    ABSTRAK Karakter merupakan nilai-nilai prilaku manusia yang berhubungan dengan budaya dan adat istiadat. Media audio visual yaitu salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk menyampaikan cerita pada anak guna membantu mengembangkan karakter anak usia dini Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiamana peranan guru dalam membentuk karakter anak usia dini melalui media audio visual di Taman Kanak-kanak Ulul Azmi way huwi Lampung selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian 1 guru dan 16 peserta didik. Alat pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan reduksi, display dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dapat dilihat bahwasanya karakter anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-kanak Ulul Azmi way huwi mulai berkembang, dapat dilihat dari kondisi anak yang mulai berkembang (MB) 8 anak Dari 16 anak. penulis meyimpulkan bahwa peran guru dalam membentuk karakter anak usia dini melalui media audio visual di Taman Kanak-kanak Ulul Azmi way huwi yaitu sebagai: sumber belajar, fasilitator, pengelola, demonstrator, pembimbing, motivator, evaluator, dapat membentuk karakter Anak usia dini melalui kegiatan menonton cerita dengan memperhatikan langkah-langkah dan indikator pencapaian yang sesuai dengan perkembangan karakter anak usia dini Kata Kunci: Media Audio Visual, Membentuk Karakter, Peran Guru iii ABSTRACT Character is human behavioral values related to culture and customs. Audio visual media is one of the learning media that can be used to convey stories to children to help develop the character of early childhood. This research aims to find out the role of teachers in forming the character of early childhood through audio visual media at the Ulul Azmi Way Huwi Kindergarten. South Lampung. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach with research subjects of 1 teacher and 16 students. The data collection tools that researchers use are observation, interviews and documentation. Data was analyzed qualitatively using reduction, display and drawing conclusions. From the results of the research carried out by the author, it can be seen that the character of early childhood children at the Ulul Azmi Way Huwi Kindergarten is starting to develop, it can be seen from the condition of the children who are starting to develop (MB) 8 children out of 16 children. The author concludes that the role of teachers in forming the character of early childhood through audio-visual media at the Ulul Azmi Way Huwi Kindergarten is as: learning resource, facilitator, manager, demonstrator, mentor, motivator, evaluator, can form honest, cooperative, and responsibilities for early childhood through the activity of watching stories by paying attention to the steps and achievement indicators that are appropriate to the character development of early childhood.     Family's Messengers Stories of Ulul Azmi in The Quran (A Thematic Interpretation)

    This thematic study has based on the verses about the stories (Qaṣaṣ), the kind is the story of the Ulul Azmi messengers. Ulul Azmi messengers are the five prophets who were special by Allah as in Q.46:35, Q.33:7, and Q.42:13. They are messengers who have the high determination and patience in fighting for the Allah’s religion. A messenger was a usual people who certainly lives in a family, they have parents, wives, and children. Whether the special degree that they get was also supported by family support or even their own family which be test for themselves, because defiance or denial of the Allah law. So, how does the Quran explained their family stories and their position as part of a family? This question will be tried to be answered in this thesis research. The research method is the thematic method (Mauḍū‘ī Method) which is presented based on the description and analysis of the Quran’s verses about family’s messengers stories of ulul azmi as primary data, would be taking from the interpretations of several commentaries book collected and then analyzed carefully by author, after that complement data from histories books and stories of the prophets books and other related readings. Family’s messengers stories of Ulul Azmi becomes interesting because their family members were not fully obedient people. The Prophet Nuh was preached for 950 years but only a few of people were believers, and among those who did not believe were his wife and child. The Prophet Ibrahim has a father who a carver of idol and he had to awaken his father to follow a straight path, but his father was still stubbornly opposed. Then, Ibrahim married Sarah, then remarried a slave named Hajar. From Hajar he obtained a child named Ismail and from Sarah even they were old, God gave Ishaq to them. And all of the prophets after Ibrahim came from the generations of Ismail and Ishaq. The Prophet Musa, a baby born in the age of a boy must be killed, but Allah gave inspiration to his mother to make a chest and wash it in the Nile, until the chest beyond the king’s unjust palace, he was even cared and becomes king’s foster son. He fled to Madyan, and then he married a shepherd girl. The Prophet Isa was born from the holy girl was a servant of Baitul Maqdis, since his birth his mother had been bombarded with various heinous accusations because puerperal a baby without marriage, so Isa who was still in the cradle spoke and explained to his peoples to defend his mother. The Prophet Muhammad tested when his wives demanded more shopping, and he could only leave them for one month until the verse came down to this problem. There are some verses of the Quran concerned his wives, they are Khadijah, Aishah, Hafṣah, and Zainab. Based on the results of analysis was getting family’s messengers stories of Ulul Azmi that not all of them was obedient people, some were pious and some were disbelieved to died. Each family’s messengers stories tucked many valuable lessons, about the piety of the parents who descend to their children, family relations in hereafter, family functions, responsibilities as parents, the good children, to obedience and betrayal of a wife.     Firm Size And Financial Performance On Value Of Banking Companies

