Analisis Penerapan Akuntansi Keuangan Desa Pada Desa Suka Maju Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah
This study aims to determine the suitability of the application of accounting in Suka Maju Village, Bagan Sinembah District with the Principles of General Acceptable Accounting. The design that the author uses is a Quantitative method where this research is descriptive. The data used in this study are Primary Data and Secondary Data. Primary Data is the result obtained through interviews with village heads and treasurers of Suka Maju Village to obtain information about the village. Secondary Data is data obtained by collecting data that has been compiled in a ready-made form in the form of a report. From the results of research that has been carried out in Suka Maju Village, Bagan Sinembah District, that the recording carried out is still a cash base and the application of financial accounting in Suka Maju Village is not fully in accordance with the General Accepted Accounting Principles
TEKNIK WAWANCARA TIDAK TERSTRUKTUR CO-HOST VIDEO PODCAST (VODCAST) EDUKATIF MENGUPAS “PENGARUH NARKOBA PADA KEHIDUPAN SEKSUAL”
Karya ini merupakan video podcast (Vodcast) yang membahas mengenai pengaruh narkoba pada kehidupan seksual. Karya ini diciptakan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai penyalahgunaan narkoba yang digunakan untuk kepuasan seksual. Salah satu jenis narkoba yang sering disalahgunakan untuk kepentingan seksual adalah sabu, obat illegal poppers dan Gamma Hydroxybutyrate (GHB). Meski obat illegal poppers dan GHB jarang digunakan di Indonesia, masyarakat perlu mengetahui dampak dan efek nyata yang diberikan dari kedua obat tersebut. Video podcast ini juga membahas mengenai pencegahan dan tahapan rehabilitasi yang diberikan kepada pengguna narkoba. Dalam pembuatan video podcast ini, penulis bersama tim bekerja sama dengan Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNNP) DKI Jakarta dengan menghadirkan dua narasumber yaitu seorang dokter konselor dan seorang mantan penyintas narkoba (recovering addict). Tidak hanya itu, acara ini juga bekerja sama dengan SIN PO TV yang menyediakan fasilitas dan host yang menemani penulis dalam prosesnya. Melalui Teknik wawancara tidak terstruktur yang penulis gunakan untuk mendapatkan dan menggali informasi, penulis dapat dengan leluasa merubah, mengurangi, dan menambah pertanyaan. Oleh karena itu, informasi yang diperoleh dari narasumber menjadi beragam dan mendalam. Jika respon yang diberikan narasumber menarik, maka dapat dikembangkan pertanyaan lanjutan dan pecakapan menjadi lebih berkembang. Namun terdapat kekurangan pada teknik ini dimana daftar pertanyaan yang ditanyakan tanpa berstruktur dapat mengurangi kadar informasi yang dapat diberikan, pertanyaan lanjutan yang bekembang dapat keluar dari topik yang dibahas dan membuat arah percakapan menjadi tidak terarah./This work is a video podcast (Vodcast) that discusses the effects of drugs on sexual life. It was created to educate the public about the misuse of drugs for sexual gratification. One type of drug that is often misused for sexual purposes is methamphetamine, illegal poppers, and Gamma Hydroxybutyrate (GHB). Although illegal poppers and GHB are rarely used in Indonesia, the public needs to be aware of the real impacts and effects of these substances. The video podcast also discusses prevention measures and the rehabilitation process provided to drug users. In creating this video podcast, the author collaborated with the National Narcotics Agency (BNNP) of Jakarta, featuring two experts: a counselor doctor and a former drug addict (recovering addict). Additionally, the program collaborated with SIN PO TV, which provided facilities and a host to accompany the author throughout the process. Using unstructured interview techniques, the author was able to freely modify, reduce, or add questions to gather and explore information. As a result, the information obtained from the speakers became diverse and in-depth. If the responses provided by the speakers were interesting, follow-up questions could be developed, and the conversation could become more expansive. However, there are drawbacks to this technique, as the lack of a structured list of questions can reduce the amount of information that can be provided, and follow-up questions that develop may stray from the topic being discussed, causing the direction of the conversation to become unfocused
Pengaruh Budaya Kerja dan Inovasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Semangat Sejahtera Bersama Medan
The purpose of this study was to determine: 1. Does the work culture have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Semangat Sejahtera Bersama Medan 2. Does work innovation have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Semangat Sejahtera Bersama Medan 3. Does work culture and work innovation have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Semangat Sejahtera Bersama Medan. The population in this study were employees at PT. Semangat Sejahtera Bersama Medan is 60 employees. Sampling using a total random technique obtained employee samples as many as 60 people with α or alpha 0.05. To obtain data in the preparation of this thesis, the author uses the instrument: documentation and interview studies, and questionnaires. In analyzing the data the writer uses classical assumption test and hypothesis test. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) it can be concluded that the work culture has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Where positive is indicated by a value of 4.117 and is significantly indicated by 0.000 <0.05. Job innovation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where positive is indicated by a value of 9,278 and is significantly indicated by 0,000 <0,05. Whereas for simultaneous test results (F test) it can be concluded that work culture and work innovation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where positive is indicated by a value of 46.136, significantly indicated by 0.000 <0.05.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : 1. Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kota Binjai
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : 1. Apakah disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kota Binjai 2. Apakah pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kota Binjai 3. Apakah disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kota Binjai.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kota Binjai sebanyak 60 orang dan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling yang diperoleh sebanyak 60 orang pegawai. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penyusunan skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan instrumen ; studi dokumentasi dan wawancara (interview), serta angket (kuesioner). Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis.
Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (uji t) dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimana positif ditunjukkan dengan nilai 0,807 dan signifikan ditunjukkan dengan 0,000 < 0,05. Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimana positif ditunjukkan dengan nilai 0,234 dan signifikan ditunjukkan dengan 0,042 < 0,05. Disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimana positif ditunjukkan dengan nilai 87,118, signifikan ditunjukkan dengan 0,000 < 0,05.The purpose of this study was to find out: 1. Pengaruh Pendelegasian Wewenang dan Kerjasama Tim Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sumatera Utara
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendelegasian
wewenang dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan
Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu penelitian yang
menghubungkan dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah
235 orang, teknik penarikan sampel yang akan digunakan adalah teknik
Probability Sampling dengan Simple Random Sampling. Simple Random
Sampling ini digunakan apabila karakteristik dari anggota adalah sama. Dengan
jumlah populasi yang melebihi 100 orang maka dapat diambil 10 %, 15 %, 20 %,
25 %, atau lebih, maka penulis mengambil persentase sampling sebesar 30 % dari
seluruh populasi maka sampel mejadi 70 orang.
Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis data statistik, indikator-indikator
pada penelitian ini bersifat valid dan reliable. Pada pengujian regresi linear
berganda membuktikan bahwa variabel pendelegasian wewenang menunjukkan
hasil dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,335 dan variabel kerjasama tim
menunjukkan hasil dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,219 yang mempengaruhi
kinerja secara positif dan signifikan, nilai signifikan untuk variabel pendelegasian
wewenang 0,001 < 0,05 maka pendelegasian wewenang (X1) signifikan
mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai (Y) dan nilai signifikan untuk variabel kerjasama
tim 0,027 < 0,05 maka kerjasama tim (X2) signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja
pegawai (Y). Nilai thitung variabel pendelegasian wewenang (X1) 3,360 > nilai
t tabel 1,669 dan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0.05 dan nilai thitung variabel kerjasama tim
(X2) 2,258 > nilai t tabel 1,669 dengan nilai signifikan 0,027 < 0,05 bahwa faktorfaktor
pendelegasian wewenang dan kerjasama tim secara parsial berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Nilai F hitung 8,459 > nilai F tabel
3,13 dan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05 bahwa faktor-faktor pendelegasian
wewenang (X1) dan kerjasama tim (X2) secara simultan berpengatuh positif dan
signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai R Square untuk kinerja pegawai (Y)
pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sumatera Utara adalah 0.301. Hal ini berarti
30,1% variasi kinerja pegawai (Y) dipengaruhi oleh variabel pendelegasian
wewenang (X1) dan kerjasama tim (X2) dan sisanya 69,9 % ditentukan oleh
variabel lain di luar kontribusi penelitian ini.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of delegation of
authority and teamwork on the performance of employees at the Transportation
Agency of North Sumatra Province. This type of research is associative, namely
research connect two or more variables. The population in this study amounted to
235 people, the sampling technique that will be used is the Probability Sampling
technique with Simple Random Sampling. Simple Random Sampling is used when
the characteristics of members are the same. With a population that exceeds 100
people it can be taken 10 %, 15 %, 20 %, 25 %, or more, so the author takes a
sampling percentage of 30 % of the entire population so the sample becomes 70
people.
