    Implikasi Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kebijakan Dividen, Dan Free Cash Flow Terhadap Praktik Fraud Di Sektor Infrastruktur Indonesia Dengan Dimoderasi Corporate Governance

    This study aims to analyze the effects of managerial ownership, dividend policy, and free cash flow on fraud practices in Indonesia’s infrastructure sector, with corporate governance as a moderating variable. The study employs panel data regression methods using a sample of infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023. The results indicate that free cash flow significantly influences fraud practices, whereas managerial ownership and dividend policy do not show a significant relationship. Corporate governance is found to moderate the relationship between free cash flow and fraud practices but does not moderate the relationships between managerial ownership and dividend policy with fraud practices. The implications of this study can assist companies and regulators in enhancing oversight of free cash flow allocation to minimize fraud risks in the infrastructure sector

    The development of information technology plays an important role in supporting academic services in higher education. Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University Surabaya implements the Student Information System (SIMAS) as an integrated academic information center. However, in its use, SIMAS experiences various obstacles, such as system downtime, slow access during high traffic, and less responsive displays on mobile devices. This study aims to measure SIMAS performance with the IT-Balanced Scorecard (IT-BSC) approach which includes four perspectives, namely Customer Orientation, Corporate Contribution, Operational Excellence, and Future Orientation. The research method used is quantitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to SIMAS users. The data obtained were analyzed using validity and reliability tests with SPSS to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results. The results of the study indicate that SIMAS performance is in the sufficient category, with Customer Orientation and Operational Excellence aspects as areas that require further improvement. The main factors that need to be improved include increasing server capacity, optimizing system speed, and developing a more responsive display for users. The conclusion of this study confirms that IT-BSC-based performance evaluation can provide strategic insights for the development of academic information systems in higher education. The recommendations produced are expected to support increased efficiency of academic services, increase user satisfaction, and strengthen information technology infrastructure at Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University Surabaya

    An Analysis Of The Relationship Between Mindfulness, Customer Experience, Word Of Mouth And Revisit Intention In The Nature Tourism Context

    This study aims to empirically examine the influence of mindfulness, customer experience, word of mouth, and revisit intention, as well as the role of customer experience as a mediator between word of mouth and revisit intention. Respondents in this study were tourists who had visited Mangrove nature tourism in Surabaya, with a sample size of 232 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods with Partial Least Squares (PLS) based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques. The results showed that mindfulness has a positive and significant effect on customer experience. In addition, customer experience significantly influences word of mouth, and customer experience also has a significant positive influence on revisit intention. These findings indicate that a positive traveller experience can encourage them to share their good experiences with others and increase their revisit intention. The research's practical implications provide insights for Mangrove nature tourism managers to improve the quality of services and facilities in order to create a better experience for tourists. Thus, it is expected that there will be an increase in positive word of mouth and revisit intention to the destination

    This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, financial attitudes, and income on the financial management behavior of MSMEs in Surabaya City. The number of respondents in this study was 120 respondents with the criteria of MSMEs located in Surabaya City, Businesses have been actively operating for at least 1 year, MSME managers are aged 18-60 years. Respondent data were collected by distributing questionnaires using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is Multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of this study explain that financial literacy and financial attitudes have a significant positive effect on financial management behavior, income does not have a significant effect on financial management behavior

    Pengaruh Penerapan Green Accounting, Kinerja Lingkungan, dan Penghargaan CSR Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pada Perusahaan Sektor Energi

    This study aims to determine the effect of green accounting implementation, environmental performance, and CSR awards on financial performance. This research method uses quantitative methods and uses secondary data obtained from annual reports and sustainability reports of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method which resulted in 14 companies with 3 years of research resulting in 42 observations. The results showed that green accounting and environmental performance have no effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, CSR awards have an influence on financial performance. Green accounting, environmental performance, and CSR awards simultaneously affect financial performance. This research is expected that companies can implement green accounting which can improve the company's financial performance in the long term and attract investors who care about environmental and social issues, and improve their reputation in the eyes of stakeholders.     This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, service quality, price and satisfaction on Wizzmie customer loyalty in the city of Surabaya. Brand image, service quality and price are important factors in the food industry as they can affect customer satisfaction which ultimately impacts their customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative method by using data collection through questionnaires distributed to Wizzmie customers in the city of Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis with the help of statistical software to test the relationship between variables. The results show that service quality does not have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, but brand image and price have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. These findings indicate that the higher the brand image and price provided by Wizzmie in the city of Surabaya, the higher the level of customer satisfaction, which ultimately increases their loyalty to Wizzmie in the city of Surabaya. Therefore, Wizzmie needs to continue to improve the quality of service to maintain the satisfaction and loyalty of Wizzmie customers in the city of Surabaya

    Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and content marketing on the purchase intention of Scarlett skincare in Surabaya with brand image as a mediating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach which is carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research sample used was 233 respondents who had bought and used Scarlett skincare products online. The data management technique in this study uses PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Structural Equation Modeling) with SMART-PLS 4.0 software and descriptive analysis using Microsoft excel. The results showed that electronic word of mouth has a significant positive effect on brand image. Content marketing has a significant positive effect on brand image. Electronic word of mouth has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Content marketing has a significant positive effect on purchase intentions. Brand image has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Electronic word of mouth has no significant positive effect on purchase intention with brand image as a mediating variable. Content marketing has no significant positive effect on purchase intention with brand image as a mediating variable.     Pengaruh Efisiensi Operasional, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Invesment Opportunity Set dan Leverage terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Sektor Consumer non-Cyclicals

    The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of operational efficiency, company growth, investment opportunity set, Leverage on company value. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data used comes from the financial reports (annual reports) of non-cyclical consumer manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2023 period. The research sample consisted of 129 companies and produced 516 data after going through a purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were processed using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25. The results of the study partially showed that the investment opportunity set variable had a significant effect, while the operational efficiency, company growth, and leverage variables had no effect on. While the results of the study simultaneously showed that operational efficiency, company growth, investment opportunity set, Leverage together had an effect on company value. The contribution in this study is not only beneficial for company management in making strategic decisions, but also for shareholders and investors in evaluating their investment prospects and revealing the factors that influence the company's financial performance.     Micro, small and medium enterprises make a large contribution to the local economy. Therefore, it is very important to conduct research on the performance of small and medium enterprises. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of financial literacy, management skills and access to capital on the success of MSME businesses in East Java. Collection data was conducted using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 small and medium enterprises in East Java province. The sampling technique used was target sampling. The data obtained were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)- WarpPLS 80 method. shows that financial literacy, management skills, and access to capital have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in East Java. The conclusion of this research shows that increasing financial literacy, management skills training, and increasing access to capital are important things to encourage the growth and desire of MSMEs By involving financial literacy, management skills, and access to capital to improve business performance, MSMEs will become more competitive and make a greater contribution to the economy, so that the government is more likely to be able to support MSME growth more effectively

    This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, corporate image, customer trust, brand reputation on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The research sample consisted of a minimum of 200 respondents selected representatively, based on the number of indicators used, multiplied by five. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. Data collection was carried out through a survey using an online questionnaire distributed via google form. Analysis of the research instrument includes validity and reliability tests, while data analysis uses descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of WarpPLS software. The results of the study indicate that corporate image and brand reputation affect customer satisfaction, but service quality and customer trust do not affect customer satisfaction. In addition, service quality, corporate image, customer trust, brand reputation on customer loyalty
