No full textLatar Belakang: Rumah Sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat.
Jenis rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dengan menggunakan mixmethod secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk mengukur kinerja RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud berdasarkan pendekatan balanced scorecard.
Tujuan: Kinerja keuangan RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud secara umum telah efisien pada tahun 2018 sebesar 91,30%. Sedangkan pada tahun 2019 sebesar 93,20%, dan tahun 2020 sebesar 94,10%. Kinerja dari perspektif pelanggan di dapatkan bahwa kepuasan pasien terhadap kinerja rumah sakit adalah 65%.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dekriptif dan metode induktif, yaitu metode deskriptif melakukan analisis data yang dikumpulkan, diklasifikasikan, diiterpretasikan, sehingga dapat dijelaskan pencapaian kinerja pada masing0masing perspektif
Hasil: Penelitian ini menggambarkan kemampuan RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud dalam memuaskan pasiennya belum sepenuhnya baik. Analisis data kunjungan pasien di RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud, pada tahun 2018 sampai 2020 kunjungan pasien cenderung menurun meskipun tidak berdampak terhadap keuangan yang menunjukkan peningkatan. Kinerja perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran diukur melalui kepuasan pegawai, pelatihan, dan turnover pegawai. Kepuasan pegawai terhadap kinerja RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud dari perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran baik (56,1%).
Kesimpulan: Kinerja RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud dari perspektif keuangan cukup baik, dilihat dari revenue yang mencapai target setiap tahunnya. Kinerja RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud dari perspektif pelanggan belum sepenuhnya baik, terlihat dari hasil analisis data primer pasien sebagian yang menyatakan puas dengan pelayanan RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud. Kinerja RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud dari perspektif proses bisnis internal baik dimana kelengkapan dan proses operasionalnya berjalan sesuai dengan RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud yang berkelas C. Kinerja RSUD dr. A review of the environmental impact on the music festival / Muhammad Aneeq Aqashah Zubir
Full text linkThis research intends to analyse the environmental impact of music festivals by using The Good Vibe Music Festival in Malaysia as a reference to scale the results. The ultimate purpose of this research is to develop frameworks for identifying the potential approaches to better manage those events. It is a review from literature study with the purpose of outlining the parameters of music festivals, what the usual practises are for arranging them, and other elements related with the production of these types of festivals. The findings of this study will be helpful to event organisations, suppliers, and vendors that have a direct connection with these events. This includes individuals and groups that might be interested in adopting environmentally friendly practises, as well as researchers who are interested in continuing their studies on this subject. In this study, a type of secondary data approach method that focuses on literature survey was used, and the findings showed that due to the scale of these events, which evolved over the years, has created various complexities and challenges in managing the masses due to the economics of scale that they bring. These findings were derived from the findings of another study that used a different type of qualitative research that focuses on interviews. Everything from the disposal of waste to the organisation of logistics takes up more and more space each year, which raises questions about the practicabili ty of continuing these events in the future. There are also some recommendations for future research in order to develop further literature regarding the impact of mega-scale event management on the environment, particularly in connection to its practise in Malaysia

Predicting homeowners’ intention towards the adoption of edible landscape by using theory of planned behavior model / Muhammad Faris Zubir
Full text linkAs known worldwide, the landscaping area for the homeowners usually located in the front yard of the residential property. Some homeowners mixed with the edible plant while some only used the ornamental plant. Leaving the front yards unorganized has caused an unappealing view for the homeowners and passing strangers. Today, edible landscaping became trending among the homeowners, especially in urban or suburban areas. There have been numerous studies on the benefits of edible landscaping such as provides safe and readily available crop, reduce the environmental problem through greening the open spaces, increase biodiversity and also can be an additional source of income but none of them ever mention about the factors that influence people to adopt it particularly in Rawang. This study examines the effect of attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control towards the adoption of an edible landscape. A survey method questionnaire by using a judgmental or purposive sampling technique was used to collect data from the homeowners in Rawang. This study involved 100 homeowners as respondents. Data collected were then analyzed using SPSS software to find the frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The findings of this study show that perceived behavioral control has the strongest influence on intention where the beta value obtained was 0.533. In contrast, the attitude has a weak influence on intention towards the adoption of an edible landscape. The findings of this study provide a clear interpretation of the factors influencing homeowners’ intention towards the adoption of an edible landscape which can be used by the National Landscape Department and Department of Agriculture to promote this behavior in order to increase the participation of homeowners to get involved in the edible landscaping
Pengaruh Fasilitas dan Citra Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zubir Mahmud Kabupaten Aceh Timur
Full text linkPatient satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of the performance of health services obtained after the patient compares it with what is expected. The patient of Zubir Mahmud Hospital complains of difficulties in getting a room for his family who will perform the operation even though he already has a BPJS Health card besides that the patient is disappointed with the handling and services of Zubir Mahmud Hospital, so that it can cause a bad image of the hospital in the eyes of the patient. This type of research is a survey explanatory with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all patients who had used the services of the Regional General Hospital dr. Zubir Mahmud, East Aceh Regency in 2020, as many as 43,216 patients. The research sample consisted of 100 people. The data collection technique uses the documentation method, the interview method and the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used the chi square test and multiple logistic regression tests at the 95% confidence level. The results showed that there was a significant effect between facilities (p = 0.000) and image (p = 0.001) on patient satisfaction. Facility factor with Exp value (B) of 14.489 is the most dominant factor affecting patient satisfaction of the Regional General Hospital dr. Zubir Mahmud, East Aceh Regency To the Regional General Hospital dr. Zubir Mahmud, East Aceh Regency is expected to increase the number of specialist medical services so that it can reduce cases of patient referrals to other districts so as to create a good image in the eyes of the community

Nilai Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Kitab Washaya Al-Aba’ Li Al-Abna Karya Muhammad Syakir Al-Iskandari
Full text linkThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment

Kepuasan pasien adalah sebuah suasana batin yang seharusnya direbut oleh layanan kesehatan untuk
memenangkan persaingan dalam konteks pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Bagi pelayanan kesehatan secara khusus rumah sakit, penurunan kepuasan akan dapat diikuti oleh penurunan loyalitas dan ini merupakan sebuah warning bagi rumah sakit. Pelayanan pendaftaran merupakan pintu gerbang utama dari sarana pelayanan kesehatan karena dari sinilah seorang pasien akan memberikan penilaian pertama terhadap pelayanan yang didapatnya dari sebuah sarana pelayanan kesehatan.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pelayanan Petugas Pendaftaran dan Fasilitas
dengan Kepuasan Pasien BPJS di Ruang Pendaftaran RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud Kabupaten Aceh TimurTahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling,dengan sampel sebanyak 97 responden.
Dari hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakanuji statistic Chi-Square pada derajat kepercayaan 95% (α=
0,05) menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara variabel pelayanan petugas (p = 0,000 ; >0,05), fasilitas (p = 0,000 ;
>0,05dengan kepuasan pasien BPJS di ruang pendaftaran RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud Kabupaten Aceh Timur Tahun 2020.
Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini ialah ada hubungan antarapelayanan petugas dan fasilitasdengan kepuasan pasien BPJS di ruang pendaftaran RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud Kabupaten Aceh Timur Tahun 2020. Diharapkan agar dapat menambah fasilitas yang lebih baik khususnya diruang pendaftaran
