IMPROVING SOCIAL MEDIA PRACTICES FOR B-TO-B MARKET
B2B social networks are today at the heart of all discussions, whether at the professional or personal level. Indeed, there are more and more controversies around these tools of commu-nication. However, in many cases, social networks are a real advertising boost. Today, social networks in B2B are a real factor of influence and they are an integral part of a digital market-ing strategy.
An inductive research approach was applied in this thesis and a qualitative research method was used for collecting the data. The qualitative research was conducted through four inter-views, three of them with three different distributors for Kekkilä Professional and one inter-view with the marketing manager. The data was collected data from both primary and second-ary sources. Primary data was collected from the interviews and the secondary method in-cluded data collected from the author’s own experience, books and electric sources.
In the theoretical part, the author explains the meaning of digital marketing, social media mar-keting, which are the social media channels, and which social networks will be the most im-portant for Kekkilä Professional to focus on when the company will develop its social media practices for the B2B market in the future. The author continues with theories about particulari-ties for the B2B market. A SWOT analysis was created for the case company and a develop-ment plan for Kekkilä Professional is presented.
In conclusion, Kekkilä Professional should focus on social media channels (LinkedIn, Face-book and Twitter) in the future for the B2B market because using social media is essential in the digital communication era. However, it is important to take the time to design a complete social media strategy to use them wisely and to achieve the goals that Kekkilä Professional has set.
Social media has earned its acclaim in the B2B market and these channels became essential to explore, to generate traffic and to create leads

The author analyses Andrzej Dobrowolski’s exquisite edition of letters of the
editor of Kultura Jerzy Giedroyc and Teodor Parnicki written between 1946 and 1968.
This volume of their prolific correspondence reveals a lot of previously unknown facts
from the biography of the author of Słowo i ciało and the life of immigrants at the time
of the Polish People’s Republic, and shows problems Parnicki had publishing his novels

Teodor Dydyński and the legend of Gaius
The author analyses the place of Gaius in the research of Teodor Dydyński – a Polish law historian. Gaius, though not well known, became a famous Roman jurist, recognized as a great authority. His Institutiones was a complete exposition of the elements of Roman law. Dydyński thought that Gaius and his works were significant so he devoted much research to him. Dydyński translated Institutiones from Latin into Polish and published them with his own notes. He regarded Gaius as a great teacher of Roman law, he had much reverence and admiration for him, which was reflected in Dydyński’s writings. Therefore Dydyński should be seen as a scientist who created a kind of legend – the legend of Gaius

Instytucye Gaja by Teodor Dydyński: The First Polish Translation of the Gaius’ Institutions
The aim of this paper is to discuss the first translation of the Gaius’ Institutions into Polish. Its author, Teodor Dydyński, lecturer in Roman law at the Warsaw Major School in 1866-1909, limited himself to translating the first two books of the work, but laid the foundations for later translations (in 1982 and 2003). The method of translation has been discussed (including the review of the translation of book one by F. Zoll from 1865); the translators of the sources of Roman law are faced with the choice of whether to leave specialist legal terms in the original (or the polonised) version, or give them—as much as possible—entirely in Polish, through neologisms or in a descriptive manner. The method adopted by the author was also evaluated, also in terms of the precision of the translation of individual terms and formulations

Teodor Shanin’s scientific legacy: genres and models for understanding social worlds
The authors systematize the scientific legacy of Teodor Shanin in a brief review of three groups of the key, scientific works of this outstanding Israeli-British sociologist (10.29.1930–02.04.2020). This summary emphasizes Shanin's amazing ability to create original explanatory models for social sciences. His diverse and multifaceted intellectual legacy can be divided into three main genres: monographs, anthologies/textbooks, and essays. Shanin was the head of major research projects and the author of editorial prefaces and articles on explanatory models of peasant worlds and communities, informal/expolary economies, developing countries, and Marxist theory as applied to the development of Russia. © 2020 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group
