Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Seni Tari (Pasombahan Kampar) Di SMA Negeri 1 Kampar
Dance extracurricular activities in SMAN 1 Kampar specifically are research conducted to find out the implementation of dance extracurricular covering the objectives, materials, facilities, infrastructure and assesments in dance etracurriculer activities. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, using qualitative data. Subjects in this study were 10 people consisting of 9 student with 1 trainer. The lacation of the study was conducted at SMAN 1 Kampar on the study jalan pekanbaru-bangkinang, kampar regency. Data collection techniques used were interview techniques, non-participant observation techniques, and documentation techniques that is seeing and knowing directly the implemention of dance extracurricular activities in SMAN 1 Kampar. The result of the research being taught is pasombahan kampar dance. The methods used in extracurricular learning are lecture, demonstrstion and pratice methods. Students are very active in dance extracurricular activities. Facilities and infrastucture are very adequate and support the implementation of extracurricular activities. The researcher can conclude that the implementation of dance extracurricular activities in SMAN 1 Kampar is going well the help of various parties from the motivation of parents, principals who have provided facilities and infrastrukture, trainers who arrange extracurricular programs, and prepare learning materials and methods, and members of the arts dance which almost all have talent and high learning motivation

Perilaku pembelian konsumen dipengaruhi oleh budaya lingkungannya. Nilai-nilai
pribadi dan sosial konsumen memainkan peran yang penting dalam evaluasi
produk dan perilaku pembelian. Keputusan untuk melakukan pembelian tidak
hanya didasarkan pada rasionalitas, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh emosi yang
masih memegang peran sentral dalam pengembangan sikap terhadap konsumsi.
Hal ini penting bagi pemilik bisnis untuk dapat memahami sikap dan emosi
konsumen karena hal ini mempengaruhi kesediaan konsumen untuk membeli
suatu produk.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti (1) apakah consumer ethnocentrism
berpengaruh terhadap consumer animosity, (2) apakah susceptibility to normative
influence berpengaruh terhadap consumer animosity (3) apakah consumer
ethnocentrism berpengaruh terhadap willingness to buy (4) apakah susceptibillity
to normative influence berpengaruh terhadap willingness to buy (5) apakah
consumer animosity berpengaruh terhadap willingness to buy.
Jenis
penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode
pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara online.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat umum yang tergabung dalam
organisasi-organisasi Islam yang ada di Bengkulu dan menolak membeli makanan
cepat saji asal Amerika Serikat. sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil
dengan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah
208 responden. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS versi
3.3.0.
Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa: (1) Consumer ethnocentrism berpengaruh
positif terhadap consumer animosity, yang berarti bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat
etnosentrisme konsumen dalam suatu negara, maka akan semakin tinggi juga
permusuhan konsumen terhadap negara lain. (2) Susceptibility to normative

influence berpengaruh positif terhadap consumer animosity, yang berarti bahwa
semakin tinggi tingkat kerentanan konsumen terhadap pengaruh normatif, maka
semakin tinggi juga permusuhan konsumen. (3) Consumer ethnocentrism
berpengaruh negatif terhadap willingness to buy, yang berarti bahwa semakin
tinggi sikap etnosentrisme konsumen dalam suatu negara, maka kesediaan
konsumen untuk membeli produk dari negara lain semakin rendah. (4)
Susceptibility to normative influence tidak berpengaruh terhadap willingness to
buy. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh normatif tidak mempengaruhi
kesediaan konsumen untuk membeli suatu produk. (5) Consumer animosity
berpengaruh negatif terhadap willingness to buy, yang berarti bahwa semakin
tinggi tingkat permusuhan konsumen terhadap suatu negara, maka kesediaan
konsumen untuk membeli produk dari negara bersangkutan semakin rendah.
Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman literatur tentang willingness to buy,
dan menyarankan kepada pemilik bisnis waralaba makanan cepat saji asal
Amerika Serikat untuk lebih memperhatikan consumer ethnocentrism, consumer
animosity, dan susceptibility to normative influence agar mampu meminimalisir
dampak yang disebabkan oleh hal-hal tersebut terhadap kesediaan konsumen
untuk membeli. Pada penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengkaji lebih
mendalam mengenai kesediaan konsumen untuk membeli produk atau merek
asing.

