    The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy provides opportunities for students to gain direct learning experiences in professional settings through internship activities. The Islamic Education Management Study Program at UIN Palopo has implemented the MBKM internship program as an effort to enhance students’ academic, professional, and practical competencies. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the MBKM internship program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. This research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, while quantitative data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to MBKM internship participants. Qualitative data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while quantitative data were analyzed using percentage-based descriptive analysis. The results indicate that in the context aspect, the internship program holds strong relevance and urgency for competency development, supported by curriculum alignment and students’ need for workplace experience. In the input aspect, student readiness and supervisor support were generally good, although challenges remained such as unequal prior understanding regarding internship procedures. In the process aspect, the internship activities were carried out according to established guidelines, yet coordination among students, supervisors, and partner institutions was not always optimal. In the product aspect, quantitative data show significant improvements in students’ administrative, managerial, and practical work competencies. Overall, the study concludes that the MBKM internship program in the Islamic Education Management Study Program at UIN Palopo has been effectively implemented, although improvements are needed in partner selection and mentoring mechanisms. These findings provide recommendations for enhancing the quality of internship implementation in the future

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen sarana dan prasarana pada pendidikan kejuruan di wilayah perdesaan, dengan fokus studi kasus di SMKS Yapis Santong, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Kajian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan kritis dalam perencanaan, pemeliharaan, dan pengadaan alat praktik serta merumuskan solusi resiliensi yang relevan dengan konteks lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah dan pengelola sarana, observasi langsung terhadap kondisi bengkel, serta dokumentasi inventaris aset. Analisis data mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian pada tahun 2026 mengungkapkan bahwa tantangan utama meliputi 2 rasio alat praktik terhadap siswa yang kritis (1:8), yang memicu percepatan degradasi fisik alat. Selain itu, terjadi "distorsi pemeliharaan" di mana dana operasional sekolah secara dominan terserap untuk belanja pegawai honorer, sehingga menyisakan alokasi yang sangat minim untuk perawatan preventif. Untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut, sekolah mengimplementasikan model "Manajemen Resiliensi" melalui inovasi "GuruTeknisi" dan kemitraan "Laboratorium Komunitas" dengan bengkel lokal. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa keberlanjutan pendidikan kejuruan di wilayah rural sangat bergantung pada fleksibilitas manajerial dan konsolidasi modal sosial untuk menyubstitusi keterbatasan fiskal. Temuan ini menyoroti perlunya kebijakan distribusi alat yang berkeadilan untuk menjembatani celah kompetensi antara lulusan vokasiperdesaan dan perkotaan.

    Pendidikan Islam terpadu merupakan respons terhadap kebutuhan integrasi antara penguatan karakter keislaman dan kompetensi vokasional di lembaga pendidikan menengah kejuruan. Dalam konteks manajemen pendidikan Islam, integrasi tersebut menuntut sistem pengelolaan yang mampu menyelaraskan visi keislaman dengan standar mutu pendidikan nasional dan tuntutan dunia industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen pendidikan Islam terpadu, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya, serta mengkaji dampaknya terhadap prestasi akademik, kejuruan, dan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah dan wakil manajemen, observasi terhadap proses pembelajaran dan budaya sekolah, serta analisis dokumentasi terkait kurikulum, program kerja, dan evaluasi pendidikan. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan teknik triangulasi untuk menjamin keabsahan temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan Islam terpadu dilaksanakan secara sistematis melalui perencanaan berbasis visi nilai, integrasi kurikulum kejuruan dan keislaman, supervisi berkelanjutan, serta evaluasi berkala. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi keselarasan visi lembaga, kompetensi guru, budaya religius sekolah, dan dukungan orang tua, sedangkan hambatan utama berupa keterbatasan waktu dan heterogenitas latar belakang siswa. Implementasi manajemen tersebut berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan prestasi akademik dan kejuruan, penguatan prestasi non-akademik, serta pembentukan karakter dan kedisiplinan siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan pendidikan Islam terpadu secara konsisten mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten, berintegritas, dan berdaya saing

    INTEGRATED DINIYAH AND FORMAL CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT SUNAN DRAJAT ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL

    This study examines the integrative curriculum management system that combines diniyah and formal education at the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving members of the Majelis Ilmu (Science Council), educators, and students. The results show that curriculum planning is systematically implemented through a professional Majelis Ilmu (Science Council) consisting of 12 experts, using Focus Group Discussion mechanisms and needs analysis. The organization applies a dual-track structure with the Santri Affairs Division managing the diniyah curriculum and the Formal Division managing the general curriculum, coordinated through the Consultative Assembly. Implementation follows centralized command from the foundation with a phased approach from adapting national standards to pure pesantren products. Evaluation is carried out periodically through monthly reporting using the CIPP model with a single integrated report card format. Key challenges include teacher readiness, duplication of materials, and students\u27 cognitive load, which are addressed through continuous coaching, differentiated material distribution, expert-based governance, and a balanced curriculum approach. The study contributes empirical documentation of deliberative curriculum development in the pesantren context, indigenous knowledge development, and a tri-dimensional holistic evaluation system that integrates religious and academic assessment

