    This research aims to explore the implications of organizational culture and organizational commitment on staff performance at the Trenggalek Regency Tourism and Culture Office. In the period from August 2022 to January 2023, quantitative research methods were used with 79 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected via questionnaire using a Likert scale, then analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings show that organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on staff performance, with a p-value reaching 0.000. Likewise, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on staff performance, with a p-value of 0.012. With a coefficient of determination of 0.471, around 47.1% of the variation in staff performance can be explained by organizational culture and organizational commitment

Syafruddin, M.P.ABSTRAKVulnus morsum adalah luka mekanik yang diakibatkan oleh gigitan hewan, umumnya akibat gigitan anjing. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk mengetahui teknik penanganan luka gigitan (vulnus morsum) pada anjing pemburu. Pada tanggal 10 Februari sampai 10 Juni tercatat ada 8 kasus luka gigitan (vulnus morsum). Berdasarkan anamnesa dan pemeriksaan fisik luka gigitan (vulnus morsum) disebabkan oleh gigitan anjing dan babi hutan. Penanganan dengan melakukan terapi dan teknik penjahitan untuk menutupi luka pada pasien. Perawatan luka dilakukan pembersihan luka dan pemberian obat. Luka dapat disembuhkan selama 10 hari. The purpose of this activity is to determine the technique of treating bite wounds (vulnus morsum) in hunting dogs. From 10 February to 10 June there were 8 cases of bite wounds (vulnus morsum). Based on the history and physical examination, the bite wound (vulnus morsum) was caused by the bite of a dog and wild boar. Handling by performing therapy and suturing techniques to cover the patient's wound. Wound care is done by cleaning the wound and administering medication. Wounds can be healed for 10 days.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Sri Windari,K7113268 UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJARIPA MATERI PERISTIWA ALAM MELALUI KOOPERATIF TIPE THINK PAIR SHARE (TPS) (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Pada Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menigkatkan hasil belajar materi peristiwa alam melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan.Tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan tahap refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah saya sebagai peneliti, guru dan siswa kelas V SD Negeri Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 30 siswa sumber data berasal dari guru, siswa dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara,tes , dan dokumentasi. Validitas data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis interaktif dengan empat buah komponen yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penjajian data dan penerikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-ratahasil belajar peristiwa alam pada kondisi awal adalah 61,50 dengan persentase ketuntasan kelas sebesar 33,33%. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat menjadi 71,83 dengan persentase ketuntasan kelas sebesar 56,67%. Pada siklus II rata-rata meningkat menjadi 78,77% dengan persentase ketuntasan kelas sebesar 90%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share dapat meningkatkan Hasil belajar materi peristiwa alam siswa kelas V SD Negeri Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017. At fifth grade V students of SD Negeri Surakarta in academic year 2016/2017. This research was classroom action research consist of two cycles. Each cycles had to meetings. Each one consist of four phases, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflecation. The subjects of this research is I as a research, teacher and the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Surakarta many as 30 students. The sources of data there were teacher, students dan documents. Technique of the data collecting included observation, interviews, testing, and documentation. The data validity used triangulation of source and technique. The data analysis technique use interactive analysis model which consist of four components, namely: Data collection, data reducation, data display and verification. The result of this research show that before the action (pre-action) the average score on learning result of natural events is 61,50 with the classical completenes persentage 33,33%. Following the treatment, the average score become 71,83 with the classical completenes persentage 56,67% in cycle I, and 78,77 with the classical completenes persentage 90% in cycle II respectively. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the result of cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share type can improve the learning result in Natural Science with the topic of discussion of Natural Events of the student in Grade V of State Primary School of Surakarta in Academic Year 2016/2017.     