Salah satu kegiatan dalam pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan adalah pelatihan guru. Pelatihan guru perlu dirancang agar memberikan dampak yang nyata. Artikel ini disusun dengan metode tinjauan literatur. Terdapat berbagai model pelatihan guru dalam rangka pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan (Luneta, 2012). Dengan mempertimbangkan langkah dasar pelatihan menurut Furjanic dan Trotman (2000) dan tinjauan dari berbagi teori, maka disimpulkan bahwa model pelatihan yang sesuai adalah model School focused: University school Partnerships (Berfokus sekolah : kemitraan sekolah dan perguruan tinggi)

Get PDFThis research was cerried out with the aim of finding out the effect of emotional maturity on the truancy habits of class XI student at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel Boyolali. The sample in this study was 154 class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Ampel Boyolali who were selected by random sampling. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is Simple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the analysis used, it shows that there is a significant influence between emotional maturity and habitual truant behavior. This statement is proven by a significance value of 0,000. This means that the significance value is less than 0,05. The t-count > t-table value, in this study there was a t-count of 4,513 and when searched for the t-table it was found to be 1,655. This means that the t-count value exceeds the t-table. The hypothesis is accepted if t-count > t-table, it can be seen that 4,513 > 1,655 means there is an ifluence in this research. Yhe hypotesis of this research states that there is a sifnificant influence between emotional maturity and the habit of truancy which is acceptable

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Penelitianini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan Untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kebiasaan belajar dengan prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMK PGRI 2 Salatiga Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Untuk menganalisis hubungan antara disiplin belajar dengan prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMK PGRI 2 Salatiga Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025.
Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi data empiris mengenai Hubungan antara Kebiasaan Belajar dan Disiplin Belajar dengan Prestasi Belajar Siswa XI SMK PGRI 2 Salatiga. Jika hasil penelitian ini terbukti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan maka akan sejalan dengan penelitian yang dilakukanoleh Navia dan Yulia (2017) dan Setiawan dan Agil (2020).

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikansi kecerdasan emosional terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa smp kristen waikabubak tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kausal komparatif sedangkan pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis pengumpulan data berupa angket.. . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan perilaku kecerdasan emosional kemandirian belajar siswa dengan besaran sumbangan variabel kecerdasan emosional (X) terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa (Y) sebesar 25,4% sisanya (11,8%) berasal dari variable lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, kemudian hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 0,882 > 0,254 serta nilai signifikansi t kurang dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) dan koefisien signifikansi 0,000 < 0,050

No full textPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Ex-Postfacto, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh antara persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (2) pengaruh yang signifikan antara persepsi guru tentang supervisor pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru; (3) pengaruh antara pemahaman guru tentang kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan terhadap guru SMP Negeri dan Swasta di Kota Magelang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 670 guru dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 168 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket. Teknik analisis data digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dan berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: (1) ada kontribusi secara simultan persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan pemahaman guru tentang kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru; (2) adanya pengaruh persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan pemahaman guru tentang kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru; (3) adanya pengaruh persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa guru sudah dapat memperbanyak pengetahuan tentang kepemimpinan, supervisi kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional dalam mewujudkan kinerja guru yang optimal
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
