Programa de Pós-graduação em Urbanismo, História e Arquitetura da CidadeO tema desta dissertação é uma análise dos fatos históricos relacionados ao processo de implantação e à posterior desativação da EFSC no Vale do Itajaí, destacando os principais agentes do processo e a conseqüência de suas ações no domínio geográfico e social. Esta pesquisa tem sua relevância social e acadêmica como instrumento de pesquisa e de memória baseado na organização dos fatos históricos desencadeados em torno dos transportes no Vale do Itajaí, com foco para o transporte ferroviário, uma vez que há pouca publicação e pesquisa sobre a EFSC. O trabalho foi referenciado pela análise das relações sociais sob os conceitos de Santos (1991), de fatos históricos registrados em periódicos, documentos escritos, fotográficos e cartográficos, entrevistas e, quando necessário, pela busca da contextualização dentro dos acontecimentos nacionais e internacionais, para melhor esclarecimento dos fatos em escala local e regional. Além disso, esta pesquisa usou como referência a análise e os conceitos de Mumford, em sua obra A Cidade na História, abordando o processo de transformações urbanas decorrente do desenvolvimento das cidades e seus principais agentes. Conceitos de outros autores, como Villaça, Lefebvre e Halbwachs são igualmente suportes teóricos deste trabalho. A ferrovia fez parte dos planos das lideranças locais, desde as primeiras décadas de história da fundação dos núcleos urbanos na região da bacia do Itajaí, como questão básica para o desenvolvimento econômico da região. The theme of this thesis is an analysis of historical facts related to the process of implantation and further disabling of EFSC (Estrada de Ferro Santa Catarina) in the region of Vale do Itajaí, State of Santa Catarina, highlighting the main agents of the case and the consequences of their actions both on geographical and social domain. This research has a social and academic relevance as a tool for further search and memory since it presents the organization of historical facts regarding transport in the region of Vale do Itajaí, with a focus on railway transportation, especially EFSC, from which little research sources and publications can be found. The work is referenced by an analysis of social relations according to the concepts of Santos (1991); historical facts recorded in journals, written, photographic, cartographic documents; and interviews. It includes, also, some search on the context of national and international events in order to offer a better understanding of the facts in a local and regional scale. Additionally, this research used as a reference to the concepts shown an analysis registered by Mumford in his book "A Cidade na História", around the process of urban transformations resulting from the development of cities and their key players. Concepts of other authors, as Villaça, Lefebvre and Halbwachs are also devices of this theoretical work. The railway took part of the local leaders' plans since the first decades of the history of the foundation of urban areas located at the basin of the Itajaí River. It was, at that time, a basic need for the economic development of the region

The most important person for anonymous birth is Maria Geiss-Wittmann who performed"Moses Project"in 1999. And, the relationship of anonymous support and the educational thought are clarified. As a result, it became clear in her that social pedagogy and anonymous birth are related. As the second viewpoint, I analyze about the latest issue of the anonymous support in Germany. Variations on the Author
No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
A preservação documental no Arquivo Geral e no Arquivo Histórico Municipal da Prefeitura Municipal de Santa Maria

Programa de Pós-Graduação em Administração.A pesquisa aqui descrita, caracterizada como um estudo de caso, investigou a preservação documental no Arquivo Geral e no Arquivo Histórico da Prefeitura Municipal de anta Maria, confrontando-a com a literatura referenciada. A coleta de dados utilizou-se das técnicas de entrevista e observação, apoiando-se em roteiro composto por elementos provenientes da discussão teórica. Os resultados apurados revelaram um contexto de desconformidade com a literatura arquivística, superior a 50% nas categorias: paredes, piso e teto (57% - Arquivo Geral), instalações elétricas e hidro-sanitárias (57% - Arquivo Geral e 86% Arquivo Histórico), temperatura e umidade relativa do ar (80% - AG e AH), ventilação (100% - AG e 75% - AH), agentes biológicos de destruição dos documentos (80% - AG), manuseio (60% - AG), armazenamento (60% - AG), o que deixa evidente a necessidade de ações que venham a suprimir tais problemas

No full textA complexidade diz respeito à infinidade de relações e interações que permeiam o ambiente, a sociedade e os seres humanos. Por ser um conceito amplo e abrangente é inviável reduzir ou produzir significações simplistas, fechadas. Frente a complexidade da organização, exigiu-se uma abordagem dinâmica, dado que os ambientes em que estão inseridos são incertos, e demandam uma visão não linear dos fenômenos. O nosso objetivo neste artigo é elucidar o pensamento complexo e analisar as organizações complexas, como é o caso das Universidades. Deste modo, foi selecionado o caso da ampliação da rua Deputado Antônio Edu Vieira, localizada no bairro Pantanal, em Florianópolis. A partir da análise das atas, relatórios e documentos a respeito do assunto concluiu-se que houve um círculo de circunstâncias e problemas ocasionados pelas relações e interações entre os atores envolvidos. No full textTese (doutorado) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro de Filosofia e Ciências Humanas, Programa de Pós-Graduação em História, Florianópolis, 2015.Este esboço de biografia procura citar algumas imagens de Otto Maria Carpeaux: construções biográficas de naturezas múltiplas, elaboradas em contextos, por atores e sob condições igualmente díspares. Está constituído a partir de uma visão crítica da História, o que permite que ?outras imagens?, fragmentárias e não monumentais, também tenham espaço. Em diálogo com o princípio da montagem, este esboço apresenta-se em duas partes. Na primeira, Imagens possíveis, estão citadas as imagens elaboradas em vida e post mortem acerca do austríaco-brasileiro que nasceu em Viena em 1900, se exilou no Brasil em 1939 e morreu no Rio de Janeiro, em 1978. Na segunda, Montagens possíveis, apresentam-se duas possibilidades de exercício biográfico: pela leitura alegórica do documentário O velho e o Novo (Otto Maria Carpeaux), entendido como instrumento de intervenção no contexto ditatorial brasileiro e de uma reelaboração biográfica concernentes às suas experiências europeias; e pelo Caderno de imagens críticas, registro dos encontros em Carpeaux pelo meio de imagens críticas produzidas a partir da cesura do presente.Abstract : This biographical sketch attempts to quote some images of Otto Maria Carpeaux: various types of biographical constructions, carried out in different contexts by disparate authors under conditions just as distinct. It stems from a critical view of history, allowing for ?other images? fragmented and non-monumental ? to share the space.In dialogue with the montage principle, this sketch has two parts. The first, Possible Images, quotes the images produced during and after the life of the Austrian-Brazilian, who was born in Vienna in 1900, went to Brazil in exile in 1939 and died in Rio de Janeiro in 1978. The second part, Possible Montages, presents two possibilities of a biographical exercise: through the allegorical reading of documentary O Velho e o Novo (Otto Maria Carpeaux), understood as an instrument of intervention in the Brazilian dictatorship context and as a biographical retelling of the author?s European experiences; and through my Scrapbook of Critical Images, a record of the encounters in Carpeaux through critical images produced from the caesura of the present
