Cryptophasa watungi Sutrisno & Suwito 2015, sp. nov.
Cryptophasa watungi Sutrisno & Suwito, 2015 sp. nov. (Figs. 1–4) Diagnosis. The adult of C. watungi sp. nov. can be easily distinguished from other species based on the wing maculation. The characteristics of male forewing are black fuscous along the entire costa, white fuscous with brown-tinged from the discal cell towards dorsum and two black spots on the discal cell. The hindwing is predominantly white fuscous tinged with brown from the cubito-anal (CuA 1 and CuA 2) area towards dorsum, with an orange-tinged basal line of terminal cilia which becomes paler towards tornus. In the male genitalia, the distinguishing character of this species is a strongly sclerotised apex of the finger-shaped uncus. In the female, the forewings are white-ochreous tinged with brown, more pronouncedly so toward the margins, with a black reniform spot at discal cell, indistinct black dots at margin and a yellow-orange basal line of terminal cilia. Description. Male (Fig 1) : Wing length 14 mm. Head grey. Labial palpus grey, slender, about 2 times vertical diameter of eye, pointed last segment directed slightly forward. Antenna fasciculate-ciliated, extended to about half of length of forewing, dorsal surface covered with longitudinal rows of black scales along entire length. Thorax white, tegula dark grey. Legs black, with hind tibia externally covered greyish-white scales. Forewing oblong, costa slightly arched at base, thence nearly straight, apex obtuse, hind margin slightly oblique, rounded, along entire costa black, discal cell with two dark spots, from discal cell towards dorsum white, terminal cilia black. Hindwing black fuscous, except at 2 / 3 basal costa white, from cubito-anal (CuA 1 and CuA 2) area towards dorsum white-fuscous with brown tinge, terminal cilia grey with orange-tinged basal line at termen, basal line paler towards tornus. Abdomen slender with first segment white, second segment toward seventh segment brown to dark brown gradually, distal segment black with white tinge. Female (Fig. 2) : Wing length 24 mm. Head white. Labial palpus grey, slender, directed upward. Antenna fasciculate-ciliated (cilia less dense than those of male), dorsal surface covered with longitudinal rows of black scales along entire length. Thorax entirely white. Legs black, with last tibia partly covered with grey scales. Forewing white ochreous tinged with brown, denser towards margin; discal cell with a black reniform spot; margin with indistinct black dots; terminal cilia grey with yellow-orange basal line. Hindwing fuscous; hind margin with indistinct black dots; cilia yellow orange. Abdomen dark fuscous, except for first segment greyish white. Male genitalia (Figs 3 a, 3 b) : Uncus divided dorsally into two lobes, divided into two apical processes, slightly bent downward, strongly sclerotised at finger-shaped apex. Gnathos laterally fused with two sclerotised arms to base of uncus. Tegumen broad, gently arched, margins slightly sclerotised; articulated with vinculum. Vinculum Ushaped, with weakly developed saccus. Juxta weakly sclerotised, bottle-shaped, elongate and extended from tegumen to saccus. Anellus tubular, weakly sclerotised, broad towards distal end; apex bifid. Valva tapered with scattered short setae. Costa of valva strongly arched inwardly; apex blunt. Lower margin of supravalva gently curved, slightly sinuate towards base. Basis of valva elongate-triangular. Sacculus elongate, rounded towards base, scattered setae; apex sharply pointed. Claspers joined to upper saccular margin, extended up to apex of sacculus. Aedeagus tapered with a narrowed part near anterior end. Female genitalia (Fig. 4) : Ovipositor lobes tubular with scattered setae, anterior apophyses long, posterior apophyses shorter, about half of length anterior aphophyses. Antrum with rather narrow patch of strong sclerotisation; ductus bursae rather long, about 1.5 length of posterior apophyses, slender, membranous. Corpus bursae ovate, membranous, without signa. Watung (junior author) who has collected extensively larvae in clove plantation in North Sulawesi and reared them during two and half months to get the adults. Distribution and biology. This species is distributed across North Sulawesi following the presence of clove trees in that area. The species is recorded in the following five districts: Minahassa, South Minahassa, North Minahassa, Bolaang Mongondow and South Bolaang Mongondow. The larvae of this species feed in the bark and bore the stem of clove tree (Syzygium aromaticum: Myrtaceae) forming a shallow tunnel (2-3 cm in deep) for burrowing and pupation. The active larvae always build a shelter from the frass or a mix of frass and leaves to protect the burrow from water and predators. Remarks. This species is sexually dimorphic, the male is about half the size of the female. As in other species of Cryptophasa, the male antennal ciliae are also longer than those in the female. The author analyzed data in the form of financing data reports on KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray Branch Sutrisno from 2014 until 2016. The results showed based on the analysis that the Non Performing Loan (NPL) Financing in KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray Branch SutrisnoMedan from 2014 until 2016 fluctuate every year. Viewed from the average percentage of risk level KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray Branch Sutrisno set by Bank Indonesia (BI) is 5% below the percentage for low category loans with an average amount of 0,02%. PROSES KREATIF ANTONIUS WAHYUDI SUTRISNO SEBAGAI KOMPOSER GAMELAN
