Fragmentasi Pemberontak Dan Durasi Perang Sipil: Thailand Selatan Pasca Dimediasi Organisasi Kerjasama Islam
Southern Thailand violent conflict, a civil war faced by Thailand Government against Pattani groups, has been lasted since 2004 without significant reconciliation.International organization, i.e., Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) has participated as the third actor striving for resolution. However, the conflict has been trapped in stagnancy. This study examines how three involving actors contributes to civil war duration. Third parties’ incapabilities, rebel fragmentation, and state’s power are the main reason why such a civil conflict could not reach a mutual agreement. Such conclusion is deduced based on qualitative data through two frameworks: Hourglass model and bargaining theory

Strategi Resolusi Konflik Organisasi Kerjasama Islam (OKI) dalam Konflik Thailand Selatan
Pada tahun 2004, terjadi konflik kekerasan di Thailand Selatan antara Pemerintah Thailand dengan kelompok pemberontak yang mewakili masyarakat Muslim Melayu Patani. Secara historis, konflik berakar dari penguasaan Kesultanan Melayu Pattani oleh Kerajaan Siam Thailand lewat Traktat Anglo-Siam pada tahun 1902. Diskriminasi terhadap budaya, berupa bahasa dan agama, masyarakat Patani menjadi penyebab konflik. Kondisi ini mengundang perhatian Organisasi Kerjasama Islam (OKI) untuk terlibat dalam penyelesaian masalah sebagai pihak ketiga. Dianalisis dengan menggunakan Model Hourglass oleh Ramsbotham, dkk., penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa OKI dalam kurun waktu 2005-2015 melakukan bentuk resolusi konflik berupa transformasi konflik, penyelesaian konflik, dan pengurungan konflik. Tujuannya adalah mencegah agar konflik serupa seperti tahun 2004 tidak terulang kembali.

