No full textEste artículo presenta una nueva aproximación al conocimiento de las sembradoras neumáticas en líneas a chorrillo. Partimos de la descripción del diseño realizado en primera persona por la empresa española Julio Gil Águeda e Hijos, y proseguimos con el empleo de un manómetro diferencial tipo Pitot, para caracterizar y comparar el funcionamiento de los circuitos neumáticos en los modelos GIL 5032 (5 m de ancho) y 6040 (6 m de ancho). Su diversa configuración: 4 filas y 32 brazos en el primer caso, respecto a 3 filas y 40 brazos en el segundo, refleja su distinta funcionalidad: adaptación a elevados niveles de rastrojo (vocación de evitar embozos), respecto a una mayor uniformidad neumática ajustada a un suelo previamente labrado
IRAS 09425-6040: A carbon star surrounded by highly crystalline silicate dust
No full textWe present infrared spectroscopy and millimeter
photometry and spectroscopy of the peculiar carbon star
IRAS 09425-6040. The 2-15 μm spectrum, as well as the CO
millimeter line observations are typical for a (J-type) carbon
star with moderate mass-loss rate. The 15-45 μm spectrum is
dominated by strong emission bands from Mg-rich and Fe-poor
crystalline silicates. IRAS 09425-6040 has the highest abundance
of crystalline silicates (75 per cent) observed in any source so
far. The ISO data, combined with IRAS and millimeter wavelength
photometry indicate the presence of large cold grains. The
observations indicate that the carbon star IRAS 09425-6040 is
surrounded by a stationary, massive, highly crystalline
oxygen-rich dust disk which is depleted of gas. These properties
are very similar to those of the disk seen in the Red Rectangle.
We propose that IRAS 09425-6040 is the evolutionary progenitor of
the central binary of the Red Rectangle nebula
High resolution optical spectroscopy of IRAS 09425-6040 (=GLMP 260)
No full textWe present high resolution optical spectroscopic observations of IRAS
09425-6040, a peculiar, extremely red, C-rich AGB star showing prominent
O-rich dust features in its ISO infrared spectrum attributed to crystalline
silicates. Our analysis shows that IRAS 09425-6040 is indeed a C-rich star
slightly enriched in lithium () with a low
12C/13C = ratio. We also found some evidence that it may be
enriched in s-elements. Combining our results with other observational data
taken from the literature we conclude that the star is possibly an
intermediate-mass TP-AGB star (M \ga 3~M_\odot) close to the end of
its AGB evolution which may have only very recently experienced a radical
change in its chemistry, turning into a carbon-rich AGB star
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

tersebut. Mesin CNC laser LS-6040 merupakan salah satu mesin yang berbasis CNC, model LS-6040 sendiri memiliki arti mesin CNC laser ini memiliki dimensi kerja sebesar 60cmx40cm. Mesin ini dapat memotong bahan baku menggunakan kekuatan tertentu dengan presisi, flexibel dan rapi sesuai desain yang telah diatur pada komputer. Untuk menggunakan mesin ini desain perlu dimasukkan ke komputer terlebih dahulu untuk
mengetahui berapa lama estimasi waktu proses permesinan untuk produk baru, sehingga penulis merasa terdorong untuk merancang model estimasi waktu pengerjaan produk di Mesin CNC laser LS-6040 ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahan baku yang dapat diproses oleh mesin ini yaitu akrilik, MDF, pinus dan triplek. Data yang
dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini berupa ketebalan bahan baku (X1), keliling desain(X2), speed laser(X3) dan power laser(X4) yang didapatkan dengan cara mensimulasikan dan melakukan percobaan langsung di Mesin CNC laser LS-6040. No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
No full textWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. image to differentiate themselves from others. This is important in luring travelers
which will directly affect the development of the hotel itself. This can be achieved
only through the efforts of all elements of the hotel which are divided into several
departments. The front office department, especially, should have good
cooperation among its staffs because the front office has most direct contact with
the guests. The receptionist as a part of the front office department has a large
responsibility as a representative of the hotel which should create a good image.
This paper sets out to describe the job scope of a receptionist at
Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel, Surakarta based on the job training undergone by the
author. The receptionist plays important role in handling the guests’ needs. To
give the best service, a receptionist must have good knowledge about all sectors in
the hotel and also the information external to the hotel related to the guests’ needs.
It is also supported by good and professional grooming based on appropriate hotel
standards.
From the data, one conclusion that can be drawn from this study is
that the job description of a receptionist in Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel includes
various aspects. The receptionists of Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel have a large
responsibility to know the job scope and do it to the best of their ability in order to
build an attractive image of the hotel
