Partisipasi Generasi Millenial dalam Mengawasi Tahapan Pemilu 2024
Youth are agents of change who must continue to fight for the principles of the Indonesian state and must be able to manage the democratic transition process in a better direction, especially being able to oversee the implementation of a just political process. For a country to develop, its youth must be of high quality, so one of their vital tasks is political literacy. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out how important millennial political behavior and involvement are in influencing millennial political decisions in the 2024 general election. The purpose of this essay is to provide information to readers about how the Millennial Generation will exercise their right to vote on general election in 2024. Using a qualitative approach and literature study methodology, namely by looking for various references on the involvement of Millennial voters in Indonesia, both from books and scientific journals. In terms of maintaining the spirit of democracy so that it continues to grow among the millennial generation, the findings of this study show that the participation of the millennial generation greatly influences the extent to which a candidate can be elected. The outputs and benefits of implementing this socialization are being able to raise early awareness of the younger generation to start being active in the political process, such as exercising their right to vote, becoming election observers, and being able to provide motivation for the younger generation. work directly as a Success Team in supporting potential partners who have a vision and mission that are in line with their views.
Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Melaui Pembeajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Kelas VII MTS Negeri Kota Ternate
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTS Negeri 1 Kota Ternate. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa khususnya mata pelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan pembelajaran contextual teacing and learning. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa siswi kelas VII MTS Negeri Kota Ternate dengan Tipe penilitian yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ( PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II yang meliputi 4 tahapan yaitu: tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi, data penelitian ini adalah data aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Atmosfer, berdasarkan data yang diperoleh skor presentasi rata-rata siswa pada siklus pertama yang tuntas adalah 31% dan tidak tuntas 63% dan pada siklus ke Dua yang tuntas 100% dan 0% untuk siswa yang tidak tuntas. Maka penelitian dicukupkan pada siklus ke Dua karena sudah mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal KKM yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pihak sekolah MTS Negeri Kota Ternate

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TIPE TAKE AND GIVE BERBASIS PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER TERHADAP MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN KIMIA
Variations of learning model can be used to provide convenience to students infollowing the learning and can overcome the difficulties experienced by students during learning, one of the models of learning that can be applied is cooperative learning model Take And Give type. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Take And Give learning model based on Character Education toward students' motivation and learning outcomes in chemistry learning. The research design used is a quasi-experimental research. The population in this study is class X consisting of five classes in SMK Negeri 1 Buru. The results of the study found that the take and give learning method proved effective and significant in improving students' motivation andachievement. Based on the results of these studies it is expected that teachersshould be more varied in providing learning methods should be more varied sothat students do not experience saturation at the time of delivery of the material. Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
