    McDonald\u27s is a fast food restaurant which is good because of the initial formation of the already apply standard observation checklist such as quality, service, cleanliness, and value. However, the implementation of McDonald\u27s consumers find the taste and poor service provided by the service provider. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction impact on customer loyalty. The variables used in this study is the quality of service (X) as the independent variable, customer satisfaction (Y) as a mediating variable, and customer loyalty (Z) as the dependent variable. This study conduct sampling using nonprobability sampling techniques and incidental sampling technique for distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using path analysis is used to analyze the data and to test the hypothesis. Based on the results of the analysis and processing of data it is found that quality of service influence 71.68%, customer satisfaction influence 70.3%, and customer loyalty influence 66%. The partial influence the quality of service on customer satisfaction is 30.14%. Influence of customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty is 1.04%. Influence of service quality on customer loyalty is 8.58%. The influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty simultaneously is 12.11% and is influenced by other variables amounted to 87.89%. After doing this research, the authors expects subsequent author to conduct a research about corporate social responsibility and customer relationship management with more samples so that the results of the study more representative. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perlindungan terhadap pekerja di PT. Petrokimia Gresik dalam menerapkan standar Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan perlindungan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap pekerja di PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif untuk menggambarkan serta menemukan ada atau tidaknya perlindungan bagi pekerja di PT. Petrokimia Gresik dalam Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. Sumber bahan hukum primer dalam penelitian berasal dari wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait yang meliputi pekerja dan karyawan pada Departemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja PT. Petrokimia Gresik dan untuk bahan hukum sekunder berasal dari buku, jurnal dan penelitian lain yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaan dan wawancara yang dilakukan penulis guna memeriksa kembali bahan hukum primer dan fakta di lapangan. Analisis data yang digunalan adalah metode analisis interaktif.. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dihasilkan simpulan yakni PT Petrokimia Gresik memberikan jaminan perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja terkait dengan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja yaitu dengan di susunnya berbagai kebijakan dan instrument perusahaan seperti yang tertuang pada Perjanjian Kerja Bersama, Disiplin Karyawan serta Buku Pedoman Keselamatan Kerja, yang dalam penyusunannya mengacu pada ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Akan tetapi terdapat kendala dalam upaya memberi perlindungan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pekerja yang sumbernya berasal baik dari dalam diri pekerja sendiri berupa prilaku tidak aman dan berasal dari lingkungan kerja yang membahayakan, diantaranya adalah kurangnya kesadaran pekerja akan pentingnya penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), kurangnya kesadaran pekerja dalam menerapkan larangan merokok di kawasan pabrik, mengemudi di atas rata-rata kecepatan yang di perbolehkan dan melanggar rambu-rambu berkendara, kurangnya pengetahuan akan prosedur Penanggulangan Keadaan Darurat Pabrik (PKDP), kurangnya kepatuhan dalam pengurusan syarat ijin bekerja di kawasan PT. Petrokimia Gresik. This research is empirical legal research to discover there is descriptive to describe and locate or no protection for workers at PT Petrokimia Gresik in safety and occupational health. Source material primary law in the study came from interviews with parties concerned including workers and employees at the Department of occupational safety and health workplace PT Petrokimia Gresik and for secondary legal materials derived from books, journals and other relevant research. Data collection is carried out by technical studies library and interview conducted to re-examine the author of law materials of primary fact field. Data analysis that is used is by the method of interactive. Based on the research results and conclusions generated discussion i.e. PT Petrokimia Gresik guarantee legal protection of workers ' safety and healthrelated work that is by forward various policy and instrument companies such as that contained in the Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB), the discipline of Employees as well as the manual safety, the authors refer to the provisions of the legislation in force. Work safety and health of workers which the source stemming both from within its own workers of unsafe behavior and derives from a dangerous working environment, including the lack of awareness of the importance of worker use of Protective self (APD), lack of awareness of workers in implementing smoking bans in the factory, driving above the average speed in allow and breaking signs drive, lack of knowledge of the plant's Emergency Relief procedures (PKDP), the lack of compliance in terms of clearance for a work permit in the PT Petrokimia Gresik. This study is about natural destruction done by humans which is reflected in The Curse of Maleficent novel (2014) written by Elizabeth Rudnick, and it is analyzed by using a sociological approach. The purpose of this research is to describe the indicator of natural destruction, to explain the cause of natural destruction, to explain the impact of natural destruction, to describe how natural destruction is depicted in the novel, and to reveal why the author addresses natural destruction in her novel. This research is a qualitative research. The primary data of this research is The Curse of Maleficent novel (2014) which is written by Elizabeth Rudnick. The secondary data of this research are website, author’s biography, articles and several books related to this research. There are four conclusions in this research. First, there are two indicators of natural destruction, namely pollution and destruction of forest. Second, the cause of natural destruction is human activity that can harm environment. Third, the impacts of natural destruction are illness and death. Fourth, there are fives things that support the story of natural destruction of the novel, namely the Human world, the Moors, war, human greed, and harmony.     