Get PDFPada tulisan ini penulis berusaha untuk memahami bagaimana pemikiran tokoh dalam bidang psikologi perpustakaan. Adapun pemikiran tokoh yang dikaji dalam hal ini adalah pemikiran dari Nina Ariyani Martini yang akan dibandingkan dengan pemikiran Toha Nursalam yang sama-sama menulis buku tentang psikologi perpustakaan. Nina Ariyani Martini dan Toha Nursalam merupakan tokoh yang mempunyai latar belakang pendidikan psikologi sehingga penulis ingin melihat letak persamaan dan perbedaan dari tulisannya mengenai psikologi perpustakaan. Aspek yang akan dilihat dalam tulisan ini yaitu penulis akan melihat persamaan dan perbedaan pemikiran dari segi pengertian psikologi, teori kepribadian dalam kegiatan perpustakaan, penerapan teori motivasi dalam kegiatan perpustakaan dan penerapan psikologi untuk layanan perpustakaan.
ABSTRACT
In this paper the author tries to understand how the thinking of the character in the field of library psychology. The thinking of the character studied in this case is the thought of Nina Ariyani Martini who will be compared with the thought of Toha Nursalam who both wrote a book about the psychology of the library. Nina Ariyani Martini and Toha Nursalam are characters with background behind the psychology education so the author would like to see the location of similarities and differences from his writing about the psychology of the library. Aspects to be seen in this paper that the authors will see the similarities and differences of thought in terms of understanding of psychology, personality theory in the activities of the library, the application of motivation theory in the activities of libraries and the application of psychology for library services

This paper has a purpose to know about acceptance and research notification annual personal income tax with drop box facility on Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Matraman. The research method is descriptive method to describe the situation under study. The data collection techniques were performed by the author in this study is a field study interview, observation, documentation, and library research.
Result of the study that the acceptance of the notification of annual personal income tax with drop box facility on Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Matraman unstable, proved an increase and a decrease in revenue each year. But in the research of the notification goes well, but there are still obtacles in its processing are located on the tax payer and human resources

Get PDFThis study aims to discuss legal issues, namely the void of norms because POJK No.77/POJK.01/2016 concerning information technology-based money-lending services with the terms and conditions of fintech p2p lending providers are not in line with their practices and can cause legal problems because there is no protection. law for lenders in the practice of online lending and borrowing money services so that it can lead to legal conflicts and the absence of legal certainty or special rules regarding the transfer of responsibility from the organizer, of course, is quite detrimental to its users (lenders). Based on the issues studied, the authors use a type of normative legal research which studies legal materials, both primary and secondary legal materials. Normative research places law as a system of norms because this type of research looks at aspects of understanding a legal norm contained in a law and norms that live and develop in society. The nature of the research used is analytical descriptive, the author tries to describe events and incidents that are the center of attention without giving special treatment to these events. The Consumer Protection Law prohibits the inclusion of exoneration clauses related to information technology-based money lending and borrowing agreements, but OJK provisions do not explicitly regulate the legal consequences of including exoneration clauses so that there is a void in norms and can lead to legal conflicts so that harmonization of these norms is necessary.

Get PDFThe child is a younger generation of the ideals of the nation on which he hold a special feature and a vital role that can ensure the future existence of nation. The development of the times, not a few children who commit crimes. Guidance efforts in the Development Institute do not necessarily make children deterrent from committing crimes, in fact there are still children who commit criminal acts or recidivists after coaching. The problem that the author focusing is about how coaching and what are the obstacles to coaching towards recidivism of children found at the II Class Special Development Institute for Children in Pekanbaru. This type of research is sociological/empirical by means of a survey using direct interviews at the Pekanbaru Children's Special Assistance Institute. Guidance conducted by the Pekanbaru Children's Special Guidance Institution is in accordance with applicable legal rules. However, the coaching pattern is not effective when given to child recidivism. Guidance on recidivation of children must be special and different from ordinary criminal children, because they have repeated the crime. The absence of clear legal rules regarding the formation of child recidivism is an inhibiting factor for coaching. On the other hand the child's personal, family and social environment is a determining factor for the success of the coaching that children do. But even this can be an obstacle to the achievement of coaching goals for children when these factors do not work properly after coaching

Get PDFTax is a source of country income that used to finance development. One of
the kinds of the tax is Land and Building Tax. Land and Building Tax is main tax
who is 90% acceptance will be given back to each region. The purpose of the
research is to analyze Land and Building Tax acceptance growth level in Surakarta
from the year 2005 up to the year 2009.
The research was taken by observation method, interview method,
documentation and literature research. The meaning of Observation is do research
directly to the object who is researched. The meaning of Interview is ask to the
source to get the information that we need. The meaning of Documentation is collect
report data from DPPKA of Surakarta. The meaning of literature research is learn the
book or reference that on occasion of the topic who is researched.
According to the research result, the acceptance of Land and Building Tax in
Surakarta was increased from the year 2005 to the year 2009. Growth level of
acceptance Land and Building Tax during 2005 to the 2009 was good enough,
although the realization of acceptance was not reach the target.
The author give some recommendations for DPPKA of Surakarta who is
trying to increase land and building tax acceptance. DPPKA should be better in apply
safari program via collector official, raise the professionalism of tax official, fix the
system and mechanism of SPPT process, apply the sanction strictly and raise the
socialization to the tax payers.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi di
MTs Darul Maarif Natar Lampung Selatan yang menunjukkan adanya
beberapa siswa yang berperilaku tidak disiplin dalam belajar,
terlambat masuk sekolah, membolos, jarang menegerjakan tugas (PR)
membuat keributan dalam kelas seperti mengganggu teman ketika
guru menjelaskan dan bermain bola didalam kelas. Salah satu layanan
bimbingan dan konseling di MTs Darul Ma’arif yang sudah berjalan
yaitu layanan konseling kelompok dilakukan oleh guru bk dengan
menggunakan teknik Self Management,
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan dan
hasil layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik Self-Management
dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar kelas VIII di MTs Darul
Ma’arif Natar Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder, subjek penelitian
ini enam peserta didik kelas VIII, denga proses pengumpulan data
yang dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
Triangulasi sumber, teknik dan waktu yang digunakan dalam
memastikan kebasahan data.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui observasi, wawancara,
dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan oleh penulis, menunjukkan bahwa
pelaksanaan layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik Self�Management efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan dalam belajar
peserta didik

ABSTRACT
This research was motivated by a phenomenon that occurred
at MTs Darul Maarif Natar, South Lampung, which showed that there
were several students who behaved undisciplinedly in studying, were
late for school, played truant, rarely did their homework, made noise
in class, such as disturbing friends when the teacher explained and
playing football in class. One of the guidance and counseling services
at MTs Darul Ma'arif that is already running is a group counseling
service carried out by bk teachers using Self Management techniques,
The purpose of this research is to determine the
implementation and results of group counseling services using Self�Management techniques in improving class VIII learning discipline at
MTs Darul Ma'arif Natar, South Lampung. This research uses
qualitative methods with primary and secondary data sources, the
research subjects are six class VIII students, with the data collection
process carried out by observation, interviews and documentation.
Triangulation of sources, techniques and time used to ensure data
validity.
Based on the results of research through observation,
interviews and documentation carried out by the author, it shows that
the implementation of group counseling services using Self�Management techniques is effective in increasing student discipline in
learning.
