The aims of the study were to investigate the influence of FSH and the ovary cutting treatments on the development of primordial follicles into preantral and antral follicles. Ovaries were grouped as whole ovary (without cutting); partially cut ovary and completely cut ovary (hemi ovary). All ovary groups were cultured in Dubellco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) containing 5μg/ml insulin, 10 μg/ml transferrin, 5 μg/ml selenium (ITS), 5% FBS, 50μg/ml gentamycin with and without 100μIU/ml Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH). Cultures were done in 5% CO2 incubator at 37oC. Results showed that after 8 days in vitro cultured in DMEM containing FSH, the average number of preantral follicles isolated from each whole, partially-cut and completely-cut ovaries were 16.1 ± 3.3, 26.8 ± 7.7 and 12.3 ± 1.9, respectively. On the other hand, those cultured in DMEM without FSH they were 17.3 ± 3.8, 23.3 ± 5.2 and 17.8 ± 2.8, respectively. After additional cultured for 8 days, the percentage of preantral follicles developing into the antral follicles in DMEM with and without FSH were 26.7 ± 5.7 and 11.7 ± 2.9, respectively. In conclusion, the supplementation of FSH in the culture medium did not increase the number of preantral follicles, but significantly increased the number of antral follicles. The ovary cutting treatment significantly increased the average number of collected preantral follicles

Perencanaan Tata Letak Fasilitas Mesin Produksi Menggunakan Metode Activity Relationship Chart(Arc) Di CV. Yasri Cipta Mandiri
CV. Yasri Cipta Mandiri is a CV that was established in 2018, previously this industry was a polymer filter trading industry which is currently starting to produce its own polymer filters, this company produces Polymer Filters. on CV. Yasri Cipta Mandiri found that the production process was lacking in terms of the layout of the production machine or the layout that was less efficient in the degree of proximity so that distance had an unfavorable impact on the production process at CV. Yasri Cipta Mandiri and the addition of 1 new stamping machine unit, therefore it is necessary to improve the layout of the production machine facilities. For planning the layout of production machine facilities using the Activity Relationship Chart method. The total material handling distance or the total distance from each machine is 38.8 meters before the research is carried out. After processing the data and placing the work stations according to the degree of proximity using the activity relationshipship chart method, two proposed layouts were produced where these two proposed layouts were able to minimize the distance between work stations, the proposed layout I obtained a total material handling distance of 22.25 meters and obtained a value of 22.25 meters. efficiency is 42.65%, the proposed layout II obtained a total meterial handling distance of 20.46 meters and obtained an efficiency value of 47.26%, so that the proposed layout II is recommended as the selected proposed layout.CV. Yasri Cipta Mandiri serta ditambah akan datangnya 1 unit mesin baru stamping machine maka dari itu perlunya perbaikan tata letak fasilitas mesin produksi. Untuk perencanaan tata letak fasilitas mesin produksi menggunakan metode Activity Relationship Chart. Total jarak material handling atau jarak total dari tiap-tiap mesin sebesar 38,8 meter sebelum dilakukan penelitian. Setelah dilakukannya pengolahan data dan menempatkan stasiun kerja sesuai tingkat derajat kedekatan menggunakan metode activity realationship chart dihasilkan dua layout usulan dimana kedua layout usulan ini telah dapat meninimasi jarak antar stasiun kerja, layout usulan I didapatkan total jarak material handling sebesar 22,25 meter dan memperoleh nilai efisiensi 42,65 %, layout usulan II didapatkan total jarak meterial handling sebesar 20,46 meter dan memperoleh nilai efisiensi 47,26 %, sehingga layout usulan II direkomendasikan sebagai layout usulan yang terpilih

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. This research used method with transect and according to put random with start from edge ocean to upland and with size sample partition 10 x 100 m and sub size sample partition for tree level 10 m x 10 m square with diameter > 10 cm, the sapling 5m x 5 m square with diamtere 5–10 cm and the seedling 2 m x 2 m square under 10 cm, 5m x 5 m untuk diameter tegakan 5–10 cm dan 2 m x 2 m untuk diameter tegakan < 5 cm, sedangkan perkiraan tingkat kerusakan mangrove mengacu kepada Keputusan Menteri Negara Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 201 Tahun 2004 tanggal 13 Oktober 2004 tentang Kriteria Baku dan Pedoman Penentuan Kerusakan Mangrove.
