    ABSTRAK   Futsal adalah permainan bola yang dimainkan oleh dua tim, yang masing-masing beranggotakan lima orang. Tujuannya adalah memasukkan bola ke gawang lawan, dengan memanipulasi bola dengan kaki. Selain lima pemain utama, setiap regu juga diizinkan memiliki pemain cadangan. Tidak seperti permainan sepak bola dalam ruangan lainnya, lapangan futsal dibatasi garis, bukan net atau papan. Olahraga futsal semakin digemari oleh masyarakat kota dari berbagai kalangan, mulai dari Anak Sekolah, Mahasiswa, Karyawan, dan banyak lagi. Tak heran di sudut kota cukup banyak yang menyediakan sarana tempat olahraga futsal ini. Alasan yang didapat dari berbagai pihak karena olahraga futsal adalah olahraga alternatif bagi kebanyakan warga kota, yang sulit mendapatkan lapangan sepak bola. Wajar apabila sekarang banyak orang yang membuka usaha untuk bidang ini, karena cukup menjanjikan. Namun saat ini biasanya masalah yang dihadapi oleh pengelola futsal adalah sistem pemesanan yang masih manual, dimana data masih dikelola oleh kemampuan manusia. Mulai dari pencatatan pemesanan, nota transaksi, jadwal permainan, selesai permainan hingga pembukuan masih dilakukan manual. Sistem pemesanan tersebut kurang efisien karena banyak menyita waktu. Dalam proyek akhir ini, telah dibuat suatu perangkat lunak aplikasi untuk memudahkan pengelolaan lapangan futsal. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 dengan database SQL Server . Proyek akhir ini menghasilkan suatu aplikasi yang memudahkan para pemilik usaha arena futsal untuk memudahkan dalam dalam mengatur penjadwalan serta manajemen lapangan futsal

    PARADIGMA TAFSIR AL-MANAR

    Abstract: The essential of Al-Mana&gt;r in the process of interpretation become its interpretation phenomenal. Many names were given indistinguishing al-Mana&gt;r style such al-manhaj al-ijtima&gt;y, al-laun al-adaby al-ijtima&gt;’y and so forth.  The writer elaborates the paradigm that used by al-mana&gt;r’s author to investigate the reasons in giving various naming. As the result, those naming are understandable. This article investigated al-Mana&gt;r paradigm into three perspectives. First, interpretation means an earnest effort which implemented to decide some cases which are not discussed in Qur’an and hadist. In consequence, human taught becomes an important aspect in interpreting. Second, all the effort is an attempt to make the interpretation of Qur’an as guidance (hida&gt;yah). Then third, interpretation effort is an attempt to make Qur'an readers happiness in this world and in the hereafter. Al-Mana&gt;r has inspired various interpreting works. Therefore, Al-Mana&gt;r refers to the social interpreting (al-madrasah al-'aqliyah al-ijtima&gt;'iyyah). Al-Mana&gt;r paradigm can be categorized as rational paradigm because it puts sense in the important position. Muh}ammad 'Abduh argues that, "Logic is the main principal of Islam.     The role of value of information in multi-agent deep reinforcement learning for optimal decision-making under uncertainty

    To preserve structural safety of deteriorating engineering systems through optimal maintenance, it is imperative to efficiently integrate structural health information with decision-making optimization frameworks. Although there may be abundance of available data, these are often uncertain and incomplete. In addition, joint inspection and maintenance (I&amp;M) optimization is inherently complex due to high-dimensional state and action spaces, stochastic objectives, long planning horizons, and various constraints, among others. As shown recently, these computational challenges can be effectively addressed through optimization principles of Partially Observable Markov Decision Processes (POMDPs) and constrained Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL). The POMDP framework provides a way of updating the decision-maker's perception about the system state by naturally incorporating the Value of Information (VoI) in the optimality equations. As such, optimal observation-gathering actions are those which guide maintenance decisions towards reduced life-cycle costs and risks. The role of VoI in DRL-driven I&amp;M has also been shown to be central to the formation of policy gradients, which are necessary to obtain the optimal I&amp;M plan with deep learning actor-critic architectures. Leveraging this property, a recently devised DRL architecture is further examined in this work, consisting of fully decoupled 'maintainer' and 'inspector' actors, which allow for greater efficacy and interpretability in multi-agent DRL settings. Several numerical analyses are carried out to assess the performance of the relevant architectures on stochastic systems with a varying number of components, multiple maintenance-inspection actions per component, and system-level failure risks.Architectural Technolog