ABSTRAK Nama : Windari Amelia NPM : 2120600031 Judul : “Pengelolaan BUMDES untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADes) di Desa Tembok Luwung Kecamatan Adiwerna Kabupaten Tegal Tahun 2023” BUMDES merupakan Lembaga Usaha Desa yang dikelola oleh masyarakat desa dalam upaya untuk memperkuat Pendapatan Asli Desa yang dibentuk berdasarkan kebutuhan dan potensi desa. Pokok Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah (1) Apakah keberadaan pengelolaan BUMDes Guyub Rukun di Desa Tembok Luwung mampu meningkatkan PADes. (2) Bagaimana pengelolaan BUMDes Guyub Rukun di desa Tembok Luwung dalam memberikan keuntungan untuk meningkatkan PADes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskripsi, yang merupakan tipe penelitian yang dapat memberikan gambaran faktual mengenai Pengelolaan BUMDES untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADes) di Desa Tembok Luwung Kecamatan Adiwerna Kabupaten Tegal Tahun 2023. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keberadaan pengelolaan BUMDES Guyub Rukun ini sudah cukup mampu untuk meningkatkan PADes, meskipun tidak secara signifikan, Beberapa pengelolaan BUMDES dalam penguatan SDM dan peningkatan pola kerjasama dengan pihak ketiga lainnya dalam rangka pengembangan BUMDES, meningkatkan program pelatihan bagi anggota BUMDes baik mengenai administrasi maupun tata cara kelembagaan lainnya dan sosialisasi BUMDes untuk meningkatkan inisiatif warga masayarakat untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan BUMDes. Pembagian keuntungan BUMDES dalam Pengelolaan BUMDes Guyub Rukun di Desa Tembok Luwung sebanyak 25% kepada Pemerintah Desa untuk Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADes) setiap tahunnya.     Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     ABSTRAK Tutut Windari, 2024. “Penerapan Media Gambar Berseri Berbantuan Teknik Montase Pada Pembelajaran Keterampilan Menulis Narasi Siswa Kelas V SDN 5 Salamae Kota Palopo” Skripsi Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo. Dibimbing oleh Hj. Nursyamsi dan Nurul Khairani Abduh. Penelitian ini membahas pokok permasalahan yang berkenaan dengan keterampilan menulis narasi dan media gambar berseri berbantuan Teknik montase siswa kelas V di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 5 Salamae Kota Palopo. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kemampuan keterampilan menulis narasi melalui media gambar berseri berbantuan teknik montase. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) atau Classroom Action Research dengan menggunakan model penelitian mix method dengan gabungan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara bersamaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 5 Salamae Kota Palopo. Objek penelitian ini adalah media gambar berseri yang berbantuan teknik montase yang diterapkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik, subjek penelitian siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 5 Salamae kelas V yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, refleksi. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pada tahap prasiklus, nilai hasil keterampilan menulis narasi siswaa dengan nilai rata-rata adalah 47,30%. Setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan media gambar berseri berbantuan teknik montase, pada siklus 1 nilai keterampilan menulis narasi siswa dengan nilai rata-rata adalah 66,80%. Kemudian, dilanjutkan pada siklus II nilai hasil menulis narasi siswa dengan nilai rata-rata adalah 76,53%. Dengan demikian, keterampilan menulis narasi siswa kelas V SDN 5 Salamae Kota Palopo dengan menerapkan media gambar berseri berbantuan teknik montase yang dimulai dari siklus pertama sampai siklus ke-2 menunjukkan hasil yang efektif. Oleh karena itu, media gambar berseri berbantuan teknik montase perlu dijadikan referensi guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran keterampilan menulis narasi di sekolah dasar, khususnya SDN 5 Salame Kota Palopo. This study discusses the main problems related to narrative writing skills and serial image media assisted by montage techniques for grade V students at Salamae State Elementary School 5 Palopo City. Thus, this study aims to determine the ability of narrative writing skills through serial image media assisted by montage techniques. This research uses the type of classroom action research (PTK) using a mix method research model with a combination of quantitative and qualitative research approaches simultaneously. This research was conducted at SDN 5 Salamae Palopo City. The object of this study is a serial image media assisted by montage techniques that are applied according to the needs of students, the research subjects of State Elementary School 5 Salamae class V students totaling 26 students. Data collection techniques used, namely planning, action, observation, reflection. From the results of the study, it was found that at the precycle stage, the value of students' narrative writing skills with an average score was 47.30%. After learning by applying serial image media assisted by montage techniques, in cycle 1 the value of students' narrative writing skills with an average score was 66.80%. Then, continued in cycle II the value of the results of writing student narratives with an average score of 76.53%. Thus, the narrative writing skills of grade V students of SDN 5 Salamae Palopo City by applying serial image media assisted by montage techniques starting from the first cycle to the 2nd cycle showed effective results. Therefore, serial image media assisted by montage techniques needs to be used as a reference for teachers in learning narrative writing skills in elementary schools, especially SDN 5 Salame Palopo City.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
