Get PDFTämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli määritellä työn imun käsitettä ja sitä, miten työn imua voidaan kehittää vanhusten tehostetussa palveluasumisessa. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tuottaa tietoa vanhustyön hoitajien kokemasta työn imusta ja siihen vaikuttavista vahvistavista tekijöistä. Tavoitteena oli myös etsiä ja tuottaa tietoa siitä, miten vanhustyön hoitajien työn imuun voi vaikuttaa positiivisesti johtamisen keinoin.
Opinnäytetyön aihe on tärkeä, sillä organisaatioissa on kyettävä niin yhteisölliseen, kuin yksilölliseen työn imun kokemisen johtamiseen. On mietittävä, miten voi ylläpitää hyvää työn imua kokevan työntekijän hyvinvointia, samoin kuin on mietittävä miten työn imua voi lisätä työntekijälle, joka sitä ei niin paljoa koe (Hakanen 2011: 23).
Laadullinen aineisto kerättiin haastattelemalla Betesda-säätiön vanhustyön tehostetun palveluasumisen hoitajia. Aineisto analysoitiin aineistolähtöisen sisällönanalyysin keinoin. Haastatteluista nousivat kaksi pääluokkaa, jotka olivat työn imun tunne ja asiakaslähtöinen johtaminen. Teemahaastatteluista saadut aineiston tulokset toimivat yhteiskehittämisen pohjana. Yhteiskehittämisen työpaja pidettiin vallitsevan Covid-19 tilanteen takia Microsoft Teams -sovelluksen kautta. Yhteiskehittämisen työpajaan osallistui Betesda-säätiön esihenkilöitä. Yhteiskehittämisen tuotoksena syntyi positiivisen oravanpyörän ylläpitäminen, joka vastasi osaltaan kolmanteen tutkimuskysymykseen.
Johtopäätöksenä voidaan todeta, että työn imun tunnetta ylläpitää työyhteisön positiivinen ilmapiiri, johon sisältyy muun muassa auttamisen halu. Asiakaslähtöinen johtaminen nähtiin keskustelevana, tasapuolisena ja avoimena ilmapiirinä. Työn imun pysyvyyttä lisää positiivisen oravanpyörän ylläpitäminen. Työntekijöiden työn imun tunne lisääntyy, kun heidän tekemä työ huomioidaan ja siitä annetaan kiitosta. Tämä edellyttää sitä, että heidän tekemisistään ollaan kiinnostuneita.The purpose of this thesis was to define the concept of work engagement and how it can be developed in 24 hour assisted living homes for the elderly. The goal with the thesis was to gather information about the work engagement among employees in, and about factors that strengthen the work engagement. Another goal was to find and produce information about how work engagement in this field can be influenced by positive leadership. The topic of the thesis is important because it is essential to have good capabilities to lead both working community and individual work engagement. It is necessary to consider how to maintain the well-being of an employee experiencing good work engagement as well as it is necessary to consider how to increase the work engagement for employees who do not experience it that much.
The qualitative material was gathered by interviewing the employees of the 24 hour assisted living facilities owned by the Betesda foundation. The material was analyzed by means of material-based content analysis. Two main categories arose from the interviews: work engagement and client-oriented management. The results of the material from the thematic interviews served as a basis for co-development. The co-development workshop was organized through Teams application as a result of the current covid-19 situation. Four supervisors from the Betesda foundation participated in the co-development workshop. The co-development resulted in the maintenance of the positive rat race, which in turn answered the third research question. In conclusion, it can be stated that the feeling of work engagement can be maintained with a positive work environment which for instance, includes the desire to help others. Client-oriented management was regarded as a conversational, fair and open atmosphere. The stability of work engagement is increased by maintenance of the positive rat race. The work engagement of the employees increases when their work is acknowledged and praised. This requires an interest towards their work
Kajian Etika Pelayan Gereja Terhadap Peran Pendeta dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Berdilema Moral di GMIT Betesda Sufa
Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa pengambilan keputusan dari pendeta ketika berhadapan dengan dilema moral jemaat. Penelitian ini berfokus pada dua dilema moral jemaat yang membutuhkan peranan dari pendeta yaitu dilema moral hubungan seksual di luar pernikahan yang mengakibatkan kehamilan dan dilema moral mengkonsumsi sopi dan laru saat acara adat. Pendeta di GMIT Betesda Sufa tidak membuat keputusan secara sepihak tetapi atas musyawarah bersama. Hal ini sejalan dengan tata dasar sinode GMIT yang memegang teguh prinsip presbiterial sinodal. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan melalui wawancara kepada pendeta, majelis jemaat dan tokoh adat. Kajian teori yang digunakan adalah hermeneutic circle dari Miguel De La Torre. Teori ini digunakan untuk menganalisa langkah-langkah yang dilakukan pendeta GMIT Betesda Sufa dalam membuat keputusan ketika berhadapan dengan dilema moral jemaat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa langkah-langkah yang dilakukan pendeta GMIT Betesda Sufa sesuai dengan teori lingkaran hermeneutik dari De La Torre. Meskipun ada sedikit perbedaan dikarenkan pendeta GMIT Betesda Sufa menggabungkan salah satu langkah ke dalam langkah-langkah yang lain, namun keputusan etis tetap didapatkan. Pada dasarnya keberhasilan membuat keputusan yang etis bergantung pada kelengkapan langkah-langkah sesuai teori dari De La Torre. Teori ini relevan untuk digunakan oleh pendeta ketika berhadapan dengan masalah dilema moral jemaat