The digital wallet application plays a crucial role in the development of modern financial systems. LinkAja is among the digital wallet applications widely used by the community. Public evaluation of this application significantly influences general perceptions and the identification of key aspects affecting user satisfaction. It is imperative for companies to understand user perspectives on the LinkAja application to serve as an evaluation basis for enhancing its performance. Aspect-based sentiment analysis is an effective tool for comprehending user opinions from diverse reviews. This research aims to develop a sentiment analysis model focusing on aspects within user reviews of digital wallet applications. The Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) method was chosen for its proficiency in addressing classification problems and handling large datasets. The author utilized 2000 user review data extracted from Google Play Store scraping for this study. These 2000 data points will be split into training and testing data in a 70:30 ratio. Each dataset will undergo preprocessing stages to ensure data cleanliness. Subsequently, the author will extract aspects from the training data using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) algorithm. Once aspects are identified, words from the training data will be transformed into vectors using Word2Vec features. Following this, aspect-based sentiment analysis classification will be conducted using the Extreme Gradient Boosting method to generate the XGBoost model. The model will then be tested on the testing data, and the evaluation results will be presented in the form of a confusion matrix. Data collection techniques carried out by the author are interviews and direct observation of the business owner of Oukla Coffee. In addition, it is supported by additional data from reading books and other sources related to the title of this research. The author conducted interviews and observations to determine the state of the company from internal and external factors that affect the marketing strategy at Oukla Coffee. The data obtained from the results of data collection will be analyzed using SWOT analysis which aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in Oukla Coffee.     AbstractThis study was to measure interaction between school type and learning outcomes in improving students’ soft skills through cooperative learning in vocational students in Bandung. The study was conducted through quasi experiments on three types of vocational schools, namely Public Vocational School with “A” Grade, Private Vocational with “A” Grade and other than “A” Grade. The study involved 240 students in six classes of observation. Data were analyzed using factorial design (2x3x3) with three ways ANOVA models. Results showed that there is an interaction between cooperative learning, school types and learning outcomes to increase students’ soft skills

    E-commerce is a modern business model that does not require the physical or verbal presence of the parties involved in the transaction, nor does it require the use of original signatures. The availability of e-commerce brings an unprecedented level of convenience to customers. Not only are customers spared the hassle of leaving home to shop, but they also have access to a wider selection of products and services at a much cheaper cost. This research aims to find out about legal protection for consumers and responsibility for losses caused by business actors in e-commerce according to Law No.8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection. The author uses normative juridical research methods, namely research that refers to legal norms that exist in legislation, literature, expert opinions, journals and the internet whose value is relevant to the issues discussed. The results of this study indicate that consumers who feel harmed can sue the business actor through the consumer dispute resolution institution with the general court (litigation) Consumers can also resolve their problems through outof-court channels (non-litigation). Consumers who are harmed as a result of receiving goods that do not match the picture have the right to compensation, compensation and / or replacement, if the goods received are not in accordance with the agreement or not as they should be

Companies are not only to be able to compete in the trade market, but also in the capital markets. The capital market is a means to make investments that allow investors to diversify investments, forming a portfolio according to the risk they were willing to bear the expected profit rate. Investments in securities are also liquid (easily changed), therefore it is important for the company always pay attention to the interests of the owners of capital by way of maximizing the value of the company, because the value of the company is a measure of the success of the operations are financial functions. Capital markets and securities industry is one of the indicators to assess a country's economy going well or not. This is due to the company in the stock market are large companies and credible in the country concerned, so if there is a decrease in the performance of the stock market can be said to have occurred also a decline in the performance of the real sector (Sutrisno, 2001). In this globalization era instability Composite Stock Price Index is one example of the change in the stock price. Changes in stock prices can be affected by many factors, which may include and merger and acquisition activity, expansion, growth of the business, the expected rate, government policies, market performance, the type of shareholder, investor psychology changing between pessimistic and optimistic, as well as the country's economy (www.gthendrawinata.com). Broadly speaking, the factors that may affect the stock price can be grouped into three categories, namely: (i) external influences (supply and demand, the level of efficiency of capital markets, the level of risk, a country's inflation rate, as well as the tax rate), (ii ) behavior of investors, and (iii) the issuer's financial performance. In this study the authors limited the problem by looking at the change in the stock price of the issuer's financial performance alone. Since the author uses fundamental analysis that focuses on the key data in the financial statements to account for whether the stock price has been in appreciation accurately. Financial analysis is highly dependent on information provided by financial statements. The financial statements of the company is one of the important sources of information in addition to other information such as the information industry, the state of the economy, the market share of the company, the quality of management and others. There are three basic financial statements produced by a company, which includes: (i) the balance sheet (ii) cash flow statement (iii) the income statement. Besides these three basic report, produced as well as the supporting statement of retained earnings statement, changes in equity, and discussions by management. The financial information contained in the company's financial statements containing historical data that is useful in the assessment of investment analysis and forecasting. An assessment of the assets and liabilities of the company, health and financial ratios is an important input in the analysis of investment, especially in the rate of return on capital that is reflected in the stock price.