The results of this study are based on statistical data analysis, the
indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In multiple linear regression testing
proves that the delegation of authority shows results with a regression coefficient
of 0.335 and teamwork variables show results with a regression coefficient of
0.219 which affects performance positively and significantly, significant value for
delegation authority variable 0.001 < 0.05 then delegation of authority (X1)
significantly affects employee performance (Y) and significant value for teamwork
variables 0.027 < 0.05, teamwork (X2) significantly influences employee
performance (Y). The value of delegation variable authority (X1) 3.360 > t table
value 1.669 and significant value 0.001 < 0.05 and t count variable teamwork (X2)
2.258 > t table value 1.669 with a significant value 0.027 < 0.05 that the delegation
of authority and teamwork partially has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance (Y). F count 8.459 > F table value 3.13 and significant value
0.001 < 0.05 that the factors of delegation of authority (X1) and teamwork (X2)
simultaneously fall positively and significantly on employee performance. The
value of R Square for employee performance (Y) in the Transportation Service of
North Sumatra Province is 0.301. This means that 30.1 % of the variation in
employee performance (Y) is influenced by the delegation of authority (X1) and
teamwork (X2) and the remaining 69.9 % is determined by other variables beyond
the contribution of this research
Analisis Produktivitas Kerja Pada PT. Perkebunan Hutahaean Afdelling II Daludalu Kab. Rokan Hulu Provinsi Riau
This study was conducted to determine what factors affect the productivity of PT. Hutahaean Afdelling II Plantation Dalu-dalu Kab. Rokan Hulu Prov. Riau. In carrying
out this research the author took the location at PT. Hutahaean Afdelling II Plantation located in Dalu-dalu of Rokan Hulu Regency. Employment productivity indicators used
include work ability, quantity of work, morale, quality of work. This type of research is quantitative descriptive that prioritizes the questionnaire as a data collector and the
data is then used as the main raw material to analyze the objective conditions in the research location. There are six population groups and the sample in this research are
18 employees of pks, 17 office employees, 1 plant staff, 1 warehouse staff, civil engineering staff 2 persons and 1 staff of BPP (TRansportation). Technique purposive
sampling. Types and data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from the research object that includes population
data, questionnaire data, interview data, and other data deemed necessary. Secondary data is data obtained directly from the company where the research is supporting
research analysis such as general description of the company. The results of the four indicators for employee respondents is 51% and included in the category of Good
Enough. The results showed that the company must maintain and continue to increase work productivity in the future
The Effect of Premium Income and Claims Payment on the Growth of Insurance Companies' Profits (Study of Life Insurance Companies Listed on the IDX 2016-2018 Period
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial dan simultan Pengaruh Pendapatan Premi (X1) dan Pembayaran Klaim (X2) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba (Y).Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Seluruh Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu 15 Perusahaan Asuransi.Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria yaitu 13 Perusahaan Asuransi.Adapun kriteria perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan asuransi jiwa yang secara konsisten mempublikasi laporan keuangan tahunan dari tahun 2016 – 2018, perusahaan asuransi jiwa yang aktif beroperasi pada tahun 2016 – 2018.Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif.Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitin ini adalah data sekunder.Teknik yang dilakukan penulis untuk mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS Versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Pendapatan Premi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba, Pembayaran Klaim (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba, dan secara simultan Pendapatan Premi dan Pembayaran Klaim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba.This study aims to determine partially and simultaneously the Effect of Premium Income (X1) and Claim Payment (X2) on Profit Growth (Y). The type of research used is associative. The population in this study were all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely 15 insurance companies. The sample of this study is companies that meet the criteria of 13 insurance companies. The criteria for the companies sampled in this study are life insurance companies that consistently publish annual financial statements from 2016 - 2018, Life insurance companies that are actively operating in 2016 - 2018. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. Data sources used in this study are secondary data. The technique used by the author to collect the data needed in this study is documentation. This study uses multiple linear analysis techniques using SPSS Version 22. The results show that partially Premium Income (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth, Claim Payment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth, and simultaneously Revenue Premium and Claim Payment have a significant effect on Profit Growth
TEKAN ANGKA PERNIKAHAN DINI : IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM JO KAWIN BOCAH PERSPEKTIF MAQASID ASY-SYARI’AH (STUDI DI KANTOR DINAS KBPPPA KABUPATEN CILACAP)
The Jo Kawin Bocah program is an effort from Central Java Provincial
Government in this case the Women and Children Service in an effort to prevent
early marriage in Central Java Province. In Cilacap Regency, the percentage of
Age at First Marriage (UKP) or early marriage in Cilacap Regency in 2020 as much
as 26%, which means entering the red zone. Office of Family Planning, Women's
Empowerment and Child Protection Cilacap Regency is the main implementer in
implementing Jo Kawin Bocah program in the field. Therefore, the author is
interested to know more about the implementation of the Jo Kawin Bocah program
in an effort to reduce the number of early marriages in Cilacap Regency.
