Get PDFLocal governments should be able to prioritise the sub-sector and the preferred crop, prime and which is considered as a sub-sector basis to optimise the economic advantages in the region. Understanding the development planning priorities and commodity sub-sector of agricultural in Tolitoli Regency, then it is necessary to acknowledge which the prime subsector of agricultural sector and the main commodity of agricultural sector in Tolitoli Regency. The research was conducted in the period 2014 - 2015 by several methods of analysis: 1) Location Quotient, 2) Analytical Hierarchy Procces (AHP) 3) Exponential Comparative Method /MPE. The criteria used is based on 12 normative criteria of the Indonesian Ministry of Home Affair, Number 9, 2014. The results show that the plantation sub-sector is the only sector basis in the period 2009-2014 of the survey with the value of LQ=1,3694 or LQ>1. Similarly, the plantation subsector is nominated as the prime subsector in Tolitoli regency with weight priority value of 0,2927. In addition, the cloves commodity is the most popular commodity in Tolitoli Regency with the MPE total weight of 13,1416, and this commodity is nominated as commodity basis with the LQ value of 13,5754. It is understandable because this area has long been well known as cloves plantations

Pengabdian yang berjudul “Pelatihan English Speaking Skill melalui metode Fun Learning bagi Siswa Madrasah Aliyah MIzanul Ulum” bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi dan mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sekaligus meningkatkan minat, excited dan antusiasme siswa untuk berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris sehingga nantinya dapat mengembangkan kemampunannya, serta mendapatkan berbagai pengalaman dan pencerahan baru yang dapat menjadi motivasi dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Mitra yang menjadi sasaran dalam program pengabdian ini adalah siswa Madrasah Aliyah Mizanul Ulum. Selama menerapkan English speaking skill, siswa disupport untuk menggunakan metode fun learning sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam pembelajaran tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan yang akan diimplementasikan terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu survey lapangan, koordinasi dengan masyarakat, pelaksanaan program dan tahap evaluasi. Materi yang disampaikan nantinya melalui metode role play, ceramah, tanya jawab dan demonstrasi dengan melibatkan 18 peserta. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian selama 3 kali perteman telah memberikan perubahan yang sangat signifikan, yang terlihat pada ssiwa, seperti peningkatan self confidence dalam menggunakan bahasa Inggris sehari-hari yang menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pengajaran yang digunakan dalam kegiatan tersebut berhasil. Ini menunjukkan bahwa metode fun learning efektif untuk diimplementasikan pada speaking skill dalam membantu siswa untuk berkomunikasi dengan lebih baik

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The competencies intended in this study are pedagogic competence and professional competence. The research design was carried out in quantitative and qualitative forms. The number of research samples is 30 people. Data collection method used is online media validation and performance tests. Data analysis used descriptive statistics. The results showed validation in the online mode of continuing professional development of the learning teacher had an average value of total validity equal 3.5. Thus, this value is included in the category "Very Valid" (3.5 less than V less than 4.0). Thus, online learning media teachers are declared to meet the validity criteria. Then there are four online modal coaching categories, namely (a) Knowing online features, (b) Writing down learning features, (c) Writing out the names of activities, and (d) Describing the use of features in each learning activity

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. MODEL KOMUNIKASI EKOLOGIS DALAM PEMANFAATAN SUMBER DAYA HUTAN SECARA HALAL PADA MASYARAKAT ADAT KAJANG
Get PDFPenelitian ini mengkaji model komunikasi ekologis masyarakat Adat Kajang di Sulawesi Selatan yang berbasis nilai Pasang ri Kajang dan prinsip halal dalam Islam. Masyarakat Kajang memandang hutan sebagai entitas sakral yang dijaga secara kolektif melalui sistem nilai, simbol, dan struktur sosial adat, terutama melalui otoritas Ammatoa. Melalui pendekatan fenomenologis kualitatif, penelitian ini menggali praktik komunikasi ekologis masyarakat Kajang tidak hanya bersifat verbal, tetapi juga simbolik dan ritualistic. Ditemukan bahwa nilai-nilai adat dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya hutan oleh masyarakat Kajang juga memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan prinsip halal dalam perspektif eco- sufism. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kamase-masea (hidup sederhana), larangan eksploitasi berlebihan, serta sistem larangan adat menjadi mekanisme internalisasi nilai pelestarian. Ditemukan ada empat dimensi utama dalam komunikasi ekologi Masyarakat kajang yaitu; dimensi nilai, dimensi struktur social, dimensi media dan symbol, dan dimensi praktik social. Model ini menjadikan komunikasi sebagai mekanisme pengikat sosial dan spiritual, di mana pesan-pesan ekologis tidak hanya disampaikan, tetapi dihayati dan dijalani secara kolektif. Integrasi nilai halal dalam komunikasi ini memberi kerangka etika universal yang dapat diterima lintas keyakinan dan menjadi alternatif pendekatan konservasi berbasis lokal. Model ini tidak hanya merepresentasikan cara masyarakat Kajang berkomunikasi dengan alam, tetapi juga memberikan kerangka komunikasi partisipatif dan spiritual yang relevan bagi pengembangan kebijakan konservasi berbasis lokal dan etika Islam. Temuan ini memperluas konsep halal dalam konteks lingkungan dan membuka ruang baru dalam kajian komunikasi lingkungan berbasis budaya dan spiritualita

use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