    ABSTRAK PT Indokom Samudra Persada merupakan perusahaan perseroan terbatas yang bergerak dibidang budidaya udang, pengolahan dan eksportir udang beku yang didirikan melalui Akta Notaris pada tahun 2000 dan termasuk dalam kategori perseroan terbatas perseorangan yang mana pemasaran produk yang dihasilkan PT Indokom Samudra Persada tidak domestik melainkan internasional. PT Indokom Samudra Persada memiliki karyawan yang beragama Islam, Kristen dan Hindu, dalam peningkatan religiusitas para karyawan, perusahaan memiliki banyak upaya yang dilakukan yang bertujuan untuk menjaga kepercayaan yang dianut oleh karyawan ditengah-tengah kesibukan kerja. Penulis akan membahas apa saja yang telah dilakukan perusahaan yang merupakan upaya PT Indokom Samudra Persada dalam peningkatan religiusitas para karyawan dan penulis juga akan menggali dampak religiusitas terhadap etos kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menghasilkan data deskriptif tentang Upaya PT Indokom Samudra Persada dalam meningkatkan religiusitas para karyawan. Dalam pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui interview atau wawancara bebas terpimpin, observasi terhadap fenomena-fenomena yang diselidiki terkait dengan Upaya PT Indokom Samudra Persada dalam meningkatkan religiusitas karyawan dan dokumentasi terkait program atau kegiatan para karyawan dalam penguatan religiusitas yang mereka jalani. PT Indokom Samudra Persada memiliki karyawan yang berjumlah 1.275 orang dan dalam berkeyakinan berbeda, pemeluk Agama Islam berjumlah 1.245 orang, pemeluk Agama Kristen berjumlah 15 orang dan pemeluk Agama Hindu berjumlah 15 orang. Dalam memperkuat religiusitas para karyawannya, PT Indokom Samudra Persada melakukan banyak upaya seperti doa bersama sebelum melakukan pekerjaaan yang dipimpin oleh masing-masing supervisor, membuat jadwal imamah untuk para karyawan untuk mengimami karyawan lain saat melaksanakan sholat dzuhur dan ashar berjamaah, mengadakan sholat jumat seminggu sekali dengan mengundang ustadz dari luar untuk mengisi khutbah dan menjadi imam, mengadakan tahsin qiroah rutin seminggu sekali yang mana mengundang ustadz dan ustadzah dari Dewan Dakwah Lampung untuk mentashih bacaan Al-Ouran karyawaan, mengadakan khotmil quran sebulan sekali yang mana mengundang ustadz dan santri-santri dari Pondok Assalafiyah Al-Birru Kaliasin, mengadakan pengajian sebulan sekali kegiatan ini bergilir dengan kegiatan khotmil quran, mengadakan kegiatan kajian setiap tiga minggu sekali, ikut serta merayakan idul adha, mengadakan undian berhadiah umroh kepada para karyawan setiap tahunnya, mengadakan santunan anak yatim dan piatu, mengadakan acara halal bihalal setelah hari raya idul fitri dan mengadakan peringatan maulid nabi di Masjid Birrul Walidain. Khusus untuk karyawan pemeluk Agama Kristen dan Agama Hindu pihak PT Indokom Samudra Persada tidak mempersulit para karyawannya dalam perizinan untuk merayakan hari besar agama yang dianutnya. Dan selain itu, PT Indokom Samudra Persada juga menganjurkan kepada seluruh karyawannya untuk menciptakan suasana yang saling menghargai dan menjunjung tinggi nilai toleransi antara karwana dengan karyawan lainnya, antara karyawan pemeluk Agama Islam dan Pemeluk Agama yang Lainnya yang sengaja dibangun yang bertujuan membangun keharmonisan para karyawan, juga akan memberikan pengalaman tersendiri bagi para karyawan yang berada di lingkungan perusahaan. Dengan diadakannya berbagai hal yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan beragama dan menghadirkan suasana lingkungan yang harmonis, diharapkan dapat memperkuat religiusitas para karyawan di PT Indokom Samudra Persada Lampung Selatan. ABSTRAK PT Indokom Samudra Persada is a limited liability company engaged in shrimp farming, processing and exporting frozen shrimp which was established through a Notary Deed in 2000 and is included in the category of individual limited liability companies where the marketing of products produced by PT Indokom Samudra Persada is not domestic but international. PT Indokom Samudra Persada has employees who are Muslim, Christian and Hindu, in increasing the religiosity of employees, the company has many efforts made which aim to maintain the beliefs held by employees in the midst of busy work. The author will discuss what the company has done which is PT Indokom Samudra Persada's effort in increasing the religiosity of employees