Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik non-probability purposive sampling sebagai metode pengambilan sampel dan mendapatkan 286 responden dengan kriteria mempunyai applikasi tiktok, mengikuti Febryan Dio Ramadhan, dan pernah melihat konten Febryan Dio Ramadhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS untuk pengujian pilot study dan SmartPLS untuk pengolahan data secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah marketing influencer mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikant terhadap follower engagement, follower engagement mempunyai pangaruh yang positif dan signifikant terhadap purchase intention, marketing influencer juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikant terhadap purchasei intention melalui follower engagement

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between job satisfaction and Organizational Behavior at Citizens employees. Iron Work in Jakarta Indonesia. This study was conducted during the four months from October 2014 to January 2015. The method used was a survey with the correlational approach. The population is all employees of PT. Iron Work Indonesia amounting to 350 people. Samples were all employees of PT. Iron Work Indonesia Human Resources (HR) totaling 40 people. The samples are 36 people with the use of simple random sampling. F test is known that the linear regression Fcount (0,81) ttable = 1.68, meaning that the higher the job satisfaction will increase Organizational Behavior Citizens, on the other hand, if the job satisfaction given low it will result in a decrease in Organizational Behavior Citizens. The value of the variable between job satisfaction and Organizational Behavior Citizens of Ŷ = 61,82 + 0,653 X.
Large variations in Organizational Behavior Citizens determined by the satisfaction of 37.40%. The relationship between job satisfaction (variable X) with Organizational Behavior Citizens (Y) is linear and significant regression significant Fcount (20,31) > Ftable (4.13) and the linear regression Fcount (0,81) < Ftable (2.65) .

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Untuk mengatasi ketidak sesuaian pemuatan curah batu bara di MV. Sriwandari Indah, maka dalam skripsi ini peneliti menjabarkan teori mengenai upaya full and down yang dilakukan, melalui pengaturan muatan dan juga air ballast untuk menyeimbangkan kapal, agar kembali dalam keadaan aman. Muatan batu bara mempunyai karakter khusus di dalam penanganannya, sehingga dalam memuat batu bara harus memperhatikan bahaya yang dimiliki oleh muatan, pada saat kegiatan memuat dilaksanakan oleh deck crane. Setelah dilakukan identifikasi peniliti merumuskan masalah tentang, mengapa terjadi ketidak sesuaian muatan curah batu bara pada saat pemuatan di MV. Sriwandari Indah dan bagaimana upaya full and down yang dilakukan untuk menangani ketidak sesuaian pemuatan tersebut.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis dari orang-orang dan prilaku yang diamati. Dalam hal ini pengumpulan data berupa pendekatan terhadap obyek melalui observasi, wawancara secara langsung terhadap subyek serta menggunakan dokumen dan data-data yang berhubungan dalam pelaksanaan pemuatan batu bara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis selama praktek layar di MV. Sriwandari Indah mengenai pelaksanaan pemuatan batu bara dalam bentuk curah ditemukan adanya masalah-masalah yaitu berhentinya proses pemuatan pada palka no. 6 dan no. 7 yang dikarenakan oleh rusaknya komponen elektroda pada deck crane no. 4, serta cuaca yang kurang mendukung untuk melakukan shifting barge, dalam pengaturan muatan ke palka lain sehingga proses pemuatan berjalan kurang efisien.
Dalam hal ini disimpulkan bahwa ketidak sesuaian pemuatan terjadi karena kerusakan pada deck crane no. 4, kondisi komponen elekterik yang sudah tidak terawat, menyebabkan terjadinya ketidak sesuaian pemuatan dari pre stowage plan, adapun saran peneliti adalah melakukan maintenance pada deck crane dengan lebih intensif sesuai dengan SOP (standar operasional prosedur), karena kondisi yang sudah lama dan sering digunakan agar dapat berfungsi secara optimal, serta terkait dengan upaya full and down yang dilakukan, agar berjalan secara efisien pada saat pengaturan pemuatan, dengan kondisi cuaca yang saat itu kurang mendukung sebaiknya melakukan koordinasi yang baik diantara Nahkoda dan foreman di dalam memutuskan untuk shifting barge

To achieve the implementation of the coal load with effective in MV. Energy Midas then in writing this thessis the author describes a theory about the hatch cover hydrolicmaintainance and implementation load of the coal using floating crane. Coal cargo has special characters inside are loaded ,so the load should pay attention to the dangers of coal owned when the loading carried out by a floating crane. On this basis the authors formulate the problem of why hatch cover hydraulic is not working maksimal after loading and why there are any coal not go inside the hold when loading takes place in MV. Energy Midas.
The method used in this study is a qualitative method that produces descriptive data is in the form of written word of the people and observed behavior. In this case the collected data in the form of approach to the object through observation, interview directely to the subject matter as well as use of documents and data relating to the implementation of the coal loading in bulk form. Based on the results of research by the author during practice at the MV. Energy Midas on the implementation of the loading of coalform found any problems that are hatch cover hydraulic is not working maksimal and the coal not go inside the hold while transfering cargo form barge to hold takes place.
In this case concluded why hatch cover hydraulic is not working maksimal after loading because there are any cargo that hamper work of the hydraulic of hatch cover by dint of spilled cargo from not go inside that cargo at hold. as well as shortage cargo because many cargo spilled and many left cargo in barge, while yhe author’s suggestion is held a briefing with the hope that the crew is aware duties and responsibilites and do maintenance with loading equipment, optimum loading using loader vehicle and floating crane, doing agreement with oprator of floating crane about loading palene, and then doing control when loading in progres
