AVA Analysis and Interpretation of a Carbonate Reservoir: Northwest Java Basin, Indonesia
No full textA detailed analysis is performed of amplitude variation with angle (AVA) observations in six common-midpoint gathers with reflection points that are over and beside carbonate reefs in the Parigi Formation in the northwest Java basin. Both empirical analysis and full-wavefield modeling of the AVA data suggest that the presence of gas affects AVA by reducing the bulk density of the reservoir, decreasing of the overburden V_{p} / V_{s} ratio and by local attenuation caused by gas sieving through the overlying sediments. Zakat Literacy Level of Residents and Muhammadiyah Sympathists in Krajan Village
No full textKrajan Village is a village with a majority Muhammadiyah population located in Banyumas Regency, however one of the institutions under the auspices of Muhammadiyah namely LazisMu Krajan Village is claimed to be in a passive condition, even though LazisMu Krajan Village as an institutional structure is under the auspices of LazisMu Banyumas Regency which is LazisMu with a myriad of achievements, starting from 2018 to 2022 Lazismu Banyumas Regency won several awards as the best amil zakat infak and shodaqoh institution at provincial to national levels. This phenomenon prompted researchers to measure the zakat literacy level of residents and Muhammadiyah sympathizers in Krajan Village and to measure the phenomena that affect the level of zakat literacy. The scope of this research lies in the residents of Krajan Village, Banyumas Regency, the majority of whom are Muhammadiyah sympathizers and members. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with primary data obtained from interviews with Krajan Village residents who are classified as Muhammadiyah members and sympathizers regarding matters related to zakat literacy. The results of this study indicate that the level of literacy among Muhammadiyah residents and sympathizers in Krajan Village is still classified as poor in terms of knowledge and practice of zakat, this phenomenon is inseparable from the poor condition of LazisMu in Krajan Village, as evidenced by the poor management of the institution, to the minimal realization of the program. which then significantly affects the literacy quality of the citizens and Muhammadiyah sympathizers. The results of this study can be used as a general description of the literacy quality of the Krajan Village community to be used as a reference in improving professional institutional governance, and increasing the realization of programs for collecting, utilizing, and distributing zakat for LazisMu Krajan Village
Representasi Irasional Tahayul Dalam Film Nina Bobo Karya Jose Poernomo Dadang Adriansyah
No full textFilm merupakan salah satu media yang sangat berpengaruh di masyarakat
lewat film masyarakat dapat melihat realitas yang sedang berkembang. Bagi
pembuat film (sineas), film dapat dijadikan penyampaian pesan moral maupun
sosial. Akan tetapi, umumnya sebuah film dapat mencakup berbagai pesan, baik
itu pesan pendidikan, hiburan dan informasi. Pesan dalam film adalah
menggunakan mekanisme lambang-lambang yang ada pada pikiran manusia
berupa isi pesan, suara, perkataan, percakapan dan sebagainya. Penelitian ini
menggambarkan bagaimana representasi irasional tahayul dalam film Nina Bobo
karya Jose Poernomo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif
dan menggunakan metode semiotika Charles Sanders Pierce yang melihat pada
Representament/ sign, Object, Interpretant, sedangkan penelitian menggunakan
metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan semiotika. Teknik pengumpulan
data melalui observasi atau pengamatan secara menyeluruh pada objek penelitian
yaitu dengan menonton film untuk mendapatkan unsur tanda yang
menggambarkan irasional tahayul. Film ―Nina Bobo‖ merupakan salah satu film
horor yang bercerita tentang satu keluarga yang di usik oleh makhluk halus
setelah menyanyikan lagu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan representasi irasional
tahayul dari berbagai aspek dan sudut pandang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian,
bahwa penggambaran irasional tahayul dalam film dapat dilihat 27 scene yang
telah peneliti rangkum yang menggambarkan irasionalitas tahayul yang
berkembang ditengah masyarakat Indonesi

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT.Virajaya Riauputra Kampar. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT.Virajaya Riauputra Kampar, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi sampel terdiri dari 50 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara pengawasan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan terdapat pengaruh positif juga antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dan variabel pengawasan memiliki pengaruh lebih besar dibandingkan variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.Virajaya Riauputra Kampar

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penggajian karyawan berbasis web yang dapat memudahkan admin dalam menghitung data gaji karyawan dan memberikan informasi yang jelas mengenai rincian total gaji yang akan diterima oleh karyawan. Sistem
ini dibangun menggunakan metode Waterfall. Sistem ini menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) sebagai alat bantu dalam perancangan sistem, sedangkan untuk pengujian menggunakan Black Box. Pada pengujian Black Box sistem ini menunjukkan hasil yang berhasil. Kesimpulan
pada penelitian ini, sistem penggajian berfungsi dengan baik dengan hasil sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Sehingga sistem penggajian ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pengguna sistem dalam memperoleh gaji karyawan.

