    This research is motivated by the Covid-19 pandemic. With the Covid-19 pandemic, all educational arrangements have changed. The educational system has undergone changes in accordance with the direction of the Government, namely implementing Distance Learning). This distance learning is carried out to break the chain of transmission of the covid-19 virus. SDN Durungbanjar Candi has a policy for different teaching and learning activities at each grade level. The research was conducted in grades 1 to 6 of SDN Durungbanjar Candi. Class 1 to 3 the learning process through TVRI broadcasts. The use of TVRI broadcasts in learning is considered easy to apply to lower classes who are not trusted to have their own cellphones or are still under full supervision by parents. In grades 4 to 6 the learning process is through the whatsapp grub application. The use of the whatsapp grub application is considered easy to implement and easy to convey communication. The research instruments used were interviews and documentation. The data collection technique used was in-depth interviews with several summons and documentation (Triangulation of Resources). Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion. The role of teachers in teaching and learning activities from home starts from planning, implementing, and assessing learning. The three indicators were achieved well except during class discussions through Whatsapp Groups, this was because gathering all students to go online together and discussing was still difficult. The obstacles experienced by teachers in implementing activities from home include the presence of underprivileged students so that they do not have their own cellphones, this makes it difficult for students to accept learning from teachers, students do not have internet quotas and there are students who cannot understand the learning videos that have been given by the teacher

    PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN PLATFORM SEESAW TERHADAP LITERASI DIGITAL SISWA KELAS IV SD

    This study aims to determine the effect of using the Seesaw platform on the digital literacy of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 34 Palembang. The research was motivated by the low level of students' digital literacy and the suboptimal use of technology in the learning process. The Seesaw platform was chosen because it offers a digital portfolio-based learning environment that fosters active engagement among teachers, students, and parents. The method used in this study was an experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group approach. The research subjects consisted of two classes, class IVA as the experimental group and class IVB as the control group, with 29 students in each. The experimental group received instruction using Seesaw, while the control group was taught using conventional methods. Data were collected through multiple-choice tests to assess students' digital literacy levels before and after the treatment. The analysis results showed an increase in the average digital literacy score in the experimental class from 58.97 to 76.55, while the control class improved from 53.45 to 65.52. A hypothesis test using the Independent Sample t-Test yielded a t-value of 7.588 with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating that H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. This confirms a significant effect of using Seesaw on enhancing students' digital literacy. Furthermore, Seesaw-based learning was found to be more engaging and interactive, thereby improving students’ participation and understanding of the lesson content

    ASUHAN KEBIDANAN BERKESINAMBUNGAN PADA NY. L USIA 33 TAHUN DENGAN ANEMIA SEDANG, OBESITAS KELAS II DAN SUSPEK MAKROSOMIA JANIN DI PUSKESMAS PAKUALAMAN YOGYAKARTA

    Asuhan kebidanan berkesinambungan yang dilakukan pada Ny. L meliputi asuhan pada kehamilan trimester III, persalinan, nifas, bayi baru lahir, neonatus dan keluarga berencana (KB). Kehamilan pada Ny. L didapatkan masalah berupa anemia sedang, obesitas kelas II dan suspek makrosomia janin. Impact dari kehamilan menyebabkan persalinan dengan seksio sesarea, didapati temuan bahwa status HbsAg Ny. L yang saat K1 negatif berubah menjadi positif. Masa nifas Ny. L dilalui tanpa masalah. Bayi baru lahir dan masa neonatus ditemui mengalami makrosomia dan transient tacyhpnea of the newborn, diikuti masalah selanjutnya yaitu ikterus. Ny. L saat ini adalah akseptor KB MOW. Pelaksanaan asuhan saat kehamilan dilakukan kolaborasi antara bidan dan dokter, diberikan suplementasi Fe, pemantauan konsumsi Fe serta konseling nutrisi untuk anemia sedang ibu, rujukan terencana telah dilakukan. Persalinan dengan seksio sesarea lebih tepat karena obesitas ibu, bukan karena suspek makrosomia. Asuhan nifas pada ibu post seksio sesarea dengan HbsAg positif. Asuhan bayi baru lahir dan neonatal dilakukan di RSUD Kota Yogyakarta selama 10 hari. Asuhan KB dengan metode MOW dilakukan bersamaan dengan operasi sesar. Evaluasi asuhan tidak memunculkan komplikasi atau memperburuk keadaan yang telah dialami ibu. Anemia sedang pada kehamilan teratasi. Masih belum diketahui darimana ibu terpajan HBV. Masa nifas berlangsung tanpa komplikasi, status kunjungan nifas sampai KF II. Bayi pulang dalam keadaan stabil setelah dilakukan penanganan terhadap kasus yang dialami. Bayi Ny. L juga telah mendapat vaksinasi sesuai rekomendasi IDAI, begitu pula dalam proteksi terhadap transmisi vertikal hepatitis B, status kunjungan neonatus lengkap. Rasa kekecewaan didapati ibu karena ibu mengira MOW dilakukan dengan mengikat tuba, pada pelaksanaannya dilakukan pengikatan dan pemotongan tuba. Asuhan yang diberikan pada Ny. L dan bayinya yang dimulai dari kehamilan trimester III hingga KB, secara garis besar sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan, akan tetapi masih ada asuhan yang kurang maksimal seperti pendekatan dan edukasi oleh bidan pada Ny. L, serta tidak munculnya second option serta kurangnya penyampaian informed consent oleh tenaga kesehatan pada pemilihan metode KB
