Tradisi Mageret Pandan Sebagai Inspirasi Pembelajaran Mendalam dan Penguatan Keterampilan Abad Ke-21
This study aimed to explore the educational values embedded in the Mageret Pandan tradition of Tenganan Pegringsingan Village, Bali, and its relevance to deep learning and 21st-century skills enhancement in elementary education. Employing a qualitative descriptive-ethnopedagogy approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with traditional leaders, participants, and teachers, as well as documentation during the Ngusaba Sambah ceremony. The findings revealed that the Mageret Pandan tradition embodies moral and educational values such as courage, self-control, sportsmanship, and social solidarity, which can be transformed into contextual learning resources. These values align with the principles of deep learning: mindful, meaningful, and joyful, while simultaneously fostering the 4Cs of 21st-century skills: critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. Post-ritual practices such as mecane, meboreh, and megibung strengthen reflective, empathic, and cooperative learning experiences. Thus, the Mageret Pandan tradition provides an integrative cultural model for implementing deep learning in primary education, bridging local wisdom with global educational competencies.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terkandung dalam tradisi Mageret Pandan di Desa Tenganan Pegringsingan, Bali, serta relevansinya dengan pembelajaran mendalam dan penguatan keterampilan abad ke-21 dalam pendidikan dasar. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-etnografis, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh adat, peserta, dan guru, serta dokumentasi selama pelaksanaan upacara Ngusaba Sambah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi Megeret Pandan mengandung nilai-nilai moral dan pendidikan seperti keberanian, pengendalian diri, sportivitas, dan solidaritas sosial yang dapat ditransformasikan menjadi sumber belajar kontekstual. Nilai-nilai ini selaras dengan prinsip pembelajaran mendalam, yakni: berkesadaran, bermakna, dan menggembirakan serta sekaligus memperkuat keterampilan abad ke-21 (4C): critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, dan communication. Kegiatan pascaritual seperti mecane, meboreh, dan megibung memperkuat pengalaman belajar yang reflektif, empatik, dan kolaboratif. Dengan demikian, tradisi Megeret Pandan memberikan model pendidikan budaya yang integratif untuk penerapan pembelajaran mendalam di sekolah dasar, yang menjembatani kearifan lokal dengan kompetensi pendidikan global
Integrasi Keterampilan Berpikir Sejarah Dalam Kurikulum Merdeka: Analisis Konseptual dan Implementasi di Sekolah Dasar
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi keterampilan berpikir sejarah dalam Kurikulum Merdeka serta implementasinya pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi terhadap dokumen Capaian Pembelajaran (CP) IPAS Fase B dan C serta wawancara mendalam dengan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unsur berpikir sejarah telah tercermin secara konseptual dalam CP melalui elemen kemampuan memahami perubahan dan keberlanjutan, kronologi peristiwa, serta nilai-nilai sosial dari pengalaman masa lalu. Namun, implementasinya di tingkat kelas masih bersifat parsial dan belum terintegrasi secara sistematis dalam seluruh komponen pembelajaran. Modul ajar, buku teks, dan LKPD cenderung menekankan hafalan fakta dibandingkan penalaran historis, sementara strategi berbasis proyek lokal dan wawancara keluarga menunjukkan potensi besar dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran temporal dan empati historis. Hambatan utama terletak pada keterbatasan pemahaman guru, kesiapan pedagogis, dan minimnya media pembelajaran kontekstual. Meskipun demikian, Kurikulum Merdeka menyediakan peluang strategis melalui fleksibilitas kurikulum, ruang Projek Profil Pelajar Pancasila, serta kekayaan sejarah lokal untuk menguatkan keterampilan berpikir sejarah sejak dini.This study aims to analyze the integration of historical thinking skills in the Learning Outcomes of the Independent Curriculum and their implementation in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning in elementary schools. The study used a qualitative method with a content analysis approach to the IPAS Learning Outcomes (CP) documents for phases B and C, combined with in-depth interviews with one IPAS teacher. The results show that conceptually, the Learning Outcomes in the Independent Curriculum include elements of historical thinking, particularly understanding chronology, change and sustainability, and reflection on social and moral values. However, their implementation in learning is still partial and has not been systematically integrated. Learning modules, textbooks, and student worksheets tend to be oriented towards mastery of facts and linear narratives, while aspects of evidence-based historical reasoning, cause-and-effect analysis, and interpretation of historical context have not been optimally developed. Nevertheless, local project-based learning practices and family history interviews show potential in fostering students' temporal awareness and historical empathy. These findings confirm that the Independent Curriculum offers a strategic opportunity to strengthen historical thinking skills starting in elementary school but requires strengthening teachers' pedagogical capacity and developing more contextual and reflective learning tools