The creativity of Antonius Wahyudi Sutrisno (Dedek) in creating the composition be an interesting thing for the author to be further investigated. This research was focused on the factors behind Dedek in finding creative ideas. Dedek works based on tradition reiterates that he uses the idiom of tradition in his works. The idioms used a series of structures, motifs or patterns, and techniques. From the idiom invention, the author observed the tradition one, of such pathet space, instruments (gamelan), and a model of the work, which all is associated with the science of Javanese gamelan. Through pathet space, the author assume that Dedek has a unique in terms of the selection range of tones, although, that is uncommonly performed in tradition karawitan. The exploration of the instruments and methods in use in Dedek works, gamelan instruments perceived authors have character and distinctive characteristics. While on the model of Dedek composition is not far from the tradition of serving space and schema structure that resembles a traditional convention. This research reviewed the more clearly about the characters of the existing tradition in Dedek works that came from the tradition idioms.

<i>Agrioglypta hastantiae</i> Sutrisno, sp. nov. <p>Figs 1A–C, G–I</p> <p> <b>Diagnosis.</b> <i>Agrioglypta hastantiae</i> <b>sp</b>. <b>nov</b>. is easily distinguished from the closest species <i>A. excelsalis</i> (Walker, 1866) by a black trapezoidal medial line on the forewing, running from the mid-costa towards the end of the discal cell, and continues with a white ovate band as well as a black-tinged at both edges from M 3 towards CuA 2 and turned into whitish-yellow from CuA 2 toward the dorsum (Fig. 1A). On the other hand, a dark triangle medial line of the forewing on <i>A. excelsalis</i> continuously run from the mid-costa towards the dorsum (Fig. 1D). In addition, the male genitalia of this new species shows uniquely dense scaled at central and margin part of valva and the tip of fibula recurved (Fig. 1B).</p> <p> <b> Description. <i>Male</i> (Fig. 1A):</b> Forewing length 7 mm. Head with frons black at middle, white-yellowish edge, and vertex black. Labial palpus subascending with long, rough black scales, yellow-tinged from middle to apex, and white scales at ventral from middle to basal. Maxillary palpus prominent, first and third palpomeres covered with yellow scales, while second has black scales. Proboscis white and well-developed. Antennae filiform, extending to approximately full forewing length, while dorsal surface covered with a longitudinal row of black scales, ventral surface with minute yellow cilia. Thorax black at dorsal and white at ventral part, patagia black with white scales at middle and yellowish-white tegulae. Legs white, epiphysis covered with black scales. Forewings triangular, with white terminal cilia and dark scales at apex and tornus. Hindwing with a yellow straight discal bar and a snow white fringe running from tip of Sc+R 1 toward tip of CuA 1. Abdomen slender, with first segment towards 8 th black to dark brown gradually, 6 th segment bears pair of black pencils setae, while ventral 9 th segment bears a bundle of black tuft scales, curved upwards to cover anal lobe.</p> <p> <b> <i>Male genitalia</i> (Figs 1B, 1C):</b> Tegumen subtriangular, subscaphium slightly sclerotized; uncus simple, weakly sclerotized with a narrow triangular base, medially narrow, curved subdistally and apically blunt, not extended at apex of valva; valva simple, semirectangular, center of ventral part with densely scaled as well as margin of valva; fibula never exceeding valva length, curved inwardly, pointed apically; juxta prominent, tongue-shaped, weakly sclerotized; vinculum simple, semicircular. Coremata large, ovate, with a bundle of lamellar scales, almost twice size of valva. A Semiotics Study on Siwa-Buddha Faith In Blitar East Java The Temples and Their Ornaments: English
Brahmaraja Triloka Pura Community as the preserver of the Siwa-Buddha faith has a valuable and important concept depicted through various symbols in its temples. This study aims to reveal the meaning of the temples and their ornaments in the area of Brahmaraja Triloka Pura Community. This study shows that there are main temples in the area, namely Siwa/Daha, Brahma/Jenggala, and Wisnu/Kediri. Then the ornaments found consisted of dragons, makaras, woman statues. Those temples and ornaments symbolize some main concepts of the teachings including Triloka Pura as the last Majapahit, worshiping and respecting ancestors in the sangkan paraning dumadi system, and the combined elements of father and mother in the Siwa-Buddha concept.