and the author will also explore the impact of religiosity on employee work ethic. The method used by the author in this research is to use a qualitative approach to produce descriptive data about PT Indokom Samudra Persada's efforts to improve the religiosity of employees. In collecting data, the author uses data collection techniques through interviews or free guided interviews, observation of the phenomena under investigation related to PT Indokom Samudra Persada's efforts to improve employee religiosity and documentation related to programs or activities of employees in strengthening their religiosity. PT Indokom Samudra Persada has 1,275 employees with different beliefs, 1,245 Muslims, 15 Christians and 15 Hindus. In strengthening the religiosity of its employees, PT Indokom Samudra Persada makes many efforts such as praying together before doing work led by each supervisor, making a schedule of imamah for employees to lead other employees when performing dzuhur and asr prayers in congregation, held Friday prayers once a week by inviting outside ustadz to fill the sermon and become an imam, held tahsin qiroah routine once a week which invited ustadz and ustadzah from the Lampung Da'wah Council to mentashih the reading of the Al�Ouran of the employees, held khotmil quran once a month which invited ustadz and students from Pondok Assalafiyah Al-Birru Kaliasin, PT Indokom Samudra Persada conducts recitation once a month with khotmil quran activities, holds study activities every three weeks, participates in celebrating Eid al-Adha, holds a lottery for Umrah prizes for employees every year, holds compensation for orphans and orphans, holds halal bihalal events after Eid al-Fitr and holds prophet maulid commemorations at the Birrul Walidain Mosque. Especially for Christian and Hindu employees, PT Indokom Samudra Persada does not make it difficult for its employees to obtain permits to celebrate their religious holidays. In addition, PT Indokom Samudra Persada also encourages all employees to create an atmosphere of mutual respect and uphold the value of tolerance between karwana and other employees, between employees who adhere to Islam and other religions that are deliberately built with the aim of building employee harmony, will also provide its own experience for employees who are in the company environment. By holding various things related to religious life and presenting a harmonious environmental atmosphere, it is hoped that it can strengthen the religiosity of employees at PT Indokom Samudra Persada South Lampung.     Safvetu'l-İrfân bi-Müfredâti'l-Kurân is a book which focuses on the meaning of vocabulary of Quran with a unique methodology by a latest scholar of İndian sub-continent Shaikh Muhammad İsmail el-Ûdvî es-Sindi (1897-1970). The purpose of this study was on one hand to introduce Shaikh el-Ûdvî to theological scientific world and on the other hand to analyse the book through editing. This was achieved by giving sufficient information about author and his work first of all and secondly by discussing the methodology and pattern adopted by him in the book.Safvetu'l-İrfân bi-Müfredâti'l-Kurân, Kur'ân Kerim'in müfredâtına göre ele alınan ve eşsiz bir yönteme sahip olan, Hint Altkıtas'ında son dönem âlimlerinden Şeyh Muhammad İsmail el-Ûdvî es-Sindî'nin (1897-1970) eseridir. Hem el-Ûdvî'yi ilahiyat ilim camiasına tanıtan hem de bu kıymetli ve mühim eseri tahkik yoluyla incelemeyi hedefleyen çalışmamızda öncelikle el-Ûdvî'nin hayatı ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Daha sonra Safve'yi tahkik yoluyla inceleyerek tefsire yaklaşımı ve yöntemi incelenmiştir. Araştırmada el-Ûdvî'nin hayatı ve ilmi kişiliğinin yanı sıra onyedi eseri tek tek incelenmiştir. Farklı âlimlerin el-Ûdvî'nin ilmi kişiliği hakkındaki özgün görüşlerini de paylaştık. Tez, değerlendirme ve inceleme olarak iki ana kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Değerlendirme kısmında öncelikle Araştırma konusunun önemi, amacı ve yönteminden bahsedilmiştir. Daha sonra müellifin hayatı, ilmi kişiliği ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Arkasında Safve'nin tanıtımı, özellikleri ve müellifin bu eserde ele aldığı yönteminden bahsedilmiştir. Tahkik kısmında ise Safve'nin tahkikli metni sunulmuştur.     ENGLISH-DIALOGUE AS LIBERATION: ASGHAR ALI ENGINEER’S DIALOGICAL PROCESS FOR RELIGIO-CULTURAL HARMONY AND PEACE

