PENGARUH PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK PANCASAKTI (SIAP) DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPUASAN MAHASISWA (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Pancasakti Tegal)
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengindentifikasi penerapan aplikasi sistem informasi akademik pancasakti (SIAP) dan kualitas pelayanan di dalam meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. Pendekatan menggunakan purposive sampling method dan rumus Yamane. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan analisis data regresi linear berganda, Uji T, Uji F dan Koefisien Determinasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Sistem Informasi Akademik Pancasakti (SIAP) dan Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Dan secara parsial sistem informasi akademik pancasakti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian juga menkorfimasi atas penelitian-penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya

Scientific work aims to determine the impact of marketing communications to purchase decision at Hero Supermarket Gatot Subroto. The author takes the title is to know about marketing communication activities conducted Hero Supermarket Gatot Subroto and find out whether or not the impact of marketing communications to purchase decision at Hero Supermarket Gatot Subroto. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis by using data gathered through a literature study, interviews and questionnaires. Type of scale used is a Likert scale. The sampling technique used by random sampling. In this study the authors used the technique of data analysis qualitative and quantitative with product moment correlation.
From the result of this scientific work we can conclude that the presence of a positive relationship between marketing communication with purchase decision at Hero Supermarket Gatot Subroto is 0.55 and the magnitude of the impact of marketing communications in Hero Supermarket Gatot Subroto explained the purchase decision is 30.25% with a significance level 5% ( = 5%). Thus we can conclude that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted
Analisis Pengaruh Locus Of Control Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
This study aimed to obtain of locus of control on employees performance, analyze the effect of job stress on employees performance and analyze the effect of locus of control and job stress on employees performance. This study was conducted at Construction Services Development Agency (LPJK) Central Java Province in Semarang City with a sample of 30 employees. In this study, the sample using a questionnaires consisting of items of statement about the locus of control, job stress and employee performace. PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of training to employee performance; analyze the effect of motivation to employee performance and analyze the effect of training and motivation to employee performance. This research was conducted in PT Tegal Shipyard Utama which engaged in ship building industry. The population of this study is 30 employees and using saturated samples technique, because all members of the population used as samples. A questionnaire consisting of items statement about training, motivation and employee performance using data collection techniques. Validity test results tha all indicators are valid and reliability test results shows that each variable is reliable. In addition, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, because it tested more than one independent variable. The result of this research there is influence of training to employees performance; there is no influence of motivation on employee performance and there is influence of training and motivation to employee performance.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan; menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja serta menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Tegal Shipyard Utama yang bergerak dibidang industri galangan kapal. Adapun populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dengan jumlah 30 karyawan, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, karena semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari item-item pernyataan tentang pelatihan, motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil pengujian validitas menyatakan bahwa semua indikator adalah valid dan dan hasil pengujian reliabilitas menyatakan bahwa masing-masing variabel adalah reliabel. Selain itu teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, karena menguji lebih dari satu variabel bebas. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan; tidak terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan
Proyeksi Penurunan Beban Emisi CO di Sumber Transportasi padai Beberapa Ruas Jalan Kota Medan dengan Skenario Sistem Bus Rapid Transit (BRT)
Transportasi merupakan salah satu sumber emisi udara. Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi emisi
udara yang bersumber dari transportasi adalah penerapan transportasi massal. Transportasi
massal yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah transportasi berupa Bus Rapid Transit (BRT)
yang akan dioperasikan di Kota Medan. Parameter emisi yang menjadi objek penelitian ini
adalah gas Karbon Monoksida (CO). Metode pengambilan data primer adalah melalui
penghitungan volume lalu lintas (traffic counting) selama 1 jam di tiga titik di kota medan pada
hari kerja (weekday) dan pada hari libur (weekend). Jumlah kendaraan dapat dikonversikan
menjadi beban emisi kendaraan dengan menggunakan konversi faktor emisi dan konversi satuan
mobil penumpang. Volume kendaraan kemudian diproyeksikan hingga tahun 2023 dengan
proyeksi geometri. Skenario penggunaan transportasi massal BRT dalam penelitian ini
dilakukan dengan mengkonversikan 30% dari kendaraan jenis mobil dan sepeda motor ke BRT
yang berkapasitas 50 penumpang. Selisih beban emisi kendaraan dengan BRT dan tanpa BRT
akan diperoleh persen penurunan beban emisi CO dengan sistem BRT dalam menurunkan
beban emisi dari sumber transportasi. Beban emisi CO tertinggi tanpa BRT pada hari kerja dan
hari libur ( 2018-2023) adalah pada Jalan Balai Kota yaitu sebesar 45.010,6 gram/jam -
60.034,60 gram/jam . Sementara pada hari libur, beban emisi CO tertinggi tanpa skenario BRT
yaitu sebesar 31.164,96 gram/jam - 41.210,72 gram/jam. Beban emisi tertinggi dengan skenario
BRT pada hari kerja dan hari libur tahun 2018 hingga 2023 adalah pada Jalan Balai Kota yaitu
sebesar 35364,44 gram/jam - 47.325,19 gram/jam pada hari kerja dan 24.624,94 gram/jam
hingga 32.562,58 gram/jam pada hari libur. Rata-rata persentase penurunan beban emisi CO di
Jalan Gatot Subroto sebesar 23% dan pada hari libur sebesar 25%. Jalan Balai Kota, rata-rata
penurunan beban emisi CO pada hari kerja dan hari libur sebesar 21%. Di Jalan
Sisingamangaraja rata-rata penurunan beban emisi CO pada hari kerja sebesar 24% hingga 23%
dan hari libur sebesar 24%Transportation is one of air emission source. One of the way to reduce air emission that sourced
from transportation is mass transportation application. The mass transportation that will
discussed in this research is Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) that will be operated in Medan City.
Emission parameter that will be the object of this research is Carbon Monoxide (CO). Data
retrieval methods in this research is by traffic conting along 1 hour in three points in Medan
City. Amounts of vehicle can be converted into emission load by emission factor conversion
and passenger car unit factor. Than, vehicle volume forecasted until 2023 by geometric forecast.
Forecast value of the vehicle can be converted into emission load. BRT application scenario do
by convert 30% of vehicle in variaton car and motorcycle into BRT which the capacity is 50
passenger. From the ratio of emission load by BRT system and without BRT system, can be
calculated the CO derease percentage by BRT system in reduce emission load from
transportation source. From the results of calculations, on weekday, the highest CO emission
load without BRT in Jalan Balai Kota is about 45.010,6 grams/hour - 60.034,60 grams/hour .
While in weekend, the highest CO emission load without BRT is about 31.164,96 grams/hour -
41.210,72 grams/hour. The highest emission load factor with BRT in the weekday and weekend
2018-2023 is at Jalan Balai Kota is about 35364,44 grams/hour - 47.325,19 grams/hour in
weekday kerja and 24.624,94 grams/hour - 32.562,58 grams/hour at weekend. The percentage
CO emission load decrease average in Jalan Gatot Subroto in weekday is about 23% and in
weekend is about 25%. At Jalan Balai Kota, the average of percentage CO emission factor
decrease in weekday and weekend is about 21%. At Jalan Sisingamangaraja, the average of
percentage CO emission factor decrease in weekday is about 24% - 23% and in weekend is

Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada Bank Swasta di Kota Tegal)
The aims of this research is to know the effect of achievement motivation, affiliate motivation and motivastion in command to employees performance and know the motivation variable giving biggest influence to employees performance.
Pursuant to result analyse, known that by partial achievement motivation variable have positive and significant influence to employees performance. By partial motivation to affiliate variable have positive and significant influence to employees performance. By partial also motivation in command variable have positive and significant influence to employees permance. Â Result of calculation known that by there are significant influence by simultan form variable achievement motivation, motivation to affiliate and motivation in command to employees performance. Pursuant to comparison asses the elasticity of coefficient regression known the value of regression elasticity coefficient achievement motivation variable have biggest compared to other variable. Its means achievement motivation variable have biggest influence to employees performance compared to other variable, so that acceptable fourth hypothesis.

Pengaruh Suku Bunga, Pendapatan Nasabah, Jangka Waktu Kredit Terhadap Keputusan Jumlah Pengambilan Kredit di PD BPR BKK Taman Kabupaten Pemalang
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh Suku Bunga Tehadap Keputusan Jumlah Pengambilan Kredit, 2) Pengaruh Pendapatan Nasabah Terhadap Keputusan Jumlah Pengambilan Kredit, 3) Pengaruh Jangka Waktu Kredit Terhadap Keputusan Jumlah Pengambilan Kredit, 4) Pengaruh Suku Bunga, Pendapatan Nasabah, Jangka Waktu Kredit Secara Bersama-sama Terhadap Keputusan Jumlah Pengambilan Kredit. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi (R square). Hasil penelitian yaitu : 1) tidak terdapat pengaruh suku bunga terhadap keputusan jumlah pengambilan kredit di PD BPR BKK TAMAN Kabupaten Pemalang. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil perhitungan uji-t yang diperoleh nilai sig=0,764 > 0,05. 2) terdapat pengaruh pendapatan nasabah terhadap keputusan jumlah pengambilan kredit di PD BPR BKK TAMAN Kabupaten Pemalang. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil perhitungan uji-t yang diperoleh nilai sig = 0,000 < 0,05. 3) terdapat pengaruh jangka waktu kredit terhadap keputusan jumlah pengambilan kredit. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil perhitungan uji-t yang diperoleh nilai sig = 0,000 < 0,05. 4) terdapat pengaruh suku bunga, pendapatan nasabah, jangka waktu kredit secara bersama-samaterhadap keputusan jumlah pengambilan kredit di PD BPR BKK TAMAN Kabupaten Pemalang. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil perhitungan uji-t yang diperoleh nilai sig=0,000 < 0,05. 5) terdapat nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,716 atau 71,6%. Hal ini telah menunjukan 71,6 % nilai proporsi keragaman variabel keputusan jumlah pengambilan kredit yang dapat diterangkan oleh besarnya keragaman variabel suku bunga, pendapatan nasabah, dan jangka waktu kredit. adapun sisanya sebesar 8,24 % sisanya di pengaruhi oleh varbel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Leadership and Work Environment: The Impact on The Performance of MSME Employees in Tegal City
MSMEs in Indonesia have a very important role, we can said that they are the backbone of the Indonesian
economy. Based on BPS data, about 99% of existing business units are MSMEs, which able to absorb about 96.3%
of the workforce from the number of productive workers available. In order to maintain and grow up their business,
MSME owners need to have a strong leadership spirit in guiding their employees so as to produce positive
performance. A decent work environment should also be considered so that MSME employees will feel
comfortable workplace which can ultimately achieve the expected performance. But in fact, many employees
sometimes were not got attention from their owner. Then, work environment were not comfortable to work. The
study was conducted to prove the influence of leadership and work environment on the performance of MSME
employees in Tegal City. Samples was obtained from purposive sampling method and data was collected through
observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The
result proved that significantly, leadership and work environment had influence on the performance of MSME
employees in Tegal City, both partially and simultaneously
