ANALISIS SALURAN PEMASARAN KELINCI DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN UMKM SATE KELINCI DI LOKAWISATA BATURRADEN
Full text linkSaluran pemasaran merupakan kunci dari keberhasilan agribisnis kelinci baik harga pedaging, bibit maupun hias. Kelinci jenis pedaging memiliki potensi sebagai penghasil daging konsumsi karena kandungan protein yang tinggi dan kadar lemak yang rendah sehingga perlu dipasarkan ke masyarakat secara luas. Tujuan riset ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis jalur pemasaran kelinci, margin pemasaran kelinci pedaging dan strategi pengembangan UMKM sate kelinci di lokawisata Baturraden. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai April 2022. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, daftar pertanyaan dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis Farmer’s Share, analisis Strenghth, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) dan analisis Businnes Model Canvas BMC. Hasilnya membuktikan bahwa terdapat tiga jenis bentuk pemasaran kelinci dan terdapat empat jalur pemasaran kelinci pada bentuk harga pedaging. Nilai Farmer’s Share paling efisien pada saluran kedua yaitu sebesar 66,66 persen. Analisis SWOT IFAS bernilai 2,572 dan EFAS bernilai 2,658 sehingga posisi UMKM Sate Kelinci lokawisata Baturraden berada di posisi V (Hold and Maintain). Strategi Strengths dan Opportunities yang paling besar yaitu 3,444 meliputi pemandangan alam yang menarik dapat menjadi kekuatan utama, cita rasa enak dan kandungan protein tinggi dapat manambah minat beli konsumen yang memiliki gaya hidup sehat dan potongan harga dapat menambah jumlah pesanan. Analisis bisnis model kanvas perlu perbaikan pada elemen key activity, customer relationship dan revenue stream.

Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Tanaman Anggrek di Kebun Sekar Gumilang Desa Ketenger Kecamatan Baturraden Kabupaten Banyumas
Full text linkAnggrek merupakan tanaman hias yang mempunyai nilai keindahan pada bunganya. Hampir semua orang menyukai bunga anggrek untuk menghiasi halaman rumah dan ruangan dalam rumah. Salah satu kebun yang menjual berbagai jenis anggrek adalah Kebun Anggrek Sekar Gumilang yang terletak di Desa Ketenger, Kecamatan Baturraden, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui karakteristik konsumen, 2) mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen tanaman anggrek, 3) mengetahui atribut apa saja yang memberikan kepuasan tertinggi dan kepuasan terendah. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2019. Obyek penelitian adalah konsumen yang sedang membeli atau pernah membeli anggrek di kebun anggrek Sekar Gumilang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling yaitu sebanyak 100 orang. Data kuesioner kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas, Analisis Deskriptif, Analisis Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysist (IPA). Karakteristik konsumen berdasarkan alamat domisili mayoritas konsumen berasal dari luar Kota Purwokerto namun masih dalam Kabupaten Banyumas, lebih banyak perempuan dengan usia antara 24 tahun sampai 30 tahun. Tingkat kepuasan konsumen sebesar 68.01% masuk dalam kriteria puas. Atribut yang memiliki kinerja paling tinggi adalah aktif dalam promosi lewat media sosial, sedangkan atribut yang memiliki kinerja paling rendah adalah tidak tersedianya papan nama atau petunjuk dengan lengkap dan jelas
Rabbit Satay Development Strategy in Baturraden Tourism Banyumas Regency

High protein and low fat is the superiority from rabbit meat, but food from rabbit meat is not familiar as chicken meat. There are several processed food from rabbit meat in Banyumas, one of them which is UMKM Rabbit Satay at the Baturraden Lokawisata. The purpose of this research is to find out strategy for development for UMKM Rabbit Satay. This research was conducted from September to October 2022. The result of this research using SWOT analysis showed that position of the UMKM Rabbit Satay at the Baturraden Lokawisata is in V position (Hold and Maintenance). Meaning is necessary to maintain good performance and fixed some bad performance. The strength and opportunities is the highest score of 3.444. This means that beautiful view can make consumer to enjoy it with some food, high protein content needs to be advertising or make a banners, lots of visitors have a healthy lifestyle make opportunities can be combined with discount prices or can increase the number of order
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Analisis Efisiensi Rantai Pasok Lateks dengan Metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) di PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kebun Krumput Banyumas
Full text linkEvery company is required to achieve an optimal level of efficiency. Efficiency is ability to use resources (inputs) to achieve a certain amount of output. Supply chain performance efficiency can determine which input supply units are efficient or inefficient. PTPN IX Kebun Krumput Banyumas has a latex supply chain to produce export quality natural rubber. The purpose of this study was to determine and assess the efficiency of latex supply chain performance of each unit three afdeling in Krumput garden. The analytical method used is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), a linear program-based technique to measure the efficiency of a unit. The results show the Tumiyang afdeling is afdeling has the most efficient DMUs, namely 3, while the Krumput and Kubangkangkung afdeling have only one each. Overall, the efficiency performance of three afdeling supply chains is quite good as shown by the total average efficiency value of 0.81454
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
