Religious Human Resources Management: Perichoresis to manage or to be managed?
The meaning of the Greek word, which is Perichoresis as co – indwelling or co – inherence in the sight of
the Trinity as the dogma of Christian has a broader perspective of mutual interpenetration of Beings. Thus,
it leads the author to argue that Perichoresis is terminus technicus in assessing the management of people
(Human Resources Management and People Development) to synergize the jobs for maintaining and
achieving the goal of the company. Thus, there are three mainstreams of this article, which are: Firstly, I
will look at the history of Perichoresis as a terminus technicus; Secondly, I will explore Human Resources
Management and People Development as the parallel of Perichoresis; and Lastly, I will construct a concept
of Perichoresis as terminus technicus in Human Resources Management and People Development to
achieve the vision of the company.

Suffering in the Perspective of Being Religious
Humans and suffering are inseparable because they complement each other throughout life. Basically, humans, as weak creatures, always seek religion as external guidance to support their lives. Therefore, we assert that religious premises serve as external power to help humans survive suffering by building an understanding of religion and suffering from the perspective of religious sociology and by offering an argument for how Job accepted suffering to show himself to be a religious man. In the last part of our paper, we will show that suffering forms a man as a religious man in the faith growth as part of the human life process

Mulajadi Nabolon: From Indigenous Religious Practice to Contemporary Society in the Public Sphere
Mulajadi Nabolon is a personification of God in the tribal religious concept that departs and
develops from within the culture of the Batak tribe in Indonesia. Its images and teachings are not only
limited to epistemological constructions of religion that persist in dogmatic beliefs but become instructions,
norms, ways of life, and behavioral control integrated into modern society’s social life in the technological
era. Even this concept rests on the harmony that humans are part of nature and vice versa, so the two should
not destroy each other. This concept bequeaths knowledge and instructions to the Batak people in building
social behavior wherever they are from generation to generation. The movement of religion and culture
triggers the indigenous religion’s travel to contemporary society. This research will answer why the Mulajadi
Nabolon concept persists in contemporary Batak society in this all-digital era. The problem statement of
this research is discussed with the critical thinking method and sociological religion approach through
books, journal articles, and the old manuscripts of the concept of Mulajadi Nabolon. This research shows
that the indigenous belief system sustains and impacts contemporary society. In conclusion, personifying
Muljadi Nabolon creates the space of traveling the local religion to contemporary religion through the local
values as the holder for behaving and instructing ways of life.

A Theological Implication of ‘Humility’ in Mark 10: 13-16 from the Perspective of the Parable of the Kingdom of God
The parable of the Kingdom of God brings the seriousness of studying about the meaning of what the Lord Jesus Christ wants to say. There are many arguments to say about the meaning of the Kingdom of God, while a new approach of the twentieth century appears. The study of historical Jesus by N. T Wright gives the idea of Jesus, Israel, and the Cross. If the parable of the Kingdom of God is retelling the story of Israel, then the new concept of the Kingdom of God should be different from the old Israel. The concept of humility should be seen as the way out of the Kingdom of God. Mark 10: 13 – 16 where the Lord Jesus Christ uses the concept of the little children, it apparently shows the helplessness and humility concepts as the way out for the Kingdom of God. However, the concept of humility should be seen as the proclamation of the Kingdom of God in the perspective of a mission to the people. Finally, the concept of humility also should not beyond the limitation of the Gospel. It should be in the line of the meaning of the Gospel itself. We are encouraged not to repeat what history happens, but rather to learn from the history of Liberation Theology. Â
Philosophy of Nemui Nyimah as an Indonesian pedagogic value of theology for disability
This study aims to carry the local philosophical value of Indonesian culture, Nemui Nyimah, as the value of theology for disability. Religious institutions’ inability to provide hospitality for people with disabilities creates a social gap in society. The incapability of religious institutions is due to psychological and economic aspects. This situation makes it a heavy burden for religious institutions to increase the well-being of those with disabilities and to provide facilities for them. As a society leaves the job of accepting disabilities at the religious institution’s door, it constructs the inability of it. Through the sociology of religion approach, this research brings up the emic perspective of the problem. The core problem is analyzed and presented logically and systematically through critical thinking by assessing the literature. The result of this study is to convey the local culture, Nemui Nyimah, as a theological value of life, solidarity, hope, hospitality, and economic justice for disability. The conclusion is that the culture of Nemui Nyimah constructs theology for disability through the cosmological value of accepting with the open arms of a church as Christ accepts the failures

Jaran Kepang Papat: From the Indigenous Dancing to the Contemporary Practice in Strengthening the Theological Value of Salvation
This research aims to show that indigenous dancing expresses religious teaching through its rites and rituals, which must be performed in the community as a way of life in strengthening the value of theology of salvation. Jaran Kepang Papat is the indigenous dance of the Javanese, and it expresses the dogma of prayers for salvation and prosperity through the movement and songs conducted. This intersection uses the sociology of religion method through analytical and logical writing. Therefore, this article argues that the value of the indigenous dancing Jaran Kepang Papat quickens the theological value of salvation through the perspective of Sedulur Papat Kalima Pancer. As a result, this study finds that Jaran Kepang Papat's dancing highlights the theological concept of salvation in Christianity through the forming of behavior and attitude in society. This study concludes that Jaran Kepang Papat's dancing proves that local culture and dogma are mutually reinforced in society
