No full textKejadian COVID-19 di Indonesia selalu mengalami peningkatan. Pemberian vitamin C dan zinc pada dokter muda Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam pencegahan COVID-19 terhadap dokter muda yang masuk dalam kelompok beresiko tinggi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu upaya pencegahan yang dilakukan untuk menekan angka kejadian COVID-19. Kegiatan diawali dengan pembagian kuesioner kriteria COVID-19 dari Kemenkes RI, dilanjutkan dengan pemeriksaan serologis Anti SARS-CoV-2 untuk mengetahui status COVID-19 dari dokter muda. Sebanyak 47 dokter muda yang terdiri dari 32 perempuan dan 15 laki-laki berusia rata-rata 22 tahun, memiliki status kontak erat berdasarkan kuesioner, dan empat diantaranya (8,51%) dokter muda memiliki hasil reaktif. Hasil Anti SARS-CoV-2 pada kegiatan ini bukan sebagai diagnosis pasti, sehingga untuk hasil reaktif diperlukan pemeriksaan ulang dengan Swab-PCR, melakukan physical distancing serta perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat

Dalam memandang hadis Ibnu Umar yang mentalak istrinya ketika haid, berbeda
dengan pandangan mayoritas ulama yang berpendapat talak tetap sah jika suami
melakukan talak pada istri yang tengah haid, Syaikh Muhammad bin Shalih AlUtsaimin berpendapat bahwa talak yang dilakukan suami pada kondisi tersebut
tidaklah sah dan tidak terhitung sebagai talak. Ini dikarenakan talak saat haid
tersebut tidaklah sejalan titah syariat. Mengenai hal itu, tulisan ini menganalisis
pendapat Syaikh Muhammad bin Shalih Al-Utsaimin tentang talak yang dijatuhkan
suami kepada istri yang tengah mengalami haid. Penulis juga akan menampilkan
argumentasi hukum yang digunakan Syaikh Muhammad bin Shalih Al-Utsaimin
untuk menguatkan pendapatnya. Penulis menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan
dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan,
Syaikh Muhammad bin Shalih Al-Utsaimin berpandangan, suami yang mentalak
istri yang sedang datang bulan tidak sesuai dengan syariat Islam dan ia berdosa
karena melakukan hal terlarang. Tidak hanya itu, talak tersebut itu tidak sah, Syaikh
Muhammad bin Shalih Al-Utsaimin menyebutkan sejumlah dalil disertai argumen
dari Al-Quran dan sejumlah hadis yang memberikan keterangan adanya larangan
talak di saat istri haid dan tidak sahnya talak tersebut karena talak di kesempatan
tersebut tidak diajarkan Rasulullah shallallahu alaihi wasallam.

Sumber daya manusia merupakan kekuatan terbesar dalam pengolahan seluruh makhluk yang ada di muka bumi. Oleh karena itu, sumber daya yang ada ini harus dikelola dengan benar karena itu merupakan amanah yang akan dimintai pertanggung jawabannya kelak. Untuk mendapatkan pengelolaan yang baik, tentulah ilmu sangat diperlukan untuk menopang pemberdayaan dan optimalisasi manfaat sumber daya yang ada
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan MSDM pada Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ahmad Yani Banjarmasin, apakah sudah sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islami, dengan melihat dari praktik-praktik manajemen yang dilakukan Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ahmad Yani Banjarmasin.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi secara lebih mendalam selama periode tertentu sehingga mampu menggali dan mendapatkan informasi lebih jauh mengenai penerapan MSDM berbasis nilai-nilai Islam tersebut. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah bank yang bergerak dengan sistem syariah yakni Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ahmad Yani Banjarmasin. Kemudian subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ahmad Yani Banjarmasin yang telah mengabdi selama lebih dari 1 tahun dan merupakan pegawai tetap.
Hasil yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa secara garis besar nilai-nilai Islami tetap diperhatikan dan di terapkan dalam praktek MSDM di Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ahmad Yani Banjarmasin. Aspek Islami ditunjukkan dengan memasukkan beberapa kriteria-kriteria, tes, atau materi pada beberapa praktek manajemen. Kemudian sisi spiritualitas juga dilihat dari keikutsertaan karyawan pada beberapa kegiatan religi yang diadakan, hal ini mencerminkan sisi ke-Islaman dari seseorang

No full textThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment