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan peningkatan mutu pendidikan dalam mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4) di tingkat madrasah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi manajemen mutu pendidikan berbasis siklus Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) dalam mewujudkan SDG 4 di MAN 2 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan siklus PDCA dalam kerangka Total Quality Management membentuk sistem peningkatan mutu yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Tahap perencanaan dilakukan melalui analisis data dan penyusunan program secara partisipatif; tahap pelaksanaan menekankan pembelajaran berbasis standar nasional, pengembangan kompetensi guru, dan supervisi akademik; tahap evaluasi dilaksanakan melalui sistem penjaminan mutu internal, akreditasi, serta monitoring kinerja akademik dan sarana prasarana; sedangkan tahap tindak lanjut diarahkan pada perbaikan berkelanjutan dan penguatan kepemimpinan transformasional. Disimpulkan bahwa strategi manajemen mutu berbasis PDCA efektif mendukung pencapaian SDG 4 apabila diterapkan secara konsisten dan kolaboratif.     BRIDGING THE DIGITAL LITERACY GAP: THE ROLE OF PUBLIC EDUCATION IN BUSINESS LICENSING SERVICES IN SAMARINDA

    This study aims to analyze the quality of Business Identification Number (NIB) issuance services and to evaluate the role of public education in enhancing the digital literacy of business actors. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document studies. Informants were purposively selected, including leaders, functional officers, service staff, and business actors as users. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the overall quality of services is good, with simple procedures, clear requirements, and responsive staff, especially for applicants with limited digital literacy. However, limitations in procedure socialization, reliance on the centralized OSS system, and technical disruptions remain challenges. Variations in applicants’ digital literacy levels affect service effectiveness. The study highlights the importance of public education as a strategy to improve digital literacy through procedural socialization, user assistance, and digital-based training. These improvements are expected to strengthen service reliability, make the licensing process more inclusive, effective, and sustainable, and support ease of doing business

    Abstract. This study aims to analyze the role of TGKH. Zainuddin Abdul Madjid’s spiritual leadership in the implementation of the curriculum at Ma’had Darul Qur’an Wal Hadits Nahdlatul Wathan. The research employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, display, and verification techniques. The findings reveal that spiritual leadership functions as both an ideological and operational foundation in educational management. The values of tawhid, sincerity, role modeling, and educational struggle are integrated into the curriculum structure and academic culture of the pesantren. Implementation is carried out through role modeling, habituation of collective worship, and academic-spiritual integration. The impact is reflected in students’ intellectual competence, consistency in worship, and strong moral character. This study confirms that successful curriculum implementation in Islamic boarding schools is strongly influenced by spiritual leadership capable of transforming values into a sustainable educational system

    PUBLIC RELATIONS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PPEPP CYCLE IN FULFILLING NATIONAL EDUCATION STANDARDS IN MADRASAH

    The role of public relations in implementing the PPEPP cycle from the planning stage to the improvement stage to meet the National Education Standards analyzes the strategic role played by madrasah public relations. The type of research uses a qualitative approach, a case study type with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were the madrasah principal, Deputy Head of Public Relations, teachers and students. The results of the study show that at the planning stage the role of public relations is apparent through the process of identifying information and preparing communication patterns that are in line with the institution\u27s quality policy. In the implementation stage, public relations plays a role in coordination between sectors so that information about the quality program is conveyed accurately. In the evaluation and control stage, public relations responses are collected and documentation related to public relations activities is recorded. In the improvement stage, public relations activities are evident through madrasah publications, documentation, and strengthening public trust in the madrasah. The PPEPP process involves public relations providing encouragement for quality management. These findings indicate that public relations plays a strategic role in ensuring educational quality so that efforts to meet the National Education Standards continue to develop and remain consistent

    Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi dan implementasi digital marketing dalam meningkatkan minat Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di MI Baitul Huda Klampisan Semarang serta mengkaji persepsi orang tua terhadap praktik promosi digital lembaga. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, ketua panitia PPDB, guru, serta calon wali murid pada periode 9–21 Februari 2026. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan triangulasi sumber dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing dilaksanakan melalui Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, dan TikTok dengan strategi unggahan terjadwal serta kolaborasi tim humas dan guru. Praktik ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan visibilitas dan penguatan citra madrasah. Namun, keputusan orang tua lebih dipengaruhi faktor kedekatan lokasi dan rekomendasi sosial, sementara media digital berfungsi sebagai penguat kepercayaan. Hambatan utama meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan belum adanya evaluasi berbasis data analitik. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa digital marketing pada jenjang madrasah dasar berperan sebagai media legitimasi dan penguatan citra, sehingga perlu penguatan kapasitas SDM dan evaluasi berbasis data untuk meningkatkan efektivitas promosi

    This study aims to analyze the implementation of moral education and its impact on the behavioral development of students at PTQ Haidar al‑Hidayah. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing observations, interviews, and documentation to collect data on institutional understanding, strategies for internalizing moral values, and their effects on student behavior. The findings indicate that the institution demonstrates a strong understanding and commitment to moral education, implemented through the integration of ethical values into the Qur’an memorization program, habituation of noble character (akhlaqul karimah), instruction based on the Akhlaq lil Banin text, and religious as well as social extracurricular activities. Strategies for internalizing moral values combine lectures, storytelling, exemplary modeling (uswah hasanah), and habituation (ta’dib wa ta’wid), enabling students to cognitively understand, emotionally internalize, and practically apply moral values in their daily lives. The study observed significant improvements in politeness, discipline, responsibility, honesty, and respect for teachers. These results confirm that a holistic and integrated moral education effectively fosters sustainable moral behavior among students. The findings can serve as a model for other Islamic educational institutions seeking to develop character education programs grounded in moral values and practical experiences.
