No full textThis study aims to describe and analyze the infrastructure development in Batu Tritip Village. infrastructure is a necessity for the community. To meet the needs of the community, it is necessary to have the role of the government, namely the village head in building infrastructure. The author sees several problems in infrastructure development. The picture in the field obtained shows that there are problems in the implementation of infrastructure development in Batu Tritip Village. This encourages researchers to explain and analyze further in academic studies about this phenomenon in the form of a thesis scientific paper. In this study, researchers refer to relevant theories to answer each of the fundamental problems of evaluating infrastructure development. The theory used in relation to the implementation of the village head's duties is the theory proposed by Wiliam N Dunn. This type of research is qualitative research and uses processed data related to the research conducted. This qualitative approach is defined as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The data collected in this study uses more secondary data, whereas primary data is needed to complement / support the analysis of secondary data that has been obtained. Primary data were obtained from interviews with informants who were competent in answering this problem. Inhibiting factors or constraints for the authors of the analysis were indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy, adequacy and leveling. responsiveness

To findout how the social interaction that occur betwee the street vendors, factor that affect the creation of social interaction that take place and interwoven between street vendors in Puan Maimun market, Karimun Regency, the author conducted data collection using observation techniques and in depth interviews with respondents. As for how sampling or respondents is done by simple random sampling techniques (in a random way) that has came chance and opportunity to be selected as a samples, the samples 15 street vendors respondents specified of the total population 129 merchant. The teory used in this reasearch is the theory of social interaction and the structural-functional theory. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Result of research conduted in general, the author say that the high familiar relationships that occur between them. Social interactions that occur make a trader to another may affect each other. The social interaction resulted in relationships that is both negative and positive. Tolarance among street vendors Puan Maimun Market that made them closer. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan, didapatkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Pertama, faktor-faktor penyebab terjadmya atau timbulnya pemalsuan uang karena adanya faktor ekonomi, faktor politik, faktor pendidikan, faktor kwalitas bahan uang, faktor penegakkan hukum dan faktor apatisme masyarakat. Dimana faktor ekonomi adalah faktor yang paling dominan mendorong seseorang melakukan tindak pidana pemalsuan uang. Kedua, upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh Bank Indonesia untuk menanggulangi hal tersebut adalah melakukan sosialisasi penyuluhan ciri-ciri keaslian uang rupiah kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat, mengupayakan dalam pencetakan uang baru dengan tingkat kesulitan pemalsuan yang lebih rumit, mcmperjelas benang pengaman pada uang agar masyarakat awam cepat memahaminya berkoordinosi dengan tim BOTASUPAL (Badan Koorinasi pemberantasan Uang Palsu). yang terd1ri dari unsur: Badan lntelijen Negara (BIN), Kepolisian,KeJaksaan, dan Bank Indonesia, juga berkoordinasi dengan lnternasional Criminal Police (Interpol) , mempermudah sistim pelaporan dan klarifikasi oleh masyarkat, serta mempergunakan teknologi canggih berupa mesin penghitung otomatis yang sekaligus dapat menyortir dan memilah-milah antar uang yang asli dan uang yang dianggap palsu.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------In this study the authors used a normative juridical approach. This is because the problem under study is the available data and then analyzed according to the applicable regulations, which in turn will discredit the things that exist in the problem as previously mentioned. Based on the results of the research conducted by the author, the following conclusions are obtained: First, the factors causing the occurrence or emergence of money counterfeiting are due to economic factors, political factors, educational factors, quality factors for money, law enforcement factors and community apathy factors. Where the economic factor is the most dominant factor encouraging someone to commit the crime of counterfeiting money. Second, the efforts made by Bank Indonesia to overcome this were disseminating information on the characteristics of authentic rupiah currency to all levels of society, striving for the printing of new banknotes with a more complicated level of counterfeiting difficulty, clarifying the security threads on money so that the general public understand quickly and coordinate with the BOTASUPAL team (Coordinating Board for the Eradication of Counterfeit Money). which consists of the following elements: the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), the Police, the Attorney General's Office, and Bank Indonesia, also coordinates with the International Criminal Police (Interpol), simplifies the reporting and clarification system by the public, and uses sophisticated technology in the form of an automatic counting machine that can simultaneously sort and sorting out real money and money that is considered counterfeit