This research is included in the category of field research with a normative
juridical approach. The nature of this study uses an analytical descriptive method,
namely describing the activities in the program Jo Kawin Bocah and analyzing in
the view of Maqa>s{id asy-Syari>’ah To obtain the author's data using the interview
and documentation method The data analysis method used by the compiler is a
qualitative analysis method by deductive.
Based on the research result, it may be concluded. First, Cilacap Regency
KBPPPA Office on implementation of Jo Kawin Bocah program as an effort to
reduce the number of early marriages in Cilacap Regency is in accordance with the
guidebook of Jo Kawin Bocah. Implementation program Jo Kawin Bocah namely
by means of amplification, participation and providing reference information for
integrative services. Second, supporting factors on implementation of Jo Kawin
Bocah programn are financial support from local goverments, participation of
government, academict, communities, business world, as well as participation
between institutions and outside organizations in Cilacap Regency. The inhibiting
factors are the lack of human resources who have special expertise in the field of
counseling, even distribution of the socialization of Jo Kawin Bocah program in the
community, and the end of public awareness about the dangers of early marriage.
Third, the implementation of Jo Kawin Bocah program has relevance to the Maqa>s{id
asy-Syari>’ah i.e. protection of the soul (h{ifz{ an-nafs), i.e. avoiding death from things
caused by early marriage. Protection of reason (h{ifz{ al-‘aql), namely with education
and knowledge that includes TRIAD, KRR, PUP and other adolescent problems
will add insight to adolescents. Protection of offspring (h{ifz{ an-nasl) is related to
the implementation of stunting prevention activities. Protection of property (h{ifz{ alma>

Strategi Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pembelajaran Di MIS Misbahul Arifin
Based on the results of initial observations made by researchers at the research location, information was obtained that the leadership of the madrasah head had run optimally, that is, the madrasah head played an active role in implementing learning activities by guiding the implementation of management to improve the quality of learning. The leadership of the madrasah head has been running effectively, namely with the implementation of supervision by the madrasah head both supervision of learning and teaching activities in the classroom and supervision of the madrasa head over the operational activities of teaching teachers. The leadership strategy for the head of the madrasa has been optimal, namely by implementing planning, implementing and acting on learning management in improving the quality of learning at MIS Misbahul Arifin Pangkalan Brandan. Based on the results of these observations, the researchers used qualitative research methods to describe research results based on observations, interviews and documentation. After carrying out the series of research stages, the researcher concluded that the information about the leadership of the head of the Misbahul Arifin Sei Bilah Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah was based on the results of observations and interviews that the author conducted with informants, namely subject teachers and class teachers at the Misbahul Arifin Sei Bilah Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah so that came to the conclusion that the head of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Private Misbahul Arifin Sei Bilah had carried out his duties and roles truthfully and was supported by documentary evidence of the implementation of the leadership of the head of the Madrasa as responsibility for the position
RESENSI BUKU NONFIKSI: BUKU PENGANTAR SEMANTIK BAHASA INDONESIA KARYA ABDUL CHAER
Review is an activity of evaluating works that have been read, watched or listened to, whether in the form of books, films, articles or other works. In this research, the work that will be reviewed by the author is a nonfiction book entitled Introduction to Indonesian Semantics by Abdul Chaer. This research aims to provide a comprehensive overview and critical assessment of the content and structure of the book. Through a qualitative approach, this research analyzes the text of the book in depth so that it can show the advantages, disadvantages and contribution of the book to the study of Indonesian semantics. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to the development of Indonesian semantic studies, especially for students, researchers and general readers who are interested in semantic studies.

Dalam penelitian ini, karya yang akan diresensi oleh penulis adalah buku nonfiksi yang berjudul Pengantar Semantik Bahasa Indonesia karya Abdul Chaer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran komprehensif dan penilaian kritis terhadap isi dan struktur buku tersebut. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis teks buku secara mendalam sehingga dapat menunjukkan keunggulan, kekurangan, dan kontribusi buku terhadap kajian semantik bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kajian semantik bahasa Indonesia, khususnya bagi manusia, peneliti, dan pembaca umum yang tertarik dengan kajian semantik.