Tanah Ultisol yang terdegradasi dicirikan oleh kesuburan rendah, keasaman yang kuat, dan retensi nutrisi yang buruk, yang menimbulkan kendala utama bagi budidaya padi gogo berkelanjutan. Mengintegrasikan input bio-organik seperti pupuk organik pertanian-ternak (OF) dan inokulasi jamur mikoriza arbuskular (AMF) berpotensi untuk meningkatkan kesuburan tanah dan siklus nutrisi melalui mekanisme biologis komplementer. Metode percobaan lapangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan blok acak faktorial 4x4 yang menggabungkan empat tingkat pupuk organik (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%) dan empat tingkat inokulasi AMF (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%). Karakteristik fisiko-kimia tanah, amandemen organik, dan inokulum AMF dianalisis sebelum perlakuan. Status nutrisi tanah, kolonisasi AMF, dan kinerja padi gogo (Oryza sativa L.) dievaluasi pada setiap perlakuan. Hasilnya mengungkapkan efek utama dan interaksi yang signifikan antara tingkat OF dan AMF pada kesuburan tanah dan pertumbuhan tanaman. The combined treatment OF₅₀AMF₅₀ produced the highest increases in soil organic carbon, available P, exchangeable cations (K, Ca, Mg), and root colonization rate. AMF inoculation improved nutrient uptake efficiency, while organic fertilizer enhanced soil structure and microbial activity. The synergistic effects stem from enhanced organic matter mineralization and AMF-mediated nutrient mobilization, resulting in improved nutrient cycling and yield performance. The integration of organic fertilizer and AMF inoculation represents an effective and sustainable management strategy for improving soil fertility, nutrient use efficiency, and upland rice productivity in marginal Ultisol soils. These findings support the adoption of bio-organic systems as an eco-efficient approach to restoring soil health and enhancing crop resilience in tropical dryland agriculture. Perlakuan gabungan OF₅₀AMF₅₀ menghasilkan peningkatan tertinggi dalam karbon organik tanah, P tersedia, kation tukar (K, Ca, Mg), dan laju kolonisasi akar. Inokulasi AMF meningkatkan efisiensi penyerapan hara, sementara pupuk organik meningkatkan struktur tanah dan aktivitas mikroba. Efek sinergis berasal dari peningkatan mineralisasi bahan organik dan mobilisasi hara yang dimediasi AMF, menghasilkan peningkatan siklus hara dan kinerja hasil. Integrasi pupuk organik dan inokulasi AMF merupakan strategi pengelolaan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kesuburan tanah, efisiensi penggunaan hara, dan produktivitas padi gogo di tanah Ultisol marginal. Temuan ini mendukung penerapan sistem bio-organik sebagai pendekatan eko-efisien untuk memulihkan kesehatan tanah dan meningkatkan ketahanan tanaman dalam pertanian lahan kering tropis.Degraded Ultisol soils are characterized by low fertility, strong acidity, and poor nutrient retention, posing major constraints to sustainable upland rice cultivation. Integrating bio-organic inputs such as agricultural–livestock organic fertilizer (OF) and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) inoculation has the potential to enhance soil fertility and nutrient cycling through complementary biological mechanisms. Methods a field experiment was conducted using a 4×4 factorial randomized block design combining four levels of organic fertilizer (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%) and four levels of AMF inoculation (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%). Physico-chemical characteristics of the soil, organic amendments, and AMF inoculum were analyzed before treatment. Soil nutrient status, AMF colonization, and upland rice (Oryza sativa L.) performance were evaluated under each treatment. The results revealed significant main and interaction effects between OF and AMF levels on soil fertility and plant growth. Sistem Informasi Gereja terpadu berbasis web dengan framework CodeIgniter 4
Penelitian ini berfokus untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi dengan dasar aplikasi web bagi Father House Community Church (FHCC) di Salatiga menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 4. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memfasilitasi pengelolaan data jemaat, penyebaran informasi gereja, pemetaan kelompok sel (iCare) dan penyediaan renungan harian secara digital. Metode penelitian melibatkan pengembangan sistem dengan arsitektur Model-View-Controller (MVC) yang memisahkan logika bisnis dari tampilan untuk mempermudah pemeliharaan dan pengembangan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data jemaat, memperlancar komunikasi antara gereja dan jemaat serta memungkinkan akses informasi secara real-time tanpa memerlukan instalasi perangkat tambahan. Selain itu, sistem ini meningkatkan kenyamanan pengguna dalam mengakses informasi dan pelayanan gereja secara lebih cepat, efektif, dan efisien.This study aims to develop a web-based information system for Father House Community Church (FHCC) in Salatiga using the CodeIgniter 4 framework. The system is designed to facilitate the management of congregation data, dissemination of church information, cell group (iCare) mapping, and the provision of daily devotionals in a digital format. The research methodology involves the development of the system using a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, which separates business logic from the presentation layer to ease application maintenance and development. The findings indicate that the system successfully improves the efficiency of congregation data management, enhances communication between the church and its congregation, and enables real-time information access without the need for additional software installations. Moreover, the system improves user convenience by allowing faster, more effective, and efficient access to church information and services
Klasifikasi motif Batik Keraton menggunakan arsitektur fine-tuning ResNet-50
Batik is an Indonesian cultural heritage known for its diverse motifs; however, manual classification of these motifs remains a significant challenge. This study aims to develop a batik motif classification model using the ResNet50 architecture enhanced with data augmentation to improve model accuracy. The dataset consists of four batik motif classes: Kawung, Mega Mendung, Parang, and Truntum. In this research, the model was trained using fine-tuning on ResNet50, with additional CNN layers for feature extraction. The results demonstrated that the proposed model achieved a highest accuracy of 97.80% on test data and 96.80% on validation data, significantly outperforming methods without data augmentation. This study concludes that applying fine-tuned ResNet50 with additional CNN layers and data augmentation effectively classifies batik motifs, offering substantial potential for automating the classification process in the batik industry.Batik merupakan warisan budaya Indonesia yang dikenal dengan beragam motifnya; namun, klasifikasi motif secara manual masih menjadi tantangan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model klasifikasi motif batik menggunakan arsitektur ResNet50 yang ditingkatkan dengan augmentasi data guna meningkatkan akurasi model. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari empat kelas motif batik: Kawung, Mega Mendung, Parang, dan Truntum. Dalam penelitian ini, model dilatih menggunakan metode fine-tuning pada ResNet50 dengan penambahan lapisan CNN untuk ekstraksi fitur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang diusulkan mencapai akurasi tertinggi sebesar 97,80% pada data uji dan 96,80% pada data validasi, yang secara signifikan melampaui metode tanpa augmentasi data. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan ResNet50 yang dioptimalkan melalui fine-tuning dengan tambahan lapisan CNN dan augmentasi data secara efektif mampu mengklasifikasikan motif batik, sehingga memiliki potensi besar untuk mengotomasi proses klasifikasi dalam industri batik

The success of information systems projects in the digital transformation era is often hindered by unhealthy team dynamics, even when technical aspects have been optimally met. This study aims to analyze the synergy between inclusive communication strategies and digital leadership styles in building team health and sustainable performance. The research method employed is a qualitative literature study, integrating variables such as digital leadership, psychological safety, and knowledge management. The results indicate that digital leadership serves as a primary catalyst in creating a psychologically safe work environment, which in turn enhances the creative self-efficacy of team members. Synergy is effectively established when leaders adopt transparent communication channels through digital collaboration tools to mitigate role conflict and technostress within hybrid work environments. Furthermore, knowledge coordination is proven to strengthen team cohesiveness through the conversion of personal knowledge into strategic organizational assets. The study concludes that the integration of empathic communication and adaptive leadership is the fundamental basis for the cognitive, psychological, and operational health of the team. This research produces a managerial synergy framework to mitigate the risk of project failure caused by human factors in the digital era
Penerapan Desain Interaksi dalam Perancangan E-commerce pada Pabrik Sepatu Lokal LeePoure Sebagai Strategi untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan
The rapid growth of the e-commerce industry in Indonesia is driven by several factors, such as increased internet access and consumer behavior. As a local shoe manufacturer, LeePoure is faced with the challenge of developing and transforming their e-commerce platform to improve user experience, sales conversion, and brand reputation. The research objective was to analyze and design an effective interaction design for LeePoure's independent e-commerce platform with a user-centered design (UCD) approach. The process involved user interviews, persona analysis, prototyping and, and usability testing. The results show that intuitive navigation, responsive display, and secure can improve user satisfaction and LeePoure's competitiveness in the e-commerce market.Pertumbuhan pesat industri e-commerce di Indonesia didorong oleh beberapa faktor, seperti peningkatan akses internet dan perilaku konsumen. Sebagai pabrik sepatu lokal, LeePoure dihadapkan dengan tantangan untuk mengembangkan dan mengubah platform e-commerce mereka untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna, konversi penjualan, dan reputasi merek. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dan merancang desain interaksi yang efektif untuk platform e-commerce independen LeePoure dengan pendekatan user-centered design (UCD). Perancangan sistem manajemen session real-time menggunakan firestore, python, dan javascript
