PENINGKATAN KONDISI FISIK PADA UNSUR KEKUATAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN KEBUGARAN JASMANI MELALUI METODE BERMAIN PADA SISWA KELAS VIII-B DI SMPN 11 MALANG

Tatok Sugiarto, S.Pd,M.Pd (II) Usman Wahyudi, S.Pd.,M.Pd Kata Kunci: Peningkatan, Kondisi Fisik, Kekuatan,Kebugaran Jasmani, Metode Bermain Kebugaran jasmani merupakan salah satu materi yang masuk dalam kompetensi dasarKurikulum K13. Namun pada pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani di kelas VIII-B SMPN 11 Malang belum mencapai kompetensi dasar sepenuhnya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya rekaman data terdahulu dari guru pendidikan jasmani dan tes awal yang diberikan peneliti.Kelima butir tes yang telah dilakukan, peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa unsur kekuatan pada tes push up dengan persentase 28,24% untuk putra dan putri sebesar 24%, pada tes sit up putra sebesar 42,35%, putri sebesar 41,33%. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan data terdahulu yang dimiliki oleh guru pendidikan jasmani yang menyatakan bahwa unsur kekuatan siswa tergolong kurang.Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan pengamatan pembelajaran sebelumnya, guru mengalami kesulitan dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang tepat agar siswa dapat lebih bersemangat. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menggunakan metode bermain dalam pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani yang menyenangkan dan sesuai karakteristik siswa, agardapat lebih bersemangat mengikuti pelajaran serta tujuan meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani dapat terpenuhi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan unsur kekuatan dari bagian kebugaran jasmani dengan menggunakan metode bermain pada siswa kelas VIII-B di SMPN 11 Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian tindakan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua siklus yang setiap siklusnya terdiri dari 3 pertemuan.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi (pengamatan), dokumentasi, wawancara, tes awal dan catatan lapangan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-B SMPN 11 Malang dengan jumlah 32 orang siswa, yang terdiri dari 15 siswa putri dan 17 siswaputra. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan unsur kekuatan pada siswa kelas VIII-B. Peningkatan pada unsur kekuatan khususnya tes push up sebesar 38,47% menjadi 64,71% dikategorikan“baik”, putri meningkat 32% menjadi 56% dikategorikan “cukup”.Kemudian untuk tes sit up putra meningkat sebesar 31,77% menjadi 74,12% dikategorikan “baik”, putri sebesar 21,34% menjadi 62,67% dikategorikan “baik”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode bermain dapat meningkatkan kondisi fisik siswa pada unsur kekuatan dalam pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas VIII-B di SMPN 11 Malang