ini adalah ringkasan dialog film Habibie dan Ainun karya Ginatri S.Noer dan Ifan Adriansyah
Ismail.. Data penelitiannya adalah data lisan yang mengandung tindak tutur direktif yang
meliputi bentuk tindak tutur direktif dalam ringkasan dialog film Habibie dan Ainun karya
Ginatri S.Noer dan Ifan Adriansyah Ismail. Data diperoleh dengan metode simak dengan teknik
simak libat bebas cakap yang dilanjutkan dengan teknik rekam, transkrip, dan catat. Hasil
penelitian ini terkait dengan tindak tutur direktif yang dilihat dari aspek bentuk dan fungsi.
Dalam ringkasan dialog film “Habibie dan Ainun” ditemukan lima bentuk tindak tutur direktif,
yaitu perintah, permintaan, ajakan, nasihat, kritikan, dan larangan. Bentuk tindak tutur direktif
perintah memiliki fungsi menyuruh, memerintah, mengharuskan, memaksa, menyilakan. Bentuk
tindak tutur direktif permintaan memiliki fungsi meminta, memohon, mengharap, dan
menawarkan. Bentuk tindak tutur direktif ajakan memiliki fungsi mengajak, membujuk,
mendukung, dan mendesak. Bentuk tindak tutur direktif nasihat memiliki fungsi menasihati,
menganjurkan, menyarankan, dan mengingatkan. Bentuk tindak tutur direktif kritikan memiliki
fungsi menegur, menyindir, dan mengancam. Bentuk tindak tutur direktif larangan memiliki
fungsi melarang dan mencega

The level effectiveness of cooperation between Sang Hyang Seri., ltd (Persero) UBD.Kulon Progo with the member of farmers seeds of Inpari 13 rice plants in the Village of Banguncipto, Sub-district Sentolo, District Kulon Progo. Under direction by: BUDI WIDAYANTO and SITI HAMIDAH. The purpose of this research was analyzed levels of the effectiveness of cooperation and analyze advantage. The method is applicable in case study, using analysis descriptive with by using score scale likert and analysis of the benefits. A method of determining the respondents with a method of the census, With respondents 80 people of the total a member of the farmers. The results showed that the level of the effectiveness of cooperation with score average 36,13 included in the category of being. The total production of 311.650 Kg. with average production per ha 7.422 Kg/ha with profit total farmer groups is Rp. 962.502.471 with profit total per ha is Rp.1.825.655.713and profits average per ha is Rp. 22.820.696 which means benefits obtained husbandman high.

MARTIAS ADRIANSYAH. Tingkat Efektivitas Kerjasama PT. Sang Hyang Sri UBD. Kulon Progo dengan kelompok tani penangkar benih padi Inpari 13 di Desa Banguncipto, Kecamatan Sentolo, Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Pembimbing : BUDI WIDAYANTO dan SITI HAMIDAH. Tujuan penelitian ini Menganalisis tingkat efektivitas kerjasama dan menganalisis keuntungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Studi Kasus, menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan penyekoran Skala Likert dan analisis keuntungan. Metode penentuan responden dengan metode sensus, dengan responden 80 orang dari total anggota kelompok tani. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat efektivitas kerjasama dengan sekor rata-rata 36.13 termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Total produksi sebesar 311.650 kg dengan produksi rata-rata per hektar 7.422 kg/ha dengan keuntungan total kelompok tani adalah Rp. 962.502.471 dengan keuntungan total per hektar adalah Rp.1.825.655.713 dan keuntungan rata-rata per hektar adalah Rp. 22.820.696yang berarti keutungan yang diperoleh petani tinggi.

The influence of leadership style, training and development through employee engagement on senior manager productivity: a case study at Bank Lampung / Mira Rozanna and Ahmad Adriansyah
No full textHuman resource management is one of the essential aspects to improve the company 's performance in achieving the vision and mission of the organization. To face business competition for banks, they need to be supported by a productive leadership and resource role. Based on this, the author is interested in investigating employee productivity factors that affect banks ' performance. Moreover, concerning the field's research results, several findings have made the author focus on studying leadership style, training and development, and employee engagement on employee productivity. A sample of the respondents consisted of 57 Senior Manager Officers of Bank Lampung employed in this research. The analysis technique used was structured equation modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS research tool and the data retrieval method using questionnaires to all the respondents. The research analysis revealed leadership style, training and development through employee engagement significantly affected employee productivity.

with vehicle was stoped for stasnd in line, and those vehicles can so when the green light
was on.
Shock wave define as movement current can go when the surface because there is a
different density and velocity traffic pass on the high way. Density and velocity occasioned
because there is constrition. Obstacle / Interference that so be decrease current from now on
will consequence density that more and and more high level and speed that more and more
lower or get stand in line. With shock wave analysis we can count how long line up that can
be and how long time we needed so situation back normal after obstacle not existing again.

time back normal maked long.
