Based on the background of the problem above, the problems can be formulated as follows: how is the suitability of the selection of material for the book "Qowȃ'id Al-Lughoh Al-'Arabiyyah" by Muhammad Yusron in 2022?, how is the suitability of the gradation of the material for the book "Qowȃ'id Al-Lughoh Al-'Arabiyyah" by Muhammad Yusron in 2022?, how is the suitability of the presentation of the material for the book "Qowȃ'id Al-Lughoh Al-'Arabiyyah" by Muhammad Yusron in 2022?, how is the suitability of the repetition of the material for the book "Qowȃ'id Al-Lughoh Al-'Arabiyyah" by Muhammad Yusron in 2022?. This study aims to analyze the quality of the book "Qowȃ'id Al-Lughoh Al-'Arabiyyah" based on Mackey's textbook compilation theory in terms of selection (selection of material), gradation (organization of material), presentation (presentation of material) and repetition (sharpening of material) in the book.
This study uses a type of library research (Library Research) and the approach used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use documentary study techniques or data collection techniques through documents, journal notes, books, theses and others obtained from libraries that contain the information sought to then be classified according to the research object needed. The data analysis technique in this study uses content analysis.
The results of this study show similarities with the theory put forward by William Francis Mackey, namely that it has fulfilled (1) good selection, because the arrangement of the material is in accordance with the objectives, the level of student proficiency and the length of a language learning program, (2) good gradation, because the presentation of the material prioritizes simple rules that are more useful than complex rules, (3) the presentation used in the material is a differential procedure, an intensive procedure, a pictorial procedure and a context procedure, and (4) repetition is found in the form of repetition of reading skills and writing skills

Kata Kunci: Pemimpin, Motivasi dan Kinerja.
Kepemimpinan adalah suatu proses kegiatan seseorang untuk menggerakan orang lain dengan memimpin, membimbing dan mempengaruhi orang lain, untuk melakukan sesuatu agar dicapai hasil yang diharapkan. Faktanya berdasarkan wawancara pemimpin sudah memberi motivasi namun kinerja karyawan masih belum berjalan baik, masih adanya kuantitas karyawan yang belum mencapai target yang ditentukan oleh meubel UD. Gembira.
Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui peran pemimpin dalam memotivasi kinerja karyawan di Meubel UD. Gembira Dolopo Madiun. (2) Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi pemimpin dan solusinya dalam memotivasi kinerja karyawan di Meubel UD. Gembira Dolopo Madiun.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini antara lain observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan konsep Miles dan Huberman yang mengemukakan tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini pemimpin UD. Gembira telah melakukan perannya sebagai seorang pemimpin bertanggung jawab penuh kepada kinerja karyawan, dengan memberikan motivasi bimbingan dan arahan melalui kegiatan pertemuan seminggu sekali kepada karyawan dengan cara metode pendekatan briefing, pembentukan kondisi dan situasi kerja, komunikasi dalam bekerjasama serta keterbukaan, pemberian ketegasan dan pemberian penghargaan. Adapun kendala-kendala yang dihadapi pemimpin dalam memotivasi kinerja karyawan yaitu pemimpin sulit untuk menentukan motivasi kepada kinerja karyawan karena karyawan kurangnya semangat kerja, mudah terpengaruh dengan teman kerja, malas dan bosan. Dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi kinerja karyawan pemimpin di UD. Gembira memberikan bimbingan dan arahan satu minggu sekali, memberikan penghargaan ataupun bonus kepada karyawan serta ketegasan dengan menegur dan sanksi-sanksi kepada karyawan

Get PDFThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment

Adapun kegunaan penelitian ini adalah : (a) penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menambah wawasan tentang media pendidikan akhlak, dan (b) diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi bagi pembaca dalam memahami hikmah dalam suatu cerita sejarah tokoh-tokoh Islam masa lalu, serta sebagai transformasi nilai pendidikan yang terdapat dalam kehidupan. Kunci keuntungan dari turbocharger adalah alat ini menawarkan sebuah
peningkatan yang cukup banyak dalam tenaga mesin hanya dengan sedikit
menambah berat. Tujuan analisisini adalah untuk mendapatkan parameter
termodinamika motor bakar bensin tanpa dan dengan penggunaan turbocharger,
mendapatkan performansi motor bakar bensin tanpa dan dengan penggunaan
turbocharger, dan mendapatkan daya dan putaran turbin gas dan kompresor pada
turbocharger. Dalam kajian teoritis ini menggunakan data spesifikasi teknis mesin
mobil Toyota Kijang Innova. Hasil analisa termodinamika daya bersih
dengan penggunaan turbocharger meningkat sebanyak 21,62% dibandingkan
tanpa penggunaan turbocharger. Performansi mesin tanpa turbocharger diperoleh
mep sebesar 2666,667kPa, Pi pada putaran 4400 rpm sebesar 177,532 kW, Ps