    This paper focuses on the contribution of Asghar Ali Engineer’s services, views and his methodology of liberation and emancipation of human beings from unreasonable shackles of religious restraints through dialogue, as the best method for liberation from all sorts of sufferings and troubles, with the references to modern Quranic exegesis and the traditions of the prophet Muhammad (PBUH). He contributed in praxis for the settlement of socio-religious and communal issues and had the vision to reduce the disputes and differences of such clashes through dialogue. He argues that the Quran condemns the superiority of one’s race and faith, and it determines to liberate people from injustice, oppression, and inequality. He concludes that the message of the Quran is, first, to liberate people from suffering, and second to build the good relations with other people of faiths. The Quran, according to Engineer, suggests that there is no compulsion in religion, he openly invites for dialogue to understand and respect each other to build communal, cultural and religious harmony and peaceful coexistence

    Pengaruh Fundamental Safe Work Practice Terhadap Pencegahan Kecelakaan Kerja Bagian Workover di PT. ACS Duri

    PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria (ACS) is a company engaged in oil and gas and is a sub contractor PT.CPI. PT. ACS has implemented FSWP whose objective which is to identify, assess, reduce, control or eliminate the risks associated with the work, but until now there is still a work accident that occurred even in small quantities. The author would like to know about the effect of application of the section Fundamental Safe Work Practice (FSWP) can prevent the accident in workover PT. ACS Duri. This research uses quantitative analytical survey, with the design of Cross Sectional conducted from May to June 2012 with a large sample of 122 of the 360 people who work in the workover. Samples were taken by using a system Accidental Sampling, and the data processed using a computer program to analyze the independent variables in the form of application as well as the dependent variable is FSWP occupational accidents and tested using Chi-square. The results showed that, the application of FSWP can prevent accidents which includes Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) with the value of P = 0.01 is smaller than the value of α = 0.05 that means there are a significant correlation between the application of SOP with workplace accidents, PTW with a value of P = 0.02 is more smaller than the value of α = 0.05 means that there are significant correlation between the application of Permit To Work (PTW) accidents, and tagged with a value of P = 0.01 is smaller than the value of α= 0.05 means there is a significant correlation between the application of Log Out/Tag Out (LOTO) by accident. It was concluded that, the application of FSWP can reduce / reduce the number of occupational accidents in the workover, and is expected for the management of HES to improving the knowledge for employee about the aspects of FSWP (SWA, Hazard Analysis, SOP, Access Control, PPE, MSDS, Housekeeping, PTW & Other Safe Work Practices)

    The book This Is My Jihad is a book of life stories by the author Muhammad Zulfikar Rahmat, who tells his life story, the story of a person who was born with disabilities or disabilities. He tells the story of a dream fighter, a person with disabilities who tries to fight against obstacles and tests in order to realize his goals and dreams. The phenomenon of disabilities in general has many obstacles both individually and in groups, such as barriers to mobility, mentality, feeling inferior, lacking self-confidence, being isolated, experiencing awkwardness in carrying out social functions, not being able to get along normally, not being able to communicate well, not being able to participate in development activities. The purpose of this research is to describe the meaning of achievement motivation for people with disabilities in the book This Is My Jihad. The method used is a qualitative method with a hermeneutic type of research, and the data analysis uses the objectivist hermeneutics cycle of the partwhole line from Gadamer. The results of research on the meaning of motivation for people with disabilities in the book This Is My Jihad found three meanings of motivation: perseverance, positive thinking and patience
