The purpose of this research is to know influences of the ratio Return On Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) to changes stock price in properti and real estate company on Indonesia Stock Exchange. For the period of this study is 2011 until 2013 so that the data used by investors more updates .
This study used a population of companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange by taking a 22 companies for sample from the population that has been determined . This data collection method using documentary method with multiple linear regression equation
The results of this study is the variable ROI ,and EPS not significant effect on the stock price changes , but the variable PER has a significant effect on stock price changes .

Full text linkAbstrak - Salah satu esensi dari kemampuan negara dalam mengelola dan mengarahkan sumber daya nasional untuk kepentingan nasional dan kepentingan pertahanan adalah keberhasilannya memaknai segala kontinuitas dan perubahan lingkungan strategis yang semakin komplek dan sulit untuk diprediksi. Perkembangan teknologi membuat masyarakat berada diantara dua pilihan. Disatu pihak masyarakat menerima kehadiran teknologi, di pihak lain kehadiran teknologi modern justru menimbulkan masalah-masalah yang bersifat struktural yang kemudian merambah di semua aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Akses terhadap media telah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan primer dari setiap individu, termasuk didalamnya prajurit Yonif 512/QY. Dari perspektif pertahanan, media sosial menjadi celah terjadinya perubahan perspektif ancaman dari hard power kepada soft power, disadari atau tidak ancaman soft power telah merasuk kedalam ranah kehidupan prajurit dan mempengaruhi mentalitas, moralitas, etos kerja dan bahkan jiwa korsanya. Bagaimana itu bisa terjadi ? Penggunaan media sosial yang berlebihan akan menimbulkan dampak negatif yang diyakini sebagai penyebab maraknya pelanggaran dan menurunnya disiplin serta etos kerja. Selanjutnya akan menimbulkan kecanduan, rasa malas, sikap acuh, aphatis dan anti sosial. Dari penelitian didapatkan fakta salah satu yang cukup memprihatinkan, dimana seorang prajurit yang sedang jaga kesatrian meninggalkan posnya hanya untuk melihat pesan yang masuk di media sosial, tentu kewaspadaan berkurang dan abai terhadap kewajiban utama sebagai mata dan telinga satuan. Melihat kenyataan tersebut, solusi terbaik adalah meningkatkan kontrol dan penerapan peraturan yang ketat agar kejadian serupa tidak terulang kembali.Kata Kunci: Media Sosial, Moralitas/Mentalitas, Etos kerja dan Jiwa korsa/Kebersamaan. Abstract - One of the essences of the state's ability to manage and direct the national resources for national interests and the interests of defense is its success to interpret all of continuity and change in the strategic environment is increasingly complex and difficult to predict. Technological developments make society is between two options. On the one hand the public to accept the presence of technology, on the other hand the presence of modern technology actually cause the problems that are structural which then penetrated in all aspects of community life. Access to media has become one of the primary needs of every individual, including the soldiers of Battalion 512 / QY. From the defense perspective, social media became gap changes the perspective of the threat of hard power to soft power, consciously or not the threat of soft power has penetrated into the realm of the life of soldiers and affecting mentality, morality, work ethic and esprit de corps. Excessive use of social media will have a negative impact that is believed to cause widespread offense and the decline of discipline and work ethic. Next will cause addiction, laziness, indifference, apathy and miss-social. From the research found quite alarming fact that, where there is a soldier on guard Kesatrian left his post only to see the incoming messages on social media, of course reduced vigilance and neglect of primary obligations as the eyes and ears of the unit. Kinerja Kepala Bengkel SMK Negeri Bidang Keahlian Teknologi dan Rekayasa di Kabupaten Bantul Tahun 2014
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja kepala bengkel SMK Negeri Bidang Keahlian Teknologi dan Rekayasa di Kabupaten Bantul Tahun 2014 dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan variabel komponen-komponen kinerja kepala bengkel yang meliputi kepribadian, sosial, pengorganisasian guru dan teknisi, pengelolaan program dan administrasi, pemantauan dan evaluasi, pengembangan dan inovasi, serta pengelolaan lingkungan dan keshatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3). Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian populasi atau sensus dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 36 orang kepala bengkel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner berupa angket tertutup dengan 5 (lima) opsi jawaban. Uji validitas menggunakan analisis butir dan reliabilitas menggunakan formula Alpha Cronbach, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kinerja kepala bengkel masuk kriteria baik pada komponen kepribadian sebesar 36,11%, kriteria cukup baik pada komponen sosial 41,67%, kriteria cukup baik pada komponen pengorganisasian guru dan teknisi 38,89%, kriteria baik pada komponen pengelolaan program dan administrasi 41,67%, kriteria cukup baik pada komponen pemantauan dan evaluasi 44,44%, kriteria cukup baik pada komponen pengembangan dan inovasi

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
