Both chronic and extreme precipitation change can alter ecosystem structure and function, and these alterations may affect how systems respond to future extreme climatic events. Understanding how legacies of various past precipitation changes may alter the effects of future extreme droughts will be important for predicting ecosystem responses to climate change. No full textI denne studien undersøker vi hvordan det tilrettelegges individuelt for mennesker med psykisk utviklingshemming i skjermede virksomheter. Dette undersøker vi fordi det er viktig å vite hvordan en kan tilrettelegge for mennesker med psykisk utviklingshemming i arbeid. Både fordi at arbeid er viktig for individet selv, og samfunnet i sin helhet. Mennesker med psykisk utviklingshemming har rett til å være i arbeid på lik linje med alle andre mennesker. Arbeidsmiljøloven (2005, § 4-2) presiserer at alle arbeidstakere har krav på tilrettelegging. Tilretteleggingsarbeid i profesjonsutøving er spesielt viktig i sammenheng med mennesker med psykisk utviklingshemming. Dette fordi de ofte lever i en sårbar livssituasjon på grunn av diagnosen og det sammensatte livsproblemet det medfører. Vi benytter oss av teori om tilrettelegging, inkludering, brukermedvirkning, relasjonsarbeid og rammebetingelser for sosialt arbeid.
I denne fenomenologiske kvalitative intervjustudien har vi ved hjelp av dybdeintervju samlet datamateriale som har gitt grunnlag for analyse. Data ble innhentet fra ansatte i to ulike skjermede virksomheter. Analysen var induktiv, men inspirert av SDI-modellen.
Datamaterialet viser at det er flere faktorer som er essensielle i arbeidet med tilrettelegging for mennesker med psykisk utviklingshemming. Tilretteleggingsarbeidet er preget av å forstå deltakernes behov. En god relasjon og brukermedvirkning er essensielle stikkord, hvorav disse faktorene er gjensidig avhengig av hverandre for å forstå deltakerne best mulig. Dette er viktig for å kunne gjennomføre individuell tilrettelegging både på individ- og gruppenivå.
Studien konkluderer med at det tilrettelegges individuelt for mennesker med psykisk utviklingshemming i skjermede virksomheter, gjennom kommunikasjon med og om deltakerne, relasjonsarbeid, variasjon, samt i det sosiale samspillet.Abstract
In this study, we analyze how individualized adaptations are provided for individuals with intellectual disabilities in sheltered employment. We explore this because understanding how to accommodate individuals with intellectual disabilities in employment is crucial, both for the individual's well-being and for society as a whole. Individuals with intellectual disabilities have the right to employment on equal terms with others. Arbeidsmiljøloven (2005, §4-2) specifies that all employees are entitled to adaptation. Adaptation efforts are particularly important in the context of individuals with intellectual disabilities because they may face vulnerable life situations due to their diagnosis and the complex life challenges it entails. We draw on theories of adaptation, inclusion, user participation, relational work, and social work framework conditions.
In this phenomenological qualitative interview study, we collected data through in-depth interviews, which formed the basis for our analysis. Data were obtained from employees in two different sheltered employments. The analysis was inductive but inspired by the SDI- model.
The data material shows that there are several factors essential in the work of adaptation for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The adaptation work is characterized by understanding the participants' needs. A good relationship and user involvement are essential keywords, of which these factors are mutually dependent on each other to best understand the participants. This is important for being able to carry out individual adaptation both at the individual and group level.
The study concludes that individualized adaptation for individuals with intellectual disabilities in sheltered employments are achieved through communication with and about the participants, relationship building, variation, and social interaction