Numerical analysis of wave transmission behind floating breakwaters
Floating breakwaters (FBs) have been widely used as an alternative solution to protect coastal sites especially small harbors and certain areas which are not suitable for rubble mound breakwaters. Floating breakwater cannot completely stop the incident wave action. Instead, it attenuates the wave action by partially transmitting, partially reflecting, and partially dissipating the incident wave. The efficiency of the FBs profiles and configurations can be quantified by its transmission coefficient which is the ratio of the significant wave height at the lee side of the FBs over the significant wave height at the front side. The aim of this master thesis was to perform a numerical analysis of FBs structures by means of WAMIT and MultiSurf. The study was focused on the wave transmission behind the FBs and the response motions of the structure. Twelve cases based on laboratory experiments were numerically analyzed and some of the results were compared to available measurement data. Some results were satisfactorily confirmed to the experiment result while other results were still far from perfect. Some improvement methods were recommended to be carried out in the future work i.e. trying out more structure geometry representation, simulating more cases which are comparable to the experiments, and more detail study of how the experiments were carried out and how the final outputs were calculated.CoMEMHydraulic EngineeringCivil Engineering and Geoscience
Designing a Firefighter Motorcycle as an Effort to Provide an Early Response to Fire Disaster / Himawan Hadi Sutrisno and Triyono
As an effort to mitigate the fire disaster especially in densely populated areas with very narrow accesses, the author attempted to design a firefighter motorcycle by fulfilling the minimum equipment requirements for a firefighter motorcycle. In the process of the design, the type of the pump, the pump clutch, the pump bracket, and the dimensions of outlet and inlet pipes as well as the placement/storage of the hose and the fireproof suit in the motorcycle became the factors that were put into consideration. The motorcycle was also equipped with other firefighting equipment which would not ergonomically interfere with the motorcycle’s normal performance. This type of firefighter vehicle may be effective for such areas and suitable for an early response to the fire disaster due to its swift mobility to the fire location
Kepemimpinan desa tangguh terhadap kinerja Penyelesaian Covid-19
In Indonesia, we have experienced the coronavirus pandemic or what we call the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 virus is transmitted through droplets of saliva caused by coughing, sneezing and exhaling. All cities in Indonesia are affected, including Sidoarjo, which is included in the orange zone. Various methods have been carried out by the Sidoarjo regency government, including the socialisation of handwashing, masks and hand sanitisers, and even the formation of a harsh village to respond to Covid-19. This study aims to analyse the application of tough village leadership and its impact on the completion of Covid-19 in the Sidoarjo district. This research was conducted in the Sidoarjo Regency, especially the Sidoarjo district. This research is qualitative research with phenomenology and analysed using the NVivo tool. Data collection methods used are observation, interview (interview), and documentation. This research focuses on the application of resilient villages with research participants, namely policymakers about Covid-19 in Sidoarjo, namely the Health Office, Village Head, Officials and the community. The expected outcome of this research will be able to make a significant contribution to the world of education and health, especially regarding public policy governance, health services and the health of resilient rural communities