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve the strength element of the physical fitness section by using the method of play on the students of class VIII-B in SMPN 11 Malang. This research is a classroom action research using quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used in this study include observation (observation), documentation, interviews, preliminary tests and field notes. Increase in strength element especially push up test of 38,47% to 64,71% categorized "good", daughter increased 32% to 56% categorized "enough". Then for the test of male sit up increased by 31.77% to 74.12% categorized "good", daughter of 21.34% to 62.67% categorized "good". Keywords: Improvement, Physical Condition, Strength, Physical Fitness, Play Method. ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN JIWA ISOLASI SOSIAL: MENARIK DIRI DAN LATIHAN BERKENALAN PADA NY. H DAN SDR. U DI RUANG ARIMBI RSJD Dr. AMINO GONDOHUTOMO PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH
Isolasi sosial merupakan suatu keadaan dimana seorang menghindari hubungan dengan orang lain. Karya tulis ilmiah ini berbentuk studi kasus yang menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan jiwa isolasi sosial: menarik diri Dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah ini penulis mengambil fokus studi Latihan Berkenalan. Latihan Berkenalan merupakan suatu ketrampilan sosial yang berisi diskusi tentang penyebab isolasi sosial, diskusi tentang keuntungan bersosialisasi dan kerugian tidak bersosialisasi serta latihan berkenalan. Subyek dalam studi kasus ini adalah dua klien gangguan jiwa isolasi sosial: menarik diri di ruang Arimbi RSJD Dr.Amino Gondohutomo Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Waktu yang di tetapkan penulis untuk melakukan penelitian yaitu selama 3 hari, 1 hari 1x pertemuan, 1x 30 menit (tiap pertemuan).Kata Kunci: Isolasi sosial, Latihan berkenalanSocial isolation is a condition in which a person relates to others. Deconstructing The Stereotypes Of Women Through A Female Voice In Burial Rites (2013) By Hannah Kent
Patriarchal society regulates how women should behave and act. If a woman obeys the social rules, she will be labeled as a good woman. On the other hand, if a woman does not follow the social values, she will be immediately categorized as an evil woman and given negative stereotypes. This binary opposition between a good woman and a bad woman is often criticized by the feminists because they think this categorization burdens women. This issue is also highlighted by Hannah Kent in her novel Burial Rites (2013). This novel is set in a rural society in Iceland in the 19th century with its patriarchal values, focusing on a woman named Agnes that will soon be executed. This theme interested the researcher to study Burial Rites more deeply using feminist perspective. Characters, setting and point of view are the intrinsic elements discussed in this research. The result of the analysis shows that through these three elements, Burial Rites describes society’s stereotypes about ‘evil women’ and there is an effort from the author to deconstruct the stereotype through a female voice
Nilai Budaya Pada Novel Gugur Bunga Kedaton Karya Wahyu H.R: Kajian Antropologi Sastra Dan Implementasinya Dalam Pembelajaran Sastra Di Sma
This study has four objectives. Describe the social background of historical authorship of Wahyu H.R. Describe the structure builders novel GBK work of Wahyu H.R. Describe the cultural values embodied in the novel GBK work of Wahyu H.R. Explained implementation of novel research results GBK of Wahyu H.R work in teaching literature in high school. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. Object of research is cultural values contained in the novel GBK of Wahyu H.R with a review of the anthropological literature. The data in this study a paragaf, sentences, and words related to novel structures and cultural values. The primary data source in this study is novel GBK. While secondary data sources in the research is a biography of the author and literary authors. Data collection techniques used are literature, see, and record. Validation data using triangulation theory. Data were analyzed using heuristic and hermeneutic reading method. In the novel there are five cultural values were analyzed using the theory presented by Djamaris. This value includes the value of culture in the human relationship with God which consists of the value ketawakalan, piety, faith in destiny, grateful, and pleasure, the value of culture in human relationships with the society of the value of consensus, mutual cooperation, harmony or balance, and solidarity ,cultural values in human relationships with others that consist of the value of love, loyalty, obedience to parents, and wisdom, the value of culture in the human relationship with yourself that consists of the value of willpower, study, live custom and religion, courage and vigilance, and cultural values in human relationships with nature consisting of human values that unite with nature and human nature conquered or utilize. Implementation of cultural value in GBK novel as literature in high school teaching materials appropriate and relevant learning materials to be used as literature. GBK novel contains elements of intrinsic and extrinsic elements. Intrinsic element is implemented to the students to find a theme, a fact the story and the story means. Extrinsic elements of the novel are implemented to discover cultural values contained in the novel
Child Support For Juvenile Inmates From An Islamic Legal Perspective: A Case Study Of Tanjung Gusta Correctional Facility
This research aims to investigate the role of parents in meeting their children’s basic needs, especially in
situations where children lack parental care, guidance, and affection. This study uses empirical legal research
methodology from a sociological perspective. Apart from that, the author used an analytical and descriptive
research approach in conducting this research. Sources were also obtained from interviews conducted
directly with children who experienced a lack of satisfaction with their living resources, perhaps due to the
living conditions that were not in Tanjung Gusta Prison. Secondary data refers to information obtained by
searching for and collecting items relevant to the research subject, such as journals, papers, books, and the
Internet. The findings of this research determine that parental involvement in raising children is very
important, especially in shaping the child’s internal well-being. This applies even when the child is an orphan,
and also takes into account the Maqāṣid al-syarī’ah perspective on the treatment of children. During the
learning process, children experience expenses related to school and basic needs. Therefore, it is the
responsibility of parents to provide financial support to their children. According to Law no. 23 of 2002, a
child is defined as an individual under 18 years of age, including newborn babies
Diaspora Communication Patterns and Plurality of Tolerance in Barcelona, Spain
The Indonesian Diaspora includes all Indonesian people who are abroad. Diaspora and migration are phenomena that are often encountered in the history of nations in the world. Barcelona is a multicultural city with people of diverse backgrounds, a lot of Indonesians are interested in living there as a diaspora with several motivations. The education system, cultures, diversity, and inclusivity that Barcelona has to offer are tremendously accommodating, which can be translated as a good destination for Indonesian diasporas to pursue a better life. This research focuses on using Indonesian diasporas in Barcelona as the research subject, finding out the communication pattern they use daily, specifically within their tolerance level for minority groups. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to discover the adaptation process of each subject and how the changes in their level of tolerance affect their communication pattern and the approach to those whom they deem tolerable. From this research, the author concluded that the diasporas’ communication pattern has changed from a high-context culture which they used to implement in Indonesia to a low-context culture due to the multiculturalism and its daily adaptation in Barcelona by the citizens. This is indicated by the increase of their tolerance level because of the exposure to diverse groups in Barcelona which the diaspora learned from and adapted as part of their life
The Effect of Supplementary Food in the Form of Moringa Leaf Dry Brownies on the Increasing Weight of Under-Fives with Underweight Status
Background: In 2020, the percentage of underweight children under five in Indonesia is relatively high, which is 6.7% or a total of 779,139 children under five. Wonokerto Village is the village with the highest number of underweight children under five in Turi District. This shows that the problem of under-five malnutrition is still high both in Indonesia and in the regions, even though toddlers are a golden age where the growth process occurs very rapidly and cannot be repeated. Therefore, malnutrition in toddlers needs to be addressed immediately so that growth disorders do not occur. One alternative treatment is with dry brownies of Moringa leaves.
Methods: This study used Pre Experimental designs, One Group Pretest and Posttest with a sample of 34 underweight toddlers who were intervened for 21 days and analyzed their weight gain using the Paired T-Test.
Results: The results showed that there was an increase in underfive weight between before and after being given moringa leaf brownies with a p value of 0.000 < 0.05..
Conclusion: The conclusion is there is an effect of providing additional food in the form of dry brownies of Moringa leaves on increasing body weight in underfives with underweight status.

Determining Program Study Using AHP with Dynamic Criterias and Weights Based on GIS-Mobile
This research aim to develop a decision support system based on GIS-Mobile Apps using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Algorithm and softmax function for dynamic weight. The stages of AHP dynamic criteria in this system is the preparation of a hierarchy, prioritization, consistency, and the weight of priority. ). The use of AHP in this system involves four criteria which keywords, department accreditation, accreditation of colleges and colleges location distance that can be set by the user dynamically. Experience Programming (XP) is model development that choosed by author for process development system. The step begin with planning, design, coding, and testing. The result of this research is a GIS-Mobile Apps to determine a list of recommended program study with the greatest weight from user input criteria
