Included in the letter are directions on how to locate local representatives and suggested wording for the letters. HR4110 addresses redress and reparation for incarcerated Japanese Americans.The testimonies were taped by Christine Asoo Umeda on a Sony Walkman recorder. Most of the witnesses were from Sacramento, California. Ms. Umeda was four years old when her family was incarcerated at Tule Lake and later transferred to Topaz, Utah. By the time of the hearings, Christine and Mary Tsukamoto were already involved in town hall meetings to advocate, educate, and help people prepare for the hearings
Design of ZrO 2/Ti functionally graded thermal barrier coatings based on a nonlinear micromechanical approach
This study presents a design process of ZrO /Ti functionally graded thermal barrier coatings (FG TBCs) based on a mean-field nonlinear micromechanical approach developed by Tsukamoto [1], which takes into account the time-independent and dependent inelastic deformation, such as plasticity of metals, creep of metals and ceramics, and diffusional mass flow at the ceramic/metal interface. The effect of compositional gradations on micro-stress states in the FG TBCs has been examined. The suitable compositional gradations have been proposed for typical thermo-mechanical boundary conditions in terms of thermal-stress relaxations, thermal-shielding and light-weight characteristics

A Complete Discourse on Kunio Tsukamoto : Suiso-Monogatari (Tales of Sea-Burial) [1]
In this first installment, the author contemplates on the meaning of Kunio Tsukamoto's collection of tanka poems, published in 1951, with the title of Suiso Monogatari (Tales of Sea Burials). As one of forerunners of zenei-tanka (the avant-garde school of short poetry), Tsukamoto tells stories in the first person, about the dead, mostly his friends killed in the war. In this work, however, Tsukamoto is not simply lamenting and mourning the deaths, but reflecting the climate of the times from an objective perspective of an observer standing by. Tsukamoto's poetry is outstanding in that it succeeds in giving expression to his impersonal, satirical attitude within the shortest form of tanka poetry, while dealing with this most intimate question of life and death, not in romantic sentiment, but getting above any personal feelings

This research use method of fuzzy tsukamoto inference system using 3 variable that is, demand, inventory, and production, application of method of fuzzy tsukamoto in making planning to determine amount of production expected to increase profit where maximum production obtained from maximal sale and at least reduce amount the number of returns in the previous few months, if the lowest demand is 661 brown bread/day and highest The highest demand is 922 brown bread / last request problem = 735 chocolate flavour bread, as well as the lowest supply, is 278 chocolate flavour bread / day, highest supply is 643 chocolate flavour bread/day and Supply problems = 635 chocolate flavour bread, then the bread produced is as much as 1284 bread, the difference between manual calculation and the system of 86 pieces of bread. So with the FIS method Tsukamoto can suppress losses of 86 pieces of bread

ABSTRAK
Sejalan dengan perkembangan zaman dan kemajuan ilmu dan
teknologi, kebutuhan akan ketersediaan energi listrik kian meningkat. Energi
listrik tidak dapat disimpan dalam skala besar, sehingga energi ini harus
disediakan pada saat dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk,
peningkatan pembangunan infrastruktur, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan
ketersediaan energi listrik, maka perlu dilakukan peramalan beban listrik jangka
panjang. Kota Probolinggo mempunyai banyak potensi di antaranya Industri
sebanyak 398 unit juga Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Mayangan yang
tentunya membutuhkan konsumsi listrik yang sangat besar. Pada penelitian ini
peramalan beban listrik jangka panjang menggunakan metode logika fuzzy
Tsukamoto sebagai solusi peramalan. Kemampuan peramalan sangat baik jika
memiliki nilai MAPE kurang dari 10% dan mempunyai kemampuan peramalan
yang baik jika MAPE kurang dari 20%.
Data yang digunakan adalah data histori yang diambil dari GI
Probolinggo pada tahun 2011 – 2020 yang di dukung dengan jumlah
pertumbuhan penduduk dan nilai PDRB (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto)
yang nantinya akan dibagi dalam beberapa sektor.
Pada Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan fungsi keanggotaan segitiga.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai rata – rata MAPE sebesar 2,4% sehingga dapat
dikatakan sangat baik.