Konsep Diri Pengusaha Muda (Studi Pada Elda Susanti Stick Mozarella Pku By.el’s)
Elda Susanti is a young entrepreneur engaged in the culinary business. Starting a
business since she was in college, Elda Susanti has succeeded in becoming an
entrepreneur, one of the millennial favorite snacks, Stick mozzarella pku by.el's.
The first attempt called Stick Mozzarella Pku by. el's already has 4 branch outlets
in Pekanbaru. This prompted the author to conduct research on the self-concept
of young entrepreneurs in carrying out three identities at the same time being an
entrepreneur, being a child, and being a student. This study discusses the selfconcept that focuses on the self-concept of young entrepreneurs Elda Susanti stick
mozzarella pku by.el's. In this study using a qualitative approach with interviews,
observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the selfconcept possessed by young entrepreneurs is an independent attitude, never gives
up, always innovates, is able to see business opportunities in the future or in the
long term, and always maintains communication between business owners and
employees
Etnosentrisme Konsumen, Kerentanan Pengaruh Normatif, Permusuhan Konsumen terhadap Kesediaan untuk Membeli
This study aims to examine the impact of consumer ethnocentrism, vulnerability to normative influence, and consumer hostility towards purchasing foreign products in Indonesia in the context of Indonesian franchised products. This research method is quantitative. Questionnaires are used to collect sample data. 350 questionnaires were distributed by direct delivery survey to targeted respondents, and 208 were returned for processing. The data analysis used is PLS 3.3.0. The results showed, a) consumer ethnocentrism towards consumer hostility has a value of t count > t table, namely 2.193 > 1.96; b) susceptibility to normative influences on consumer hostility has a value of t count > t table, namely 2.144 > 1.96; c) consumer ethnocentrism towards purchasing foreign products has a value of t count > t table, namely 6.858 > 1.96; d) susceptibility to normative influence on the purchase of foreign products has a value of t count < t table, namely 0.827 < 1.96; e) consumer hostility towards purchasing foreign products has a value of t count > t table, namely 3.524 > 1.96. In conclusion, a) consumer ethnocentrism has a positive relationship with consumer hostility; b) susceptibility to normative influence is positively related to consumer hostility; c) consumer ethnocentrism has a negative relationship with purchasing foreign products; d) vulnerability to normative influences is not related to the purchase of foreign products; e) consumer hostility is negatively related to the purchase of foreign products.

Characterizing Young Consumer Online Shopping Style: Indonesian Evidence
Young people make up the majority of online shoppers in Indonesia. The objectives of this study are to characterize the consumer decision-making styles of young internet users and to create a profile of their online shopping styles. A quantitative research approach was used to accomplish the research objectives. The primary data for the study were gathered by sending questionnaires via social media to consumers from Generation Z and millennials who buy goods through e-commerce in Indonesia; 400 people responded. The survey questions were based on the consumer style inventory (CSI). Seven characteristics of Indonesian young consumers’ online shopping styles are identified through factor analysis. According to the findings of this study, young consumers have a hedonic online shopping style in which they prefer high-quality products, seek entertainment when shopping, and are impulsive. Young consumers are obsessed with novelty and branded goods. They frequently have difficulty selecting online stores and products, but they are loyal to specific stores and brands. This study fills the gap by providing a more detailed understanding of the online shopping styles, with the implications of considering shopping styles when promoting the products and designing the user interface and user experience of an e-commerce store
Consideraciones Sobre El Incumplimiento De Las Obligaciones Contractuales De Los Títulos Mineros De Carbón En El Municipio De Sardinata
La presente investigación tiene como fin el poder determinar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones
contractuales de las empresas mineras ubicadas en el municipio de Sardinata del departamento de Norte
de Santander, analizando las implicaciones económicas para el sistema general de regalías, y las sanciones
legales en que se verían incursos los titulares mineros.
En el contexto general, el propósito es identificar las consecuencias generadas debido a las faltas en las
que incurren los contratos de concesión frente a las obligaciones legales y técnicas, las cuales se
determinan teniendo en cuenta los lineamientos establecidos en la legislación minera, por tanto, se tuvo
en cuenta las diferentes condiciones que se encuentran encaminadas a la fijación de multas y sanciones.
Por otra parte, dentro de la investigación se expresa el aporte y alcance de los títulos mineros, cuál es su
aporte frente a la zona de influencia de los proyectos y como se percibe, así mismo los factores que

Kerjasama Negara Anggota ASEAN dalam Upaya Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Kebakaran Hutan di Indonesia Berdasarkan ASEAN Agreement On Transboundary Haze Pollution
Transboundary haze problem that occurred in the ASEAN region has been prominent since the 1980s. Due to the increasing number of forest fires that transboundary haze from year to year, then in 2002 all ASEAN members agreed to establish an International agreement on transboundary haze namely the ASEAN Agreement on Transboundary Haze Pollution. In this agreement are several provisions on cooperation will be carried out by member states in agreement on the prevention and control of forest fires that occurred in the ASEAN region. In this study the authors specialize in the area of Indonesia. The purpose of this thesis, namely; First, to determine the cooperation of ASEAN member countries in the prevention and control of forest fires in Indonesia based on the ASEAN Agreement On Transboundary Haze Pollution. Second, to determine the responsibility of the state polluters against forest fires that occurred in the ASEAN region by the ASEAN Agreement on Transboundary Haze Pollution.Based on the results of research and discussion the authors described above, there are several important things, first cooperation ASEAN Member Countries In Prevention And Mitigation Forest Fire In Indonesia based ASEAN Agreement On Transboundary Haze Pollution can be seen in the fourth chapter, namely Article 4 paragraph ( 1) and (2), Article 9, Article 12, paragraph (1) and (2) and Article 16 paragraph (1). Second, Responsibility of the State Pollutant Against Forest Fires Happened in ASEAN region by the ASEAN Agreement on Transboundary Haze Pollution which each party is responsible to ensure that activities within their jurisdiction and control do not cause damage to the environment and endanger human health. In addition, the polluters are required to provide exemptions and facilities that need to the donor. These exceptions include a waiver of taxes, duties or other charges levied on the equipment and materials brought in for the purpose of providing assistance
