PENERAPAN KOMBINASI METODE STUDENT TEAMS-ACHIEVEMENT DIVISIONS (STAD) DENGAN METODE TIME TOKEN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR SISWA SMK PARIWISATA
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pengetahuan Bahan Makanan kelas X Jasa Boga di SMKN 2 Subang. Metode penelitian quasi experimental design rancangan Single-Group Interrupted Time-Series Design. Sampel nonprobability sampling berupa sampling jenuh yakni seluruh siswa SMKN 2 Subang paket keahlian Jasa Boga kelas X angkatan 2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlaksanaan langkah-langkah kombinasi metode STAD dengan metode Time Token pada pembelajaran Pengetahuan Bahan Makanan berada pada kriteria sangat tinggi, aktivitas belajar siswa meningkat dengan rata-rata tingkat aktivitas berada pada kategori sedang, dan persepsi siswa tentang penerapan metode mendapatkan persepsi positif pada kriteria sangat tinggi.---The background of this research is low activity of students’ learning in Pengetahuan Bahan Makanan subject on class X Jasa Boga SMKN 2 Subang. Method of research used quasi experimental design with “Single-Group Interrupted Time-Series Design” arrangement. Sample is nonprobability sampling, it is saturation sampling, it is all students of class X Jasa Boga SMKN 2 Subang class of 2015. The result showed the steps application of STAD method and Time Token method in Pengetahuan Bahan Makanan subject has worked on highest criteria and also through this method students activties increased with an average level of activity in middle category and also students perception about this method is positive perception with very highly criteria
Meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Materi Meja Prasmanan (Buffet) Melalui Integrasi Metode STAD dengan Time Token
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Tata Hidang kelas XII Jasa Boga di SMKN 2 Subang. Metode penelitian classroom action research (CAR) atau penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan jenis PTK eksperimental. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMK Negeri 2 Subang Paket Keahlian Jasa Boga kelas XII semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 sebanyak 16 orang. Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep dan Minat Belajar Matematika Siswa Ditinjau dari Perspektif Gender
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami konsep dan minat belajar matematika dari perspektif gender, yaitu siswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII B MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Prosedur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, analisis data, dan tahap akhir persiapan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu berdasarkan indikator yang digunakan, kemampuan memahami konsep dan minat belajar matematika yang dimiliki oleh siswa perempuan memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik daripada siswa laki-laki. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa perempuan memiliki kemampuan pemahaman konsep yang lebih unggul dan minat belajar matematika yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa laki-laki
THE ABILITY TO SOLVE MATHEMATICAL PROBLEMS IN TERMS OF SELF-CONFIDENCE IN TWO-DIMENSIONAL FIGURE MATERIAL
This study aims to describe the ability to solve mathematical problems in terms of self-confidence in two-dimensional figure material. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects in this study were students of SMP Negeri 9 Serang City class VII selected by purposive sampling. The time of the research was carried out in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. The instruments used in this study were self-confidence questionnaires, mathematical problem-solving ability tests, and interview guides. Data collection techniques in this study used the triangulation method through tests, questionnaires, and interviews. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that: (1) subjects with high self-confidence can solve three problems solving according to Polya namely, understand the problem, devise a plan, and carry out the plan, (2) subjects with average self-confidence can solve two problems solving according to Polya namely, understand the problem and devise a plan, and (3) subjects with low self-confidence only able to fulfill the stages of problem solving according to Polya namely, understand the problem
PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF MAKE A MATCH DENGAN PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS SISWA
Mathematical communication is the delivery of ideas or ideas that involve physical and mental activities that must be possessed bystudents in solving a problem in mathematics. For this reason, an appropriate learning model is needed, one of which is the Make AMatch cooperative learning model. The main objective of this research is to find out whether there are differences in achievement andimprovement in mathematical communication skills of students who use the Make A Match cooperative learning model with studentswho do not use the Make A Match cooperative learning model. This research was conducted using a quasi-experimental method. Thedesign used was non-equivalent control group design while the population in this study were all grade VII students of SMP Negeri 4Serang in the 2016/2017 school year. Sampling uses a purposive sampling technique and the instruments used are tests. The resultsshowed that: (1) The final achievement of mathematical communication skills of students who get the Make A Match cooperativelearning model with a scientific approach is better than students who get learning with a scientific approach. (2) Improvement of thefinal achievement of mathematical communication skills of students who get the Make A Match cooperative learning model with ascientific approach is better than students who get learning with a scientific approach

ANALYZING STUDENTS' LEARNING DIFFICULTIES IN ALGEBRA
Abstract:This study aimed to describe a type of student learning difficulties in algebra that associated with the indicator based on the dimensions of Bloom's Taxonomy Revision. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The subject research is students of class VIII B at SMPN 7 Kota Serang. Data collection techniques used is a diagnostic test and interview. The analysis technique used is collection, reduction, presentation of data, and conclusion. The results showed that some types of students' learning difficulties in algebra. Students have difficulties in identifying the variables, coefficients, constants, and rates similar, the difficulties in simplifying a form of algebra, the difficulties of using the properties of distributive multiplication and arithmetic operations of mathematics, the difficulties in making a mathematical model of a statement or everyday problems, the difficulties in determining the overall value, per unit, and in part, the difficulties of counting based on the unit value, difficulties in resolving problems using the properties of comparative worth, and the difficulties of reflective thinking, as well as difficulty experienced by students, lies in the factual, conceptual, procedural, and metacognitive knowledge.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis kesulitan belajar siswa pada aljabar berdasarkan dimensi Revisi Taksonomi Bloom. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII B di SMPN 7 Kota Serang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes diagnostik dan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jenis kesulitan belajar siswa yaitu kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi variabel, koefisien, konstanta, dan tingkat yang serupa, kesulitan dalam menyederhanakan bentuk aljabar, menggunakan sifat-sifat perkalian distributif dan operasi matematika aritmatika, membuat model matematika, menentukan nilai keseluruhan, per unit, dan sebagian, kesulitan penghitungan berdasarkan nilai unit, kesulitan menyelesaikan masalah menggunakan sifat-sifat nilai komparatif, dan kesulitan berpikir reflektif, serta kesulitan siswa terletak pada pengetahuan faktual, konseptual, prosedural, dan metakognitif