Forecasting Of Long-Term Electricity Loads Of
Probolinggo City Using Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto Method

ABSTRACT
In line with the times and advances in science and technology, the
need for electricity availability is increasing. Electrical energy cannot be stored
on a large scale, so this energy must be provided when needed. Based on
population growth, increased infrastructure development, economic growth and
availability of electricity, it is necessary to forecast long-term electricity loads.
The city of Probolinggo has a lot of potential in the Industrial sector as many as
398 units and the Mayangan Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) which requires
very large electricity. In this research forecasting long-term electricity load
using Tsukamoto fuzzy logic method as a forecasting solution. Forecasting
capability is very good if it has a MAPE value of less than 10% and has good
forecasting ability if MAPE is less than 20%.
The data used is historical data taken from GI Probolinggo in 2011
- 2020 which is supported by the amount of population growth and PDRB value
(Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) which will be divided into several sectors.
In this research the author uses the triangle membership function.
This study produces an average MAPE value of 2.4% so that it can be said to be
very good.

Perubahan level pada game wisata berdasarkan skor menggunakan Fuzzy Tsukamoto
INDONESIA:
Game digital merupakan salah satu media yang bisa digunakan untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada orang lain dengan permainan yang menghibur. Media untuk menyampaikan pesan yang dimaksud disini yaitu game sebagai media untuk mempromosikan tempat wisata. Kelebihan dari game sebagai media promosi adalah harganya lebih murah dibandingkan dengan media promosi lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengusulkan sebuah game berjenis game petualangan dimana pemain bisa menjelajah tempat wisata di Kota Batu melalui media game. Agar membuat game lebih menarik maka dibutuhkan adanya skor dan level. Untuk mendapatkan nilai skor yang lebih akurat penulis menggunakan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto dalam perhitungan skornya. Hasil skor tersebut digunakan untuk menentukan level yang akan dihadapi pemain pada stage berikutnya. Perhitungan skor dalam game ini menggunakan 3 variabel input dan 1 variabel output. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, dibuktikan bahwa Fuzzy Tsukamoto dapat diimplementasikan pada game yang dibangun, dan menghasilkan presentase variabel output masing-masing yaitu level mudah sebesar 25%, level medium sebesar 35%, dan level sulit sebesar 40%.

Digital games are one of the media that can be used to convey messages to others with entertaining games. The media to convey the message referred to here is the game as a medium to promote tourist attractions. The advantage of games as a promotional medium is that the price is cheaper than other promotional media. In this study, the author makes an adventure game where players can explore tourist attractions in Batu City through game media. In order to make the game more interesting, scores and levels are needed. To get a more accurate score, the writer uses the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method in calculating the score. The score results are used to determine the level that players will face in the next stage. The calculation of the score in this game uses 3 input variables and 1 output variable. Based on the test results, it is proven that Fuzzy Tsukamoto can be implemented in the game being built, and produces a percentage of output variables, respectively, namely the easy level of 25%, the medium level of 35%, and the difficult level of 40%.

Implementasi Metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto Dalam Memprediksi Jumlah Produksi TMG
Abstrak: Usaha kuliner adalah salah satu usaha yang banyak digemari dan diminati oleh masyarakat. Sejak dulu hingga sekarang, usaha kuliner seperti jajanan khas daerah terus berkembang tiada habisnya. Salah satu jajanan khas daerah yang berasal dari kota Sampit yaitu Telur Mata Gajah. Di kota Sampit sendiri salah satu usaha kuliner yang Sering di cari warga dan cukup dikenal yaitu Telor Mata Gajah Amrozy yang berlokasi di Jalan Yos Sudarso atau Kompleks Pujasera di Kota Sampit, persis bersebelahan dengan Taman Kota Sampit. Menjadi tempat jajanan yang dikenal dan ramai dikunjungi membuat pemilik usaha kesulitan dalam menentukan jumlah produksi yang mesti disiapkan dalam memenuhi jumlah permintaan dalam penjualan nya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan di atas dengan menggunakan sebuah metode. metode yang digunakan oleh penulis pada penelitian ini adalah metode fuzzy Tsukamoto. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis diperoleh hasil yakni 2162 TMG yang harus diproduksi.
