Get PDFABSTRAK ANALISIS PENDAPATAN RETRIBUSI DAERAH DI BIDANG PARIWISATA KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR TAHUN 2011-2015 Istiana Tri Winahyu F3313063 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan penerimaan retribusi tempat wisata Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karanganyar Tahun 2011 – 2015 ditinjau dari analisis pencapaian realisasi dan target, analisis rasio kontribusi dan pertumbuhan pendapatan retribusi tempat wisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pencapaian realisasi dan target penerimaan retribusi tempat wisata dapat dikatakan belum baik. Pada tahun 2011 rasio sebesar 55%, tahun 2012 sebesar 62%, tahun 2013 sebesar 6%, tahun 2014 sebesar 89%, tahun 2015 sebesar 34%; (2) rasio kontribusi terhadap PAD termasuk kurang berkontribusi, karena kontribusi yang diberikan kurang dari 1%; (3) Pertumbuhan penerimaan retribusi tempat wisata menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang positif dimana setiap tahunnya selalu meningkat. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. S Kata Kunci: Buku Petunjuk Praktikum, Inkuiri Terbimbing, Pembelajaran Biologi Kegiatan pembelajaran pada setiap mata pelajaran seyogyanya menerapkan model pembelajaran yang menggunakan pendekatan kontruktivis. Biologi sebagai salah satu bidang IPA menyediakan berbagai pengalaman belajar untuk memahami konsep dan proses sains, yang dapat diperoleh dengan pembelajaran yang berbasis inkuiri. Hasil observasi pada SMA Negeri 2 Malang, SMA Brawijaya Smart School dan SMA Negeri 8 Malang menunjukkan bahwa kebanyakan siswa kurang terbiasa dengan kegiatan inkuiri, untuk itu perlu dibiasakan terlebih dahulu dengan praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing, karena kegiatan praktikum sesuai untuk pembelajaran Biologi. Praktikum yang dilakukan siswa di sekolah mengacu pada petunjuk praktikum yang ada di modul, buku paket, atau LKS yang sedang digunakan, belum ada buku petunjuk praktikum khusus yang bisa digunakan selama satu semester. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan buku petunjuk praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing untuk pembelajaran biologi kelas XI semester I. Prosedur pengembangan buku petunjuk praktikum menggunakan model pengembangan 4D dari Thiagarajan (1974). Prosedur pengembangan terdiri dari tahap define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan), dan disseminate (penyebar luasan produk), namun pada penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahapan develop saja. Hasil penelitian berupa buku petunjuk praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing untuk siswa dan guru yang di dalamnya ada 8 kegiatan praktikum. Petunjuk praktikum mengacu pada sintaks inkuiri, yaitu ada kegiatan merumuskan masalah, merumuskan hipotesis, merancang prosedur kerja, melakukan pengambilan data, menganalisis data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Guru berperan sebagai pembimbing yang mengarahkan siswa melakukan praktikum sesuai dengan rencana dan tujuan pembelajaran yang telah dirancang sebelumnya. Hasil validasi oleh 3 validator (tim ahli) dan siswa (uji coba skala kecil) secara berturut-turut mendapatkan skor sebesar 87,55% dan 96.25%. Kesimpulan dari hasil uji coba tersebut, adalah bahwa produk yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kriteria valid, sehingga layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Saran berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ditujukan kepada guru dan atau peneliti lain yang ingin membuat siswanya aktif dalam pembelajaran agar menggunakan produk ini sebagai inspirasi melakukan berbagai pengembangan. Penggunaan buku praktikum sebaiknya diimbangi dengan kegiatan lain sehingga seluruh indikator dalam kompetensi dasar dapat tercapai
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampel dalam
penelitian dikumpulkan dengan purposive sampling yaitu responden yang sudah
bekerja di CV. Winahyu Mukti minimal 1 tahun kerja. Survei menggunakan kuesioner
dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan google forms dan terkumpul 43 orang
responden . Analisis data dengan path analysis dengan software Statistical Package for
Social Science (SPSS) for windows versi 25.
Penelitian ini menunjukkan kompensasi mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja secara
positif dan mempengaruhi stres kerja secara negatif. Variabel stres kerja
mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja secara negatif. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi Linier
berganda, didapati hasil variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan
kerja. Hasil mediasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel stres kerja memediasi secara
sempurna pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja

No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
