik Melayu Binjai Timur yang di dalamnya banyak terkandung nilai-nilai luhur dan religi, seharusnya tetap dilestarikan oleh masyarakat Binjai Timur. Akan tetapi, kenyataannya dalam kemajuan iptek dan budaya saat ini, tradisi Syair Dendang Siti Fatimah ini sudah mulai ditinggalkan. Semua nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam syair ini sangat perlu sekali diterapkan dan dikembangkan dalam kehidupan kita khususnya masyrakat Melayu sehingga dapat menjadi kearifan lokal sekaligus menjadi resistensi budaya dari pengaruh asing yang tidak sesuai dengan norma masyarakat kita. Masalah yang diteliti dirumuskan dalam dua pertanyaan berikut ini. (1) Bagaimanakah bentuk-bentuk mitos Melayu yang terdapat pada teks Syair Dendang Siti Fatimah ini sebagai resistensi budaya di Kecamatan Binjai Timur?.(2) Bagaimanakah bentuk-bentuk Ideologi dari Syair Dendang Siti Fatimah saat ini di Kecamatan Binjai Timur? Tesis ini menggunakan pendekatan strruktural-semiotik, artinya sebuah syair dapat dikaji dengan menghubungkan aspek-aspek struktural dangan tanda-tanda. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori semiotika budaya untuk menganalisis permasalahan pertama dan kedua. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bentuk-bentuk mitos Melayu dan ideologi Islam dalam masyarakat Melayu Binjai Timur. Masyarakat Binjai Timur menjalankan tradisi Syair Dendang Siti Fatimah ini dengan satu keyakinan, bahwa semua mitos yang dikandungnya adalah sebuah kebenaran yang patut diyakini kebenarannya. yang ditemukan dalam Syair Dendang Siti Fatimah ini seluruhnya adalah mitos pengukuhan (myth of concern). Terdapat beberapa bentuk mitos dalam syair ini, yakni mempercayai akan kebenaran adanya Allah sebagai pencipta alam semesta, kemudian percaya akan adanya Malaikat Allah, kemudian percaya akan adanya Rasul Allah dan Muhammad adalah rasul akhir zaman, lalu percaya kepada adanya Kitab-Kitab Suci Allah (taurat, injil, dan Al-quran), kemudian percaya akan adanya hari akhir atau hari kiamat (hari pembalasan), dan terakhir percaya akan adanya takdir Allah (ketetapan yang tidak dapat dirubah oleh siapapun). Selain itu disebutkan juga tentang mitos tentang kejadian asal usul manusia di dalam rahim ibu berkat kuasa Allah sebagi Tuhan yang Maha mencipta. Sedangkan ideologi yang ditemukan dalam Syair Dendang Siti Fatimah ini adalah ideologi pengarang dan ideologi Islamisme yang terdiri dari ideologi Islam manusiawi dan ideologi Islam Fitrah manusia, serta ideologi sosialis.     Al-Mau'iẓat is one of the methods used in learning Islamic education. The purpose of this research is to know the concept of al-Mau'iẓat in the Koran and explain how the relevance of the concept of al-Mau'iẓat in Islamic education is expected to add insight into Islamic education. Research by the author is including qualitative research and when collecting data using descriptive and Mawdhu'i methods. The results of this study will be collected and analyzed data and look for relevance in Islamic education. This data will be presented in the descriptive form in the form of sentences. The conclusion is that al-Mau'iẓat is a method that is interpreted as advice used in Islamic Education, and al-mau'iẓat should be done in a kind and gentle manner

This study aims to find out how the development of potential, Sense, reason, and heart according to the Qur'an and its application in learning. This research is a library research using thematic interpretation method, which is collecting reading that talks about the five senses of man, then determines the topic and conducts an analysis using tahlili interpretation analysis, which then draws conclusions. Based on the results of the analysis that the author did, it can be concluded that; Senses potential in the Qur'an is to hear (al-sam '), sight (al-bashr), touch, and sense of taste (al-dhuq)-, The potential for reason in the Qur'an is in form, understanding (faqiha), knowing ('alima}, remembering (dzakara), paying attention to (tadabhara) Ulu al-Abab, and thinking (tafakkur). While the potential of qalb in the Qur'an are, shadr, fu'ad, qalb and lubb.     The current study attempts to analyse the learners' right to freedom in education in order to determine the nature and content of their education. This analysis will be in relation to the philosophy of education in Egypt to improve the efficiency of the educational system. In this sense the aims of the study can be determined as follows: first to propose a theoretical framework of freedom in education in relation to its meaning, conditions, restrictions and value, secondly, to develop this theoretical framework of education based on freedom so that it suits Egyptian society, can improve the efficiency of the educational system through the idea of freedom, and thirdly, to identify the difficulties and challenges that might confront the claim to freedom in education in Egypt. To achieve these aims the study contains seven chapters, an introduction, a conclusion and appendix that are necessary to achieve its aims and answer its questions. The introduction discusses the general outline of the study and the major issues, questions, aims, methodology and plan of the study. The main aim of chapter one is to analyse the concept of freedom in western and Islamic thought to build a theoretical framework of the meaning of freedom, its conditions and value, which is necessary and important to construct a theoretical framework of the meaning, conditions and value of freedom in education for learners at school level. Chapter two aims to construct a theoretical framework of freedom in education that will depend on the analysis of the concept of freedom made in chapter one. This analysis will deal with the implications of freedom in education with respect to its conditions, restrictions and value in education. Through this analysis, chapter two aims also to analyse and examine the learners' rights to be free regarding their education. To have a complete theoretical framework of freedom in education, chapter three discusses other implications with respect to restrictions which might limit learners' freedom by being subject to state authority. Chapter four investigates and analyses freedom in educational theory and practice in the history of Egypt from 1805 to 1991, whereas chapter five focuses on the period from 1992 to 2000. Following the analysis of the concept of freedom and its implications in education that will be made in the first five chapters, it would be sensible to construct a framework of educational theory based on freedom that, on one hand, should suite the Egyptian context in chapter six, on the other hand, that guarantees a range of freedom that allows learners and society derive benefit from its value in education. Having proposed a framework of a theory of education based on freedom that suits the Egyptian context to improve the efficiency of its educational system chapter seven will discover and examine the conditions and difficulties which need to be considered for the successful implementation of freedom in education. Also, the study will attempt to give some suggestions that might help to reduce the gap between the educational situation, its circumstances and the conditions that must be satisfied for the successful implementation of freedom in education