PT. XYZ is one of the largest retail companies in Indonesia. PT. XYZ has a website-based application that functions to help employees who work in IT Support to handle operational problems. However, this website has not implemented a session management system which can affect the level of security. Therefore, a system design was created for real-time session management using Firestore, Python, and Javascript. Firestore is used as a database to store sessions and Firestore has a feature called the Firestore snapshot listener which functions to detect changes in real-time. The research method includes identifying needs, initial prototype design, prototype creation, prototype evaluation, prototype refinement, and system implementation. Black Box Testing is used as a method for testing this system, where the results are in accordance with the needs and interviews are conducted with the admin of this website to test the session management system and find out the admin's response regarding the designed session management system. The results obtained are satisfactory because security can be further improved, user experience is improved, and the company's needs can be achieved
Presepsi Guru Terhadap Konsep Service Learning Dalam Pembelajaran IPAS Sekolah Dasar
This study aimed to explore elementary school teachers’ perceptions of the concept of service learning in the context of IPAS (Integrated Science and Social Studies) learning. The research was conducted in May 2025 at a public elementary school in Bogor, West Java, using a descriptive qualitative design. Data were collected through an open-ended online questionnaire and in-depth interviews with six teachers of grades V and VI. The data were analyzed through thematic analysis consisting of data reduction, categorization, and conclusion drawing, supported by triangulation of techniques. The findings revealed that teachers had carried out classroom practices related to real-life issues, such as waste management, bringing healthy lunch, and environmental awareness, which reflected elements of service learning. However, these activities were still limited to the school context, without structured reflection or broader community involvement. Teachers’ understanding of the concept was still developing, yet their perception of its benefits in fostering students’ empathy, social skills, and responsibility was consistently positive. Moreover, all teachers expressed readiness to implement service learning in IPAS, although institutional support and systematic guidelines remain limited.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi guru terhadap konsep service learning dalam konteks pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di sekolah dasar. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui angket daring terbuka dan wawancara mendalam dengan seorang guru kelas 5 dan 6. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah menerapkan praktik pembelajaran yang terkait dengan isu nyata, seperti pengelolaan sampah dan kesadaran lingkungan, yang mencerminkan elemen-elemen service learning. Namun, praktik tersebut masih terbatas pada lingkungan internal sekolah dan belum disertai refleksi sistematis maupun keterlibatan masyarakat luar. Pemahaman guru terhadap service learning masih dalam tahap perkembangan, tetapi persepsi mereka terhadap manfaat pendekatan ini bagi empati, tanggung jawab, dan kerja sama siswa tergolong positif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan potensi integrasi service learning dalam pembelajaran IPAS dan menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan pelatihan guru dan perencanaan kurikulum
Implementasi Prinsip Sekolahnya Manusia Dalam Pembentukan Karakter Calon Guru Sekolah Dasar
Teacher education at teacher training institutions is at a crossroads between the demands of technical professionalism and the crisis of dehumanization. This study aims to explore how the implementation of Munif Chatib's “Sekolahnya Manusia” (School of Humans) principle, translated as humanistic pedagogy, can shape the civic character of prospective elementary school teachers. This study uses mixed methods with an explanatory sequential design on 40 PGSD students who took the Citizenship Literacy course for eight meetings. Quantitative data (perception surveys) were collected first, followed by qualitative data collection using open-ended questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and observations to explain the quantitative findings. Descriptive quantitative and thematic qualitative data analysis showed that humanistic pedagogy, manifested through (1) the creation of a safe dialogical space, (2) autonomy-based task differentiation, and (3) contextual authentic assessment, contributed significantly to character development. The main findings of this study indicate that the application of humanistic pedagogy through safe dialogic spaces, autonomy-based task differentiation, and authentic assessment contributes to the development of prospective teachers' civic character.