    This research aims to analyze the influence of financial performance on company value in banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 period. The data used is secondary data in quantitative form in the form of annual financial reports. The sampling method used purposive sampling, which resulted in a sample of 43 companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Company size is proxied by SIZE, liquidity is proxied by a loan-to-asset ratio (LAR), profitability is proxied by operating costs and operating income (OCOI), and leverage is proxied by capital adequacy ratio (CAR) as an independent variable, company value is measured using price-to-book value (PBV) as the dependent variable. The results of this research show that company size does not have a significant effect on company value. In contrast, loan-to-asset ratio (LAR), operational costs and operating income (OCOI), and capital adequacy ratio (CAR) positively and significantly affect company value. This research provides practical implications that company value can be used as a measure of the success of company management in future operational prospects to create trust for company shareholders

    Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Pembelajaran Matematika Berbasis Android Dengan Penerapan Gamifikasi Menggunakan Rapid Application Development

    Math is often regarded as a challenging subject for students to learn. However, thereare various approaches that can aid students in the learning process, such as watching educational video online, utilizing social media platforms, reading math-related books, or using math applications. Although research has been conducted on this topic by several researchers, the existing applications do not offer enough features to enhance the understanding for learners. In light of this issue, the author proposes an application that encompasses a wide range of subjects and provide tasks and questions aligned with school curriculum. The development of this app will be based on Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology consisting of four phases. In the requirement planning phase, questionnaire will be distributed among students at SMKN 02 Bengkalis to gather requirements. The User Design phase involves conducting interviews with math teachers to ensure the design align with the application's intended purpose. During the Construction phase, the application will be developed using Visual Studio Code. Finally, in the Cutover step, the application will be tested with students and math teachers to ensure its quality and functionality. This research yielded an application that enables users to learn various math subjects, take exams, and engage in gamification elements such as challenges, badges, and achievements. The application was tested using Black Box methodology, involving both students and teachers. User feedback was gathered via questionnaire based on the System Usability Scale, and the result were analyzed using the Slovin formula, indicating the app falls under the 'good' category. The questions provided are less effective as they are chosen by the developer. To improve future research, it is advised to facilitate teachers in order to ensure more effective questions

    INDONESIA: Sekolah merupakan sebuah jenjang pendidikan yang mampu menghantarkan manusia kepada kualitas kehidupan bermasyarakat yang lebih baik. Dengan pendidikan seorang mampu mendapatkan prosentase jaminan kehidupan yang lebih baik dari yang lain. Jenjang pendidikan yang telah diwajibkan dalam proses penempuhannya menurut kebijakan pemerintah hingga sekarang ini ialah 12 tahun wajib belajar. Di mulai dari Sekolah Dasar atau sederajat, Sekolah Menengah Pertama atau sederajat, dan Sekolah Menengah Atas, Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan atau sederajat. Kebijakan wajib belajar 12 tahun ini, di berlakukan kepada setiap lapisan masyarakat tidak terkecuali kaum difabel. Difabel yang merupakan lapisan masyarakat dengan keistimewaanya diharapkan mampu memiliki kualitas kehidupan bermasyarakat yang lebih baik dengan penerapan kebijakan yang merata tersebut. Dalam realitanya, jenjang pendidikan untuk para difabel ini terbilang terbatas. Keterbatasan jangkauan Sekolah Luar Biasa umumnya hanya jenjang yang setara dengan SD, SMP dan SMA dengan pengajaran yang konvensional. Sehingga hasil dari proses pembelajaran yang telah ditempuh para difabel ini tidak mampu menjamin kehidupan dengan kualitas yang lebih baik dan kemandirianya di tengah kehidupan bermasyarakat. Dari permasalahan diatas penulis ingin merancang sebuah sekolah kejuruhan yang tidak hanya memfasilitasi para difabel dalam dunia pendidikan namun, juga memberikan bekal berupa kemampuan untuk para difabel. Sekolah kejuruhan ini memiliki lima bidang keahlian diantaranya yaitu tata boga, tata busana, tata kecantikan, computer, dan design produk. Metode perancangan yang dirasa paling tepat dalam proses penerapan perancangan Sekolah Kejuruan Difabel yaitu Arsitektur Perilaku karena metode ini mengutamakan kenyamanan bagi para difabel. Kenyamanan tidak hanya dalam hal kelengkapan fasilitas saat belajar mengajar namun juga aksesibilitas para difabel dalam melakukan aktifitas. ENGLISH: The school is an education that is capable of delivering humans to the quality of life of the society better. With education a percentage of the guarantee being able to get a better life than the others. Qualification has been required in the finishing process according to the present government's policy is that 12 years of compulsory education. At the start of elementary school or equivalent, junior high school or equivalent, and High School, Vocational High School or equivalent. 12-year compulsory education policy is, enacted to every strata of society is no exception disabled people. Disabilities that are the people with speciallity expected to be able to have the quality of life of the society better with the implementation of the uniform policy. In reality, education for the disabled is fairly limited. Schools range limitations generally only a level equivalent to elementary, junior high and high school conventional teaching. So the result of the learning process that has taken the disabled is not able to guarantee a life with better quality and independentcy in the center of social life. From the above problems the author wants to design a vocational school which not only facilitates the disabled in education, however, also provided supplies of the ability for the disabled. Vocational school has five areas of expertise among which cookery, dressmaking, hairdressing beauty, computer, and product design. The design method is deemed most appropriate in the process of implementing vocational school design architecture Behavioral Disabilities namely because this method prioritizes convenience for the disabled.     THE OPERATION OF HEGEMONY IN VICTORIA AVEYARD’S RED QUEEN

    Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard is dystopian, young adult fantasy novel setting up in the Kingdom of Norta where the construction of a class in society is determined by blood color; Silver and Red. In this novel, there is a depiction on how power and ruling position could be achieved by utilizing a process of negotiating beliefs and values rather than conducting a full coercive domination. The Silvers as the dominant class indoctrinating ideology using hegemonic apparatuses before finally gaining concensus and achieving ruling position from the Reds as subordinate class. This study uses qualitative research method. As the theoretical framework to analyze the data in the novel, this study utilizes the theory of hegemony by Antonio Gramsci. The purpose of this study is to discover how hegemony operation is constructed by the ruling class to subordinate class and to find out the ideological construction in Red Queen. The result of this study elaborates that hegemony operation works through several stages. This study also discover that hegemony operation depicted in the novel is correlatively related to the issue of racial discrimination and white supremacy in the United States. The ideological construction that is built in the Red Queen novel is to resist the totalitarian government with Silvers’ ideology that put the Reds powerless and inferior. From this result, it can be concluded that Red Queen as a cultural product acts as one of the hegemonic apparatuses to spread certain ideology of the author to the reader

    The Meaning of Patience in the Koran (Charles Sandres Peirce Semiotic Analysis)

    Patience is one of the noble morals that every Muslim must have. So far, patience is often said to be an attitude of restraint from all the trials that God has given him. However, in the Qur'an, patience has a broad meaning. This research aims to find signs of the word patience found in several verses in the Qur'an using a semiotic approach. The author himself uses Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic theory, namely trichotomy (representation, object and interpretant) to reveal the meaning of patience in the Qur'an which is used as a sign. The research method used is qualitative content analysis, namely research that aims to identify the message of a media as the object of research. The results of this research show that patience is not only interpreted as an attitude to refrain from every trial, but also means patience in enduring suffering, patience with someone's unjust actions, patience with people who deny as experienced by the Prophet Ulul Azmi, patience so as not to be sad and anxious, patiently refrain from something that is hated, patiently advise each other over all obstacles, and patiently advise each other in goodness. According to the author, this research still needs to be developed in order to expand the study of the Qur'an, especially regarding the meaning of patience in other verses in the Qur'an

    Objective: This Study aims to identify the current condition of the electric vehicle charging infrastructure in Indonesia and make predictions to achieve the 2030 Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) target.Design/Methods/Approach: The method used in this research is literature review, where the author conducts a study of literature in a number of journals and articles related to the research theme which is Development of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure in Indonesia to Achieve the Target of Nationally Determined Contribution by 2030. There are several stages conducted in this research such as data collection, data analysis and drawing conclusions. These stages are carried out to determine the development of the existing conditions of Electric Vehicle Charging facilities in Indonesia to achieve the target of Nationally Determined Contribution by 2030.Findings: Considering the target number of electric vehicles in 2030, which is 600 thousand electric cars and 2.45 million electric two-wheelers, and the charging time or battery exchange time for electric vehicles, it is estimated that Indonesia needs to build 76,562.5 Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (PEVCS) for electric two-wheelers and 18,750 Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (PEVCS) for electric cars to support the 2030 National Determined Contribution target. As for the battery exchange system for electric two-wheelers, 17,014 Public Electric Vehicles Battery Exchange Stations (PEVBES) are needed to support the 2030 National Determined Contribution target.Originality/Value: This study builds upon previous research that discusses the condition of electric vehicle infrastructure in Indonesia, by adding predictions regarding the amount of infrastructure needed to meet the 2030 Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) target.Practical/Policy implication: The research findings have significant implications for management and business practices, as well as policy aspects. In developing Public Electric Vehicle Charging Station facilities, there are many things that stakeholders need to consider, such as; Expanding the coverage of Public Electric Vehicle Battery Exchange Station facilities in rural areas, Establishing battery standards for Electric Vehicles to become a specific type of battery for Electric Vehicles that use a battery exchange system, Create battery exchange facilities for 4-wheeled vehicle
