Prosedur radiologi diagnostik tidak selalu dilaksanakan oleh operator yang berkualifikasi atau di bawah pengawasan ahliradiologi. Keadaan seperti ¡ni mungkin berpengaruh pada terimaan dosis pasien. Penetapan tidak langsung kondisi paparan rutin yang diterapkan dalam praktek radiologi diagnostik di rurnah sakit kadang-kadang sangat bermanfaat. Salah satu cara pelaksanaannya adalah melalui pengukuran dosis kulit Ds , dosis tempat berkas keluar danpasienDex , dan dosis pada arah berkas menuju gonad Dg yang diterima pasien yang mendapat pemeriksaan radiografi thoraks. Terimaan dosis ¡ni diukur menggunakan dosimeter termolumin esensi (DTL 100) yang masing-masing ditempelkan pada punggung dan dada pasien, dan yang ketiga ditempelkan 25 cm dibawah dosimeter pertama. Diperoleh data dan 1437 pasien dari berbagai rumah sakit diJawa. Di antaranya 753 pasien yang mendapat perneriksaan radiografi penuh, 295 mendapat pemeriksaan radiografi mini (MCS), dan 389 mengalami pemeriksaan fluoroskopi. Pemakaian tabung sinar-X dengan tegangan di bawah 70 kV dan tanpa dipasang filter tambahan, menghasilkan Ds /Dex lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang menggunakan teknik tegangan lebih tinggi ditambah dengan pemasangan filter. Pemberian paparan dengan berkas radiasi yang terlalu luas menghasilkan Ds/Dg yang rendah di band¡ngkan dengan luas berkas yang lebih kecil

No full textUltra petita decision practiced under the MK’s jurisdiction to review the constitutionality of legislation needs to be assessed carefully. This practice should not be condemned as illegitimate because there is no explicit constitutional rule that guarantee it. The author therefore argues that this practice can be justified under two reasons. First, judicial activism. Second, the very nature of constitutional adjudication in order to defend the supremacy of the constitution over legislation. According to these reasons, the MK’s ultra petita decision should be upheld because this practice is the most reasonable means to protect the constitution

No full textBlockchain technology has become a major focus in the development of decentralized web applications, opening a new era in the evolution of the internet known as Web3. In the midst of this development, startup company PT. Pintar Media Teknologi introduced a cryptocurrency launchpad application that relies on blockchain technology to provide decentralized solutions in crypto asset trading. The author has the opportunity to conduct research at PT. Pintar Media Teknologi to build a cryptocurrency launchpad application. The blockchain application development methodology applied is the Agile Scrum methodology. Through analyzing the features developed, such as Entity Relationship Diagram design, database design, to the implementation of key features such as authentication using Web3, token management, and launchpad management. The results of this study provide insight into the practice of developing blockchain applications and the author's contribution to this research is to design and implement a cryptocurrency launchpad information system according to the needs of stakeholders so as to accelerate the product development process.Teknologi blockchain telah menjadi fokus utama dalam pengembangan aplikasi web terdesentralisasi, membuka era baru dalam evolusi internet yang dikenal sebagai Web3. Di tengah perkembangan ini, perusahaan startup PT. Pintar Media Teknologi memperkenalkan aplikasi launchpad cryptocurrency yang mengandalkan teknologi blockchain untuk memberikan solusi terdesentralisasi dalam perdagangan aset crypto. Penulis mendapatkan kesempatan untuk melakukan penelitian pada PT. Pintar Media Teknologi untuk membangun aplikasi launchpad cryptocurrency. Metodologi pengembangan aplikasi blockchain yang diterapkan adalah metodologi Agile Scrum. Melalui analisis fitur-fitur yang dikembangkan, seperti perancangan Entity Relationship Diagram, desain basis data, hingga implementasi fitur-fitur utama seperti autentikasi menggunakan Web3, manajemen token, dan manajemen launchpad. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang praktik pengembangan aplikasi blockchain dan kontribusi penulis pada penelitian ini adalah merancang dan mengimplementasi sistem informasi launchpad cryptocurrency sesuai dengan kebutuhan para stakeholders sehingga dapat mempercepat proses pengembangan produk
Influence of Leader Orientation, Working Spirit and Working Environment against Employee Performance in Hospital Pertamina Pangkalan Brandan
No full textThe purpose of this study was to test and know more clearly how the influence of orientation leaders, morale, and the environment on the performance employee. The problem is that the author adopted, namely: whether orientation leaders, morale and working environment have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees Hospital Pertamina Pangkalan Brandan. This study uses a quantitative method involving 70 respondents. Collecting data is done using questionnaires division. The acquired data was analyzed using statistical formulas, using multiple linear regression analysis performed with SPSS version 23 program.
Results of regression analysis as follows:
Y = 2.861 + 0.308 X1 + 0.120 X2 + 0.446 + ε
Variable orientation of leaders has the greatest influence on the performance of employees 0.342. The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination is known that 76.2% of the employee's performance variation can be explained by the orientation leaders, morale and working environment at the 0.05% level of confidence. While the remaining 23.8% is explained by other variables not included in this study. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that partial orientation leaders have significant influence on employee performance. The test results simultaneously show the orientation leaders, morale and working environment has a significant influence on employee performance
Customer-Based Brand Equity, Product Quality, Price and Customer Loyalty in Electronic Industry of Refrigerator
No full textThe purpose of this study was to analyse the extent of Consumer-Based Brand Equity, Quality Product and Price affects customer loyalty at PT. Panasonic Gobel Indonesia Branch Medan and to compare the theories. The author examined by collecting data using a variety of library research, questionnaires are structured as an instrument to obtain quantitative data with Likert-scale systems are distributed to 68 respondents. Data was then compiled then processed and analysed using multiple regression analysis techniques (multiple regression) through the test of validity, test of reliability and test of classic assumptions. By using the tools of Statistical Product Service Solutions program (SPSS version 22.0). From the survey results revealed that the influential Consumer-Based Brand Equity, Product Quality and Price simultaneously with the results Fhitung 18,457 > Ftabel 2,75 and probability sig. 0,000 < 0,05 then reject ho (accept hi) that the Consumer-Based Brand Equity, Product Quality, Price simultaneously significantly influence Customer Loyalty PT. Panasonic Gobel Indonesia Branch Medan. The Consumer-Based Brand Equity there is for the partial influence on the Customer Loyalty with a value of thitung 3,980 > ttabel 1,997 and sig. 0,000 < 0,05, the Product Quality there is for the partial influence on the Customer Loyalty with a value of thitung 3,874 > ttabel 1,997 and sig. 0,000 < 0,05 and the Price there is for the partial influence on the Customer Loyalty with a value of thitung 2,483 > ttabel 1,997 and sig. 0,002 < 0,05. From the test results are also obtained by the value of determination R square is 0,564 or 56,4%. It is claimed that Consumer-Based Brand Equity, Product Quality and Price is an excellent way to improve Customer Loyalty and also the hypothesis that the authors proposed previously received