The final report was made as one of the requirment to completed studies at the Accounting Departmen State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya Palembang. The title was taken by the author is "Analysis of Cost of Production Calculation to frame doors and windows at Depot Ben 3 Putra Palembang". Ben Depot 3 Putra Palembang is a company engaged in the field of carpentry. After comparing calculations and analyze the data that is in a calculation of the cost of producing plant with the theory that the author learned, then the author find some problems in doing calculation of cost of production, the company has not classify production costs and depreciation expense factory buildings, as well as depreciation of equipment plant that occurred during the production process. Based on these problems the author tries to give advice to the company, should classify the elements of production costs properly and in calculating the cost of production, the company should depot building calculation of depreciation costs, and equipment costs depot factory into the elements of factory overhead costs. So the company to get a better profit or big profit
KEPRIBADIAN TOKOH RIDHO DALAM NOVEL TUHAN MAAF ENGKAU KUMADU KARYA AGUK IRAWAN M N: KAJIAN PSIKOLOGI SASTRA
This research aims to describe: (1) Plot used the author to convey a psychological dimension. (2) the characters and characterizations author used to convey a psychological dimension. (3) setting that is used to convey the author's psychological dimension. (4) the personality of the characters in the novel Tuhan Maaf Engkau Kumadu by Aguk Irawan M.N. based on aspects of psychology. (5) the factors affecting psychological personages Ridho. The data of this research in the form of documentation in the form of a quote with the data source is a novel Tuhan Maaf Engkau Kumadu by Aguk Irawan M.N. Data collection is done with the technique of reading and note, while data analysis is done by qualitative descriptive analysis techniques with three steps, namely (1) reading the repetitively novel Tuhan Maaf Engkau Kumadu. (2) reading and studying literature, reference or references that have relationships and support towards issues and problems in this research. (3) records and entering data into the data analysis instruments. The data was then validated by the method of triangulation, i.e. the Act test or check the data findings with other findings while the absence of contrasts or the origin of the congruency between one another. Descriptive research results indicate that: (1) flows into three stages, namely the beginning, middle, the end. Ridho has internal and external conflict. (2) the main character Ridho most involved with the significance and themes, most related to other figures, most require time-telling. Explanatory character Eva Ratu Nisa, Afandi Irwan, Shaykh Radullah al Farghani, Nabila al Farghani, Mr. Ardiansyah, Sutirman, Sumaryati affecting the psychological dimension figure Ridho. Characterizations Ridho, i.e. believe in dreams, belief in omens, stubborn, strong-willed, timid, concerned, hard-working, smart, good-natured, polite, and polite. (3) social background affects the psychological dimensions of Ridho as a hard worker. (4) the personality of the Ridho is dominated by a repressed id resulting in the appearance of a conflict on the structure of personality. The conflict caused the psychotic hallucinations. In terms of psychology, Ridho suffered from schizophrenia. (5) there are two factors that influence psychological factors, i.e. endogenous Ridho, and exogenous factors. Endogenous factors in the form of a trust to excessive dreams and omens, as well as introjection of the elderly. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman yang begitu cepat, segala aspek kehidupan terus berkembang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat yang semakin dinamis. Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi (TIK) adalah salah satu aspek dari perubahan tersebut. Indonesia merupakan pasar potensial bagi penyedia layanan telekomunikasi (provider), Melihat tingginya kebutuhan masyarakat Indonesia atas layanan telekomunikasi, PT.INDOSAT, Tbk. selaku penyelenggara telekomunikasi menyediakan layanan jasa telekomunikasi salah satunya adalah layanan internet unlimited. Promosi yang gencar dilakukan oleh PT.INDOSAT, Tbk seharusnya tidak hanya berusaha untuk mendapatkan pelanggan baru, tetapi juga harus memberikan pelayanan yang nyaman, aman dan memuaskan bagi pelanggan yang sudah memakai jasa layanan internet INDOSAT. Namun kenyataannya, banyak ditemui kasus pada pengguna kartu pra-bayar yang sudah melakukan registrasi untuk layanan Paket Internet Unlimited INDOSAT, namun pulsa regular mereka ikut hilang saat melakukan browsing internet.
Untuk membahas permasalahan dalam skripsi ini penulis melakukan pendekatan secara yuridis normatif dengan bahan berupa bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier baik berupa peraturan perundang-undangan, asas-asas hukum dan hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi yuridis kualitatif.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Pertanggungjawaban PT.INDOSAT, Tbk sebagai Penyelenggara Jasa Telekomunikasi seharusnya dikaitkan dengan penerapan prinsip Service Level agreement dan terkait dengan Service Level Guarantee, undang-undang membebankan proses pembuktian tersebut kepada pihak PT. INDOSAT, Tbk selaku pelaku usaha untuk menunjukan adanya kesalahan dari pihak pelanggan, sehingga proses ganti rugi yang menjadi hak dari pelanggan dapat terpenuhi.

Along with the development era which goes so fast, all life aspects continue to evolve according to the need of the people who are increasing dynamicly. Information and communication technology (ICT) are one of the aspects of these changes. Indonesia is a potential market for telecommunication service providers, See the high need of Indonesian people over telecommunications service, PT.INDOSAT, Tbk. as a telecommunication provider provides telecommunications services, one of them is the unlimited internet service. Intensively promotion conducted by PT.INDOSAT, Tbk. should not only seek in getting new customers, but also to provide a comfortable, safe and satisfying service for customers who already use INDOSAT internet services. But in reality, many cases found on a pre-paid card users who have registered for INDOSAT Unlimited Internet Package service, however their regular pulses were missing when browsing the internet.
In order to elaborate issues in this mini thesis, the author perform a normative judicial approach using the primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials which are laws and regulations, legal principles, and experts’ research. Analitycal descriptive method is used for the research for this paper.
Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that the Liability of PT.INDOSAT, Tbk as the telecommunications service provider should be associated with the application of the principle of the Service Level agreement and associated with a Service Level Guarantee, the law imposes the evidentiary process to the PT. INDOSAT, Tbk as the perpetrators attempt to show the existence of the fault of the customer, so the compensation rights of customers can be fulfilled
