Abstract
Background. Earlier we showed that the balneotherapeutic complex of Truskavets’ spa have significant modulating effects on parameters of EEG&HRV and Immunity of patients with chronic pyelonephritis and cholecystitis in remission accompanied of neuroendocrine-immune complex dysfunction. Were detected the close relationships between EEG, HRV, endocrine and immune parameters as well as between changes in EEG&HRV and immune parameters under the influence of balneotherapy. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationships between changes in the state of neuroendocrine regulation and immunity of the same patients. Materials and Methods. The object of clinical-physiological observation were 22 men aged 23-70 years, who underwent rehabilitation treatment of chronic pyelonephritis and cholecystitis in remission in the Truskavets’ spa. The examination was performed twice, before and after a 9-11-day course of balneotherapy. The subject of the study were the parameters of the electroencephalogram, heart rate variability, hormones and immunity. Results. The method of canonical correlation analysis states that the changes in immunity caused by balneotherapy are determined by the constellation of alaptation hormones by 98,9%, the autonomic nervous system by 99,9%, the central nervous system by 99,7%. Conclusion. Immunomodulatory effect of balneotherapy is realized through the neuro-endocrine mechanism.

The Role of Great Britain in Forming of EU’s Foreign and Security Policy in the Context of Leading Theories of Eurointegration
No full textIn the article on the basis of the original chart of the theoretical conceptual system of Eurointegration's development offered by an author base principles of Great Britain's participation in common foreign and security policy (CFSP) of the European Union are examined. The country’s role in the processes of forming EU's CFSP is determined in the context of leading theories of Eurointegration. The evolution of British government's policy participation in the system of political co-operation in the European Union, character of its influence on the processes of Eurointegration in the sphere of foreign and security policies are analysed. CFSP as a specific sphere of co-operation of the EU's states fully represents conceptual dichotomy of European Union essence at level «intergovernmental - supranational». CFSP is the segment of the EU's legal reality which is historically based on intergovernmental co-operation, and in modern terms characterized by the expressed elements of funcional supranational institucialisation and insignificant strengthening of federalism. Great Britain conceptual approaches to forming EU's CFSP lie traditions of pragmatical and functional realistic approach with the elements of federalist co-operation, externalism and minimum of institucialism. For activity of British governments is inherent pistorical heredity of participating in political integration within the framework of Common Europe. It's mean a successive policy of inhibition federalist supranational tendencies, propagandas of the evolutional going to development of integration processes and it distribution on new spheres. Such approaches are correspond to the model of selective-sectoral integration or «Europe a la carte» ofThatcherist standards, which in the process of realization under influence of objective (mainly external) factors evolved to practical embodiment of such more soft models of flexible integration, as «multi-speed integration» and «Europe of variable geometries». The noted approaches to CFSP allow government on the different historical stages to have retentive or stimulant influence on the integrational processes

Background. Balneotherapy has its rightful place in the arsenal of means of treatment of chronic. The universally recognized gold standard of balneofactors is Naftussya bioactive water. The issue of the loss of its healing properties by Naftussya water after extraction from the subsoil, the possibility of its preservation and transportation remain debatable and relevant. The purpose of this study is to compare the impact of fresh and canned water on the microbiota of feces and urine in patients with chronic pyelonephritis. Materials and Methods. The object of clinical-physiological observation were residents of the city of Truskavets’ (21 men aged 24-67 years and 8 women 33-76 years) with chronic pyelonephritis in remission. The subject of the study were the leukocyturia and bacteriuria levels and components of microbiota of feces. Results. Weekly use of fresh Naftussya water causes an increase in the reduced content of probiotics in the microbiota and a decrease in the increased content of conditionally pathogenic microflora, which is accompanied by a reduction of bacteriuria and leveling of leukocyturia. The beneficial effect on the listed parameters of canned Naftussya water is less pronounced, but the differences are statistically insignificant. Conclusion. The obtained results provide grounds for continuing research into the effects of canned Naftusya water on the body of urological patients.

Department of Surface and Plasma Science Abstract: Presented is the study of recombination of ions with electrons performed at low temperatures using the Flowing afterglow with Langmuir probe experimental technique. Studied was the dissociative recombination of H and D ions at temperatures 77 - 300 K. Apart from a two-body also a three-body recombination channel assisted by neutral He atoms was identified and studied. The obtained temperature dependence of the two-body recombination rate coefficient is in a good agreement with findings of other experimental and theoretical works. The dissociative recombination of HCO and DCO ions with electrons was studied in the temperature range 150 - 300 K. The observed temperature dependence of measured recombination rate coefficient for HCO and DCO ions (~T -1.3 and ~T -1.1 , respectively) is in agreement with the majority of previous experimental works and evokes that indirect mechanism governs the recombination process. The electron- assisted collisional-radiative recombination of Ar ions was for the first time studied at temperatures 50 - 300 K. Studována byla disociativní rekombinace iontů H a D při teplotách 77 - 300 K. Mimo dvoučásticového byl identifikován a poprvé studován i tříčásticový rekombinační kanál probíhající za účasti neutrálních atomů He. Pozorována teplotní závislost dvoučásticové rychlostní konstanty rekombinace je v dobré shodě s výsledky dalších experimentálních a teoretických prací. Disociativní rekombinace iontů HCO a DCO s elektrony byla studována v teplotním rozsahu 150 - 300 K. Změřena teplotní závislost rychlostní konstanty rekombinace pro HCO a DCO ionty (~T -1.3 , resp. ~T -1.1 ) se shoduje s většinou předešlých experimentálních prací a poukazuje na nepřímý mechanizmus rekombinace. Semantics of colors in the creative work of V. Vynnichenko
No full text(uk) У статті розглядається повість видатного письменника В.Винниченка «Краса і сила», написана 1902 року. Розкривається семантика кольорів цього твору. Повість було поділено на 4 фрагменти: «Сонгород», «любовний трикутник», «злочинні будні», «голуб». Завдяки колоруванню тексту В.Винниченко руйнує стереотипи, виходить за межі традиційної описовості. Через надавання кольору актуальної семантики відбувається повноформатне відтворення картини світу. Живописна складова творчості майстра дозволила ще на один крок наблизитися до таємниці його популярності.(en) In this article we overview the story of outstanding writer V.Vynnichenko ‘Beauty and Power’ written in 1902. The semantics of colors of this creative work is described. We divided this work into four fragments, such as ‘Songorod (Dreamtown)’, ‘Love Triangle’, ‘Criminal weekdays’ and ‘The Dove’. I t helps to reach our aim.
When the author tells us about ‘Songorod’, he doesn’t tell about it’s inhabitants. Vynnichenko describes only three characters: Motrya, Andryi, I lko. They play an important role in the movement of psychological topic. And color helps in it.
‘Love triangle’, which we can see in the second fragment of the work, is the ideal form for creation of the main conflict of the work, form of choosing between beauty and power.
The author uses coloristics in describing of ‘criminal weekdays’ of Andriy and I lko. Vynnichenko gets high aesthetically satisfying results.
The episode with the dove gives us the possibility to see the semantic and psychosemantic meanings of the color. The bird is the victim of the quarrels between the characters.
We see that coloristics helped Vynnichenko to create artistry. Vynnichenko breaks stereotypes. Using colors he depicts the whole picture of world. Due to unification of different colors we can feel the atmosphere, which was described by the author
