Panggabean. Buku hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan
bahwa telah terjadi pergeseran penggunaan bahasa oleh
masyarakat Tobati dan Enggoros dari bahasa Tobati ke
bahasa Indonesia. Dalam ranah keluarga misalnya,
masyarakat Tobati juga Enggros ketika berbicara dengan
ayah, ibu, dan kakaknya tentang persolan sehari-hari
sama seringnya menggunakan bahasa Tobati dan bahasa
Indonesia. Namun, ketika mereka berbicara dengan
adiknya atau kakaknya, cenderung mendekati lebih
sering menggunakan bahasa Indonesia daripada bahasa
Tobati. Sedangkan ketika mereka berbicara dengan anak-anak, berkecenderungan sering menggunakan bahasa
Indonesia. Kondisi dan situasi kebahasaan seperti itu
tentu sangat memprihatinkan, lebih-lebih jumlah penutur
bahasa Tobati berjumlah 617 orang. Oleh karena itu,
penelitian pemilihan bahasa sangat penting untuk dikaji
mengingat bahasa berkaitan dengan identitas. Penutur
yang sudah tidak mampu berbahasa daerahnya, tentu
kehilangan identitas kedaerahannya. Melihat rendahnya sikap masyarakat Tobati dan Enggros terhadap bahasa ibunya dapat dikatakan bahwa bahasa Tobati sudah tidak aman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini Balai Bahasa Papua juga para pemangku kepentingan kebahasaan di Papua, khususnya di Kota Jayapura dapat terdorong untuk melakukan kegiatan
nyata seperti menyusun kamus, menyusun bahan ajar, menyusun ortografi bahasa Tobati, dan lain-lain

No full textThis study described a light control system prototype using a Nodemcu microcontroller and based on mobile Android. Home lights are one of the biggest contributors to electricity consumption. Less efficient lamps cause electricity waste, which can eventually increase electricity bills. Most home lighting control systems still use manual switches that are permanently attached to each switch panel. Waste of electricity is often caused by forgetting to turn off the lamps. Therefore, this study developed a prototype lamp control system to save electricity and make it easier for room occupants to use lights. This controller can control a lamp remotely using only a smartphone. The lamp controller has features such as brightness control, human presence detection, turning on or off, and monitoring. This research employed the MCU node, or microcontroller, as the brain of the prototype, or the tool that would be used. The ESP8266 served to send sensor data to the server; the PIR sensor functioned as a human detection sensor; the relay acted as a component on or off control. After designing and testing this system using the Quality of Service (QOS) through the Wireshark application, the results obtained an average throughput of 43.95 Kbit/s, a delay of 100.09 m/s, jitter of 100.82 m/s, and 0% packet loss. In terms of the accuracy test of the sensor in reading the data, the average value was very good at 100%. This value was derived from five PIR sensor tests at different distances

The reason why the writer is writer is interested in choosing the title of this research is because Joko Widodo always makes speeches with sentences that are easy to understand and understand as well as practical speech content with a relaxed speech style that is easily digested by listeners research problems: (1) How is the rhetorical technique of Joko Widodo's pathos form in a speech on Youtube? (2) How is the rhetorical technique of Joko Widodo's logos in a speech on Youtube? Joko Widodo in a speech on Youtube aims to describe, analyze, interpret and conclude the pathos and logos techniques of Joko Widodo in a speech on Youtube. This research includes qualitative method. The source of this research data is Joko Widodo in a speech downloaded from Youtube in January 2020. This study uses the theory proposed by Suhandang (2009), Keraf (2006), and Abidin (2013). This research uses documentation technique. The results of research on Joko Widodo's rhetorical technique in speeches on Youtube found that there were 15 techniques, including (1) pathos in the form of hope 5 data, hatred 2 data. Affection 2 data. Emotion 1 data (2) logos in the form of enthusiasm 5 data used Joko Widodo. So it can be concluded that the rhetorical technique used by Joko Widodo is more dominant using the pathos rhetoric technique in the form of hopes to influence the listener to be enthusiastic about carrying out activities, especially in achieving life goals, while the logos rhetoric technique as a whole uses an entiment strategy. Diffusive author(s), cohesive author: Analysis of S/N (1994)
No full textThis study indicates the ways in which various aspects of the author(s) are brought forth in Dumb type’s performance art, the S/N production. Previous research has suggested a non-hierarchical organization of Dumb type and the absence of a “privileged author” in Dumb type’s collaborative work, S/N. However, the results that I have investigated from member’s interviews on the creative process of S/N along with my analysis of the recorded images of S/N, indicate a different aspect of the author(s). First, S/N was created through, so to speak, the collective ideas of the members of Dumb type. Further, S/N has at least nine quotations from previous performances, installations, and printed writings, besides the work-in-progress technique. Explicating one of the “author functions” as given by Michel Foucault, each text has plural subjects of the author. However, it has been revealed from members’ interviews that Teiji Furuhashi had a decision-making role in selecting the members’ ideas within the performance. Since then, S/N has had plural subjects of creation; however, Furuhashi is one of the subjects of creation along with the “privileged author.” S/N has plural authors (diffusive authors) yet at the same time, it has a “privileged author,” Teiji Furuhashi (cohesive author)
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full textThis study aims to reveal two things, namely the forms of hate speech on the Rocky Gerung Official youtube channel against President Joko Widodo and the forms of illocutionary speech acts in hate speech on the Rocky Gerung Official youtube channel against President Joko Widodo. This type of research is qualitative research with a pragmatic approach. The method used in this study, namely the method of listening to the technique of documentation and note-taking techniques. The data sources for this research are videos on the Rocky Gerung Official youtube channel in 2021-2022. The population of this research is the entire speech containing hate speech on the Rocky Gerung youtube channel. Sampling was done purposively. The data analysis of this research was done descriptively. The results of this study indicate that on the Rocky Gerung Official youtube channel there are six forms of hate speech against President Joko Widodo, namely insults, defamation, unpleasant acts, provocation, incitement, and spreading of false news and there are four forms of illocutionary speech acts in hate speech.