This impact is measured with the use of coefficient correlation of Pearson and analysis of double regression, the test of T, and variants analysis. Descriptive analysis is conducted to analyze the growth of Gereja Betesda Indonesia Gateway in Sidoarjo, according to the demographical group.Then, it is found out that the discipleship and empowerment of the laity, gain impact which shows 59,4% to the growth of Gereja Betesda Indonesia Gateway in Sidoarjo All of the variables have a correlation partially to the significant growth of the church

Perjanjian pemborongan bangunan pada PT. BETESDA MANDIRI lebih banyak timbul
dimana pihak pemberi borongan pekerjaan adalah dari pihak swasta selain poeses timbulnya
perjanjian ini lebih sederhana yaitu bisa dengan pemilihan kontraktor secara tender negoisasi
maupun dengan pemilihin kontraktor secara tender terbatas.
Permasalahan yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini di fokuskan pada pelaksanaan
perjanjian pemborongan bangunan gedung dan hambatan yang terjadi serta mengatasi apabila
ada permasalahan-permasalahan selama pembangunan tersebut dilaksanakan.
Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah Yuridis Normatif, dan teknik
pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni Library Research (penelitian kepustakaan)
yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan berdasarkan sumber bacaan, yaitu Undang-undang, Buku-buku,
penelitian ilmah, media massa, dan jurnal hukum yang berhubungan dengan materi
yang dibahas dalam proposal skrips iini. Dalam penelitian ini mengandung data primer
dan sekunder Field Research (penelitian lapangan) yaitu dengan melakukan penelitian
langsung kelapangan. Dalam hal ini penelitian langsung melakukan penelitian Badan
Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retrebusi daerah di Provinsi Sumatera Utara.
Pelaksanaan perjanjian pemborongan bangunan gedung “Pengelolaan Pajak dan
Retrebusi Daerah provinsi di Sumatera utara pada PT.Betesda Mandiri” Perjanjian
pemborongan bangunan pada PT. Betesda Mandiri lebih banyak timbul dimana pihak pemberi
borongan pekerjaan adalah dari pihak swasta, selain proses timbulnya perjanjian ini lebih
sederhana yaitu bisa dengan pemilihan kontraktor secara tender negosiasi maupun dengan
pemilihan kontraktor secara tender terbatas. Perjanjian kerja borongan terjadi setelah adanya
kesepakatan yang diambil oleh para pihak tersebut. Dan hal itu terjadi tentunya setelah
melalui beberapa prosedur yang memungkin kan untuk saling mengikatkan dirinya pada
suatu perjanjian pemborongan. Selama proses pembangunan tidak ada hambatan-hambatan
yang terjadi selama pembangunan, semua sesuai dengan yang direncanakan selama perjanjian
berjalan. Apabila ada pihak yang melakukan wanprestasi dalam melaksanakan maka sebagai
akibat dari wanprestasi tersebut pihak kontraktor dapat dikenai sanksi sesuai dengan.yang

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