No full textSubtitling is one of the development of translation studies. Subtitling has flourished in a movie. More subtitling is more viewers. The using of English subtitle in Indonesian movie is fewer. The movie industry is growing rapidly but it is dominated by foreign movie with subtitle Indonesia. The Indonesian movie should have any subtitles. This study is aimed to analyze subtitling strategies of Di bawah Lindungan Ka’bah by Prof.Dr. H. Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah, who is known as Buya Hamka. The movie of Di bawah Lindungan Ka’bah mixes Dutch, Arabic, Indonesian and Minang languages. This movie uses English subtitles streamed on WeTV . The movie has famous movie ever in Indonesia, and take a part Academy Award 84 as the movie with foreign language. It is qualitative research. The author identifies the subtitling strategies use Gottlieb theories. The results of the research: The author : 1) from 445 subtitles, the study found that the subtitling strategies in Di bawah Lindungan Ka’bah : 77 paraphrase, 218 transfer, 4 imitation, condensation 21, 60 transcription, 19 deletion, 38 expansion, and 8 decimation. 2) The subtitling strategies used are 8 of 10; paraphrase, transfer, imitation, condensation, transcription, deletion, expansion and decimation, and the most used is transfer.Keywords: Di bawah Lindungan Ka’bah, Gottlieb, movie, subtitle strategies
Implementation of E-Module in Indonesia EFL Higher Education: A Literature Review
No full textObjectives: This study aims to identify trends, patterns, and challenges in the research regarding using e-modules in teaching English at the higher education level in Indonesia. Method: This qualitative study employs a literature review method based on articles from Google Scholar about implementing e-modules in Indonesian EFL higher education from 2021 to 2023. The author uses inductive reasoning to analyze the research data, integrating findings from previous studies on using e-modules in Indonesian EFL higher education. Result: The general trend is a strong emphasis on developing and validating e-modules and other digital tools to enhance various language skills, especially critical thinking, writing, and listening. The tools are being integrated with technology and used in diverse educational contexts, with university students being the primary beneficiaries. Research methods predominantly involve R&D, reflecting a focus on the creation and assessment of new educational interventions. Future research should deepen our understanding of the long-term impact, effectiveness, and scalability of e-modules in diverse educational contexts. Novelty: Although there is substantial literature on the use of e-modules in English language learning, there is a notable scarcity of research specifically addressing the trends in e-module implementation within Indonesian higher education institution

This development offers electricity companies a golden opportunity to increase their turnover. The demand for electricity will continue to increase along with technological, business and industrial development. This is an opportunity for PLN (State Electricity Company) to increase electricity sales. Turnover as an indicator of business performance is strongly influenced by external factors in the form of political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental factors. This is an associative research that examines the effect of independent variables on dependent variable. This shows that the research focuses on the effect of external environment, namely political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental factors as independent variables on electricity sales as dependent variable. The data collection method used in this research is the distribution of questionnaires to customers. From the research conducted, it is found that political factors, economic factors, social factors, technological factors and ecological factors have a positive and significant effect on the sale of electricity. The external environment simultaneously has a positive effect on electricity sales. Given the major effect of the external environment on electricity sales, it is natural that PLN management is aware of any external issues that may
arise and affect sales performance. The author recommends to management to establish a team charged with overseeing stakeholders related to this issue so that action can be taken when rapid changes occur in the external environment.117 PagesTesis Magiste

This application for itsbat nikah was filed by parties who could not prove it marriage through a marriage certificate issued by the Marriage Registrar. The main problem in this study, how is the implementation process legal protection against betel marriage in itsbat nikah in court Pekanbaru religion, and What are the impacts of the betel marriage not in itsbatkan. When viewed from the type of research, the research that the author will use is empirically by way of a survey, namely research that takes samples from a population and using interviews as a primary data collection tool. Meanwhile, when viewed from its nature, this research is categorized in descriptive research that describes the state of the subject or object of research on present day based on facts that appear as they are.
