The Importance of Digital Media Literacy in Family
Full text linkDigital media is a necessity that always accompanies family activities, this has also become a new habit in family environment in the new normal era and also to adapt to the technological developments and developing communication situations. This phenomenon reinforces that media literacy in family is something that is crucial to be an attention for parents in protecting the family from the consequences that can be caused by the use of digital media which can damage the children’s life and adolescents in family. Hence, the role of parents is needed, such as: (1) Parents have to monitor children's activities so they feel their parents' attention. (2) Parents can play with children while directing children to open content that is useful for their learning development. (3) Parents can provide time limits for children in using digital media to avoid the dangers of addiction. So the negative impacts that can damage the psychology and behavior of children in family such as content that leads to violence, pornography, and cyberbullying as well as foreign cultural influences can be avoided and the positive impacts of digital media can be used well by children
The Ideal Arrangement of Legal Protection for Informal Sector Workers in the Perspective of the Principles of Legal Certainty, Justice and Expediency
Full text linkThis research discusses the ideal arrangement of legal protection for informal sector workers in the perspective of the principles of legal certainty, justice, and expediency. This research method is normative juridical with a socio-normative approach. While data analysis is deductive. From the results of the research, it is found that labour arrangements as a form of legal protection for Informal Sector Workers need to apply the principle of proportionality, which is a principle that requires material balance and accuracy with an emphasis on the balance between the burden caused (the means used) and the interests supported (objectives), because informal sector workers carry out work relations on the basis of trust and individual business tendencies, the regulation of labour control needs to pay attention to the condition of the employer's ability to apply the work rules that have been determined, in addition to the need to reconstruct the notion of work relations and redefine work agreements in order to provide legal protection to informal sector workers. The current regulatory policy in the field of employment still exists and is structured based on the joints of colonial legal products that place workers as objects or objects that become one of the production factors in the business sector

No full textThe aims of this study is to look at the phenomenon of dropout experiences and the meaning contained in the experiences. The dropout effect on the self-concept is also viewed from the standpoint of the individual experience. This study is using qualitative method with the transendetal phenomenological approach by doing interviews from August 2011 to March 2012. The research was conducted on six adults with the age range of 35 - 45 years old who have experienced dropout cases. The findings of the research produced six theme clusters resulting from the phenomenon of dropout experiences. They are Life Challenges, Dropout Causes, Dropout Label, Missed Time, Decision-making (moving on), and Dropout Value as learning. The essence of this research is to see the changing process of the subject's self-concept, ie through self awareness, self acceptance and moving on. Positive self-concept is generated through a process of self awareness, self acceptance and decision making. Three of the six subjects had positive self-concept of the dropout label and three others had negative selfconcept

Full text linkTagline dalam sebuah iklan kampanye adalah suatu pesan singkat yang merupakan tanda atau symbol yang menandakan atau membedakan kandidat calon kepala daerah yang satu dengan yang lainnya dalam sebuah pilkada. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pembentukan dan makna yang terkandung dalam tagline “Akar-Super” dan “Lhd-Azas” yang digunakan oleh para kandidat pada pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Soppeng tahun 2015, serta penelitian ini juga kemudian untuk mengetahui pendapat tim sukses dan anggota masyarakat tentang kedua tagline tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembentukan tagline Lhd-Azas cukup efektif dimana pesannya mengarah pada kewajiban moral melalui doa, pencitraan positif, dan pertemanan. Sementara tagline Akar-Super (Insya Allah Wettunnani) sebagai tagline yang sangat populer dan mudah diingat dalam positioning slogan politik oleh masyarakat dan difilosofikan sebagai akar tumbuhan yang kuat dan kokoh. Pesannya juga mengandung makna balas budi dan pencitraan positif

respects, including service in the management of pension funds by PT TASPEN
Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to analyze the pension fund
administration services in the community, and identify any obstacles in service
pension fund in PT TASPEN Pekanbaru. The results of this study are expected to
provide the following benefits: their contributions in order to develop knowledge,
especially in the field of social science and politics as well as reference to improve
services, especially in service pension fund by PT TASPEN Pekanbaru. Results of
research conducted in the city of Pekanbaru in the service of the Pension Fund
through the five indicators that are in the category of "Pretty Good" with a value
of 26 or a percentage of 58%. However, the authors suggest to the employees of
PT TASPEN Pekanbaru in order to improve services to the pension funds better

Skripsi ini membahas tentang perilaku pedagang cengkeh di Kelurahan Lindajang Kecamatan
Suli Barat dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam pada masyarakat petani di Kelurahan Lindajang.
Penelitian ini mengangkat beberapa permasalahan yakni: Bagaimana perilaku pedagang dan
praktek jual beli cengkeh di Kelurahan Lindajang dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian
ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan
dokumentasi .Informan penelitian ini, adalah sejumlah pedagang dan pembeli cengkeh yang
ada di Kelurahan Lindajang Kecamatan Suli Barat. Pemilihan subjek penelitian digunakan
dengan metod epurposive sample yakni pengambilan sampel yang didasar kanpa datujuan
tertentu. Tehnik analisis yang digunakan ialah deduktif dan induktif .Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa untuk melihat Perilaku pedagang dan praktek jual beli cengkeh dalam
perspektif ekonomi Islam pada masyarakat petani Kelurahan Lindajang Kecamatan Suli Barat
dapat dilihat bahwa proses pelaksanaan jual beli cengkeh di Kelurahan Lindajang terjadi
seperti pelaksanaan jual beli pada umumnya, masyarakat Lindajang melakukan Transaksi jual
beli cengkeh diberbagai tempat dimana mereka bertemu. Tetapi keseringan mereka
melakukan transaksi jual beli tersebut di rumahsi pembeli.
